Good coffee and fantastic pastries. Had cold brew, an Oreo donut and some of the chocolate chip cookies. Really well done. They care about what they do and it shows in the food.

Wd have been here a few times now. Customer service is always as polite a as can be. Breakfast burritos are pretty damn good. The tots are crunchy and that is a must. The coffee is spot on. Had a flat white the other day, perfect. Bought a round sourdough loaf, it didnt last the full day. It was one of the best loafs we have had. Prepare to not be disappointed if you come here.

It just keeps getting better and better. We love their sourdough loaves to start the week off with… their chai lattes are amazing… our kids beg for their donuts, and the breakfast burrito is 🤯😋 We are so lucky to have this gem so close to us!!!!!

The service was slow, and I wanted to give it fewer stars because of it... But dang, it was good. Worth the wait, avo toast was fantastic on a thick chewy slice of bread, and the espresso was in point. Just dont expect it to be out quick!

This was the BEST coffee I have ever had! I would drive from Arizona to go there, that is how amazing it was! The owner is very friendly and gave us a great experience to remember :). The food was delicious and made to order. Thank you!!

Located few minutes from LBC airport. Sweet gem! I had Matcha - sweet or no sweet option. My friend and I shared Avocado & Fig toast. The staffs are nice and quick, the cafe is clean and modern. I see some do their studies here.

Delicious food but strange limitations on Latte sizes (12oz only), and bring your own silverware as the plastic stuff they have here can’t cut the great food you’ll inevitably order.

Its a bit tricky to get into the shopping center but there is parking in the back and sides. there was a line out the door of people but it moved quickly. we made it to the front and were happily greeted with a very helpful young lady who took our order and suggested everything we ordered. the breakfast burrito was delicious and so was the salsa (not spicy) the cold brew paired with the burrito was great as well. ill have to come back and order a donut because we heard so many people ordered those when their names were called out.

Im definitely going to come back. The cafe au lait and donut holes were fine. But the biscuit and gravy was amazing.

Super delicious neighborhood coffee joint. Stoked to have a new place to get a drink and food. We got biscuits with jam ( strawberry and blackberry) copa breakfast burrito, pb and b, muffin, egg and cheese bagel. Our friends got the spicy bird bagel. Everything I tried was delicious. Excited to go back and try the pb and j. The burrito was delicious and the jam was amazing. Cute little spot and super nice employees.

Can’t believe this is their 2nd day open!!! They are like a well oiled machine. Greeted with pleasant, knowledgeable staff and I even got to meet the owner and his business manager. The drip coffee is smooth with a full body. The avocado toast is amazing. It’s on a thick,lightly toasted bread with layers of tastes. The store is filled with natural light and plenty of tables. It is so nice to have an independent coffee shop, close by with lots of parking. Can’t wait to. Come back with friends and family.

High quality coffee, aesthetically pleasing space with lots of natural light, similar vibes to the coffee shops I grew up going to in the Pacific Northwest. They offered a good selection of non dairy milks and friendly service. Happy to see them join the neighborhood!

Get the breakfast sandwich! So yummy.I ordered an iced vanilla latte with macadamia nut milk that was delicious as well. Really happy the Coffee Parlor is finally open!

Weve needed a place like this for a while here in Long Beach and close enough to the school too where it makes sense to study or get my work done.Incredibly good cold brew.There may not look like theres a lot of parking, but on the sides of the building theres actually a bunch.Just some things to note:- its got tons of outlets- strong wifi- lots of seating- really clean bathroom (thats important 😂)

Turkey McKnight was excellent! Lots of turkey and salad material. Focaccia bread was a little too much bread for my personal liking. Will definitely return!! Salute to Matt for telling us about Josh and Nicks business. Great spot for an afternoon Live Band!

Absolutely love this place! Whether you want to get a coffee or some food to go OR if you need to sit down and work for a little bit and eat/drink in, this is the place to go!The food is tremendous! All natural ingredients, the healthy stuff! And the Dirty Chai should be against the law its so darn good! 17 spices in it. Everything is made with love and care and it doesnt hurt to ask the staff whats in your food or drink because I guarantee youll be amazed at the precise ingredients used in what they offer. Cheers!

This place is perfect. Vibe is warm and modern. The coffee is good, staff is really nice and friendly. But the biggest difference is the food. I’ve had most of the menu and each time it blows me away. The best veggie burrito in Long Beach. Amazing food.

Lovely local coffee shop. The decor of clean lines and wood tones, it feel spacious and light filled which makes a lovely atmosphere for a morning cuppa or lunch date. The menu is quite large and their breakfast sandwich is the bomb! The coffee is great with fun house specials for those looking for something new to try. The staff have always been friendly and warm. Definetly a jem of the city.

COPA is our new jam for coffee! The owner is passionate and engaged in the place. Hes staffed some rockstar baristas and created a super productive environment to get some work done. Its also a chill place for a first date or hundredth date.

Stopped by on their opening day and was impressed with the setup. The staff was friendly and seemed excited to be open. The menu offered various coffees and food options (some not yet available) at fair prices. I only ordered an espresso, but it tasted great and Im looking forward to going back some morning to try out their breakfast options.

I found this place as the only legit coffee shop near work. And I really enjoy their coffee, I love that they have a high temp/low temp option for my Americano. The owner and staff are pretty friendly.

Snuggled between Creative Cakery and Baja Sonora on Clark, its in just the right spot for a mocha and a breakfast burrito on the front patio... (with bacon jam inside the delicious burrito!) that is the perfect amount when shared with a friend. The avocado toast that was served next to us looked really good, too. The cashier/barista behind the counter was super friendly and mentioned that all their products are sustainable and freshly made. We will certainly be back.
