I don’t usually write reviews but I had to this time. I’m so grateful that I found this place while vacationing in Long Beach! I dropped my iPhone 7 in water and thought I lost all my recent pictures that weren’t backed up yet. I found this place and ran in there just before they closed. Thank god for Jason, the owner, he was able to somehow retrieve all my pictures and I didn’t lose anything. Great customer service and great work! I would highly recommend Gadget Savers!

I destroyed my iPhone 7 when I was in Downtown Long Beach, it had a meeting with some concrete. I was looking for a place to fix it without having to go all the way to Apple. My coworker referred me to Gadget Savers because she had her phone fixed there as well and she said they back their repairs with one year warranty and use original parts instead of shoddy aftermarket parts. I like to go by word of mouth and give small businesses a chance, so I headed over. Jason, the owner, was the friendliest guy (Im biased though, we share the same name). Very knowledgable and loves what he does, its also nice dealing directly with the owner. He stands behind his work and it gives me peace of mind. I was in and out in under a half hour with a beautiful new screen. My phone was like new again, maybe even better! Also the waiting area has very comfy reclining couches to wait on. Overall just a very pleasant experience. Best iPhone repair in Long Beach. Will definitely be recommending.

Always walked by and took note of this great place. Ended up dropping my iPhone one night, came by during lunch and got my screen replaced in barely 15 minutes. Quick, and easy. Great service from Jason, he was helpful in explaining different options and made the experience a delight!

Every time I have a device break, I bring it to this place and get it back that day in perfect condition. They are true life savers here- as none of us like to be without our phones for even a minute. Highly recommend it!

Wow what a cool place! My phone was a total loss, or so I thought! Apparently all i needed was a new screen and new battery to restore my phone to like new functionality. This was all done within a half hour while I sat on their incredibly comfy reclining couch and watched tv. The owner Jason is a really cool dude, the customer service is genuine and he stands behind his work. Very very highly recommended.

The techs there know what they are doing. They are quick and their repairs last. I had a malfunctioning tablet. The guy was not sure he could fix it. He told me he would order the part and install it. If the tablet worked after he put in the part he would charge me $79, totally reasonable. If it didnt work he would charge me $45 for the non returnable part. Very reasonable people.

I’m super happy that Jason was able to fix my iPhone 7 within a half hour. I dropped it and there were lines going down the screen and the touch wasn’t working. By the time he was done it was good as new.

Came here for a repair on my iPhone SE. It was super affordable and I couldnt believe how quick it was done. I think I was out in under 25 minutes. Well done Gadget Savers! Very cool place. They also seem to stand behind their work as they give a one year warranty.

Talk about a life saver! I had a cracked iPhone screen and only had a matter of hours before my flight out. Fortunately Jason was able to repair the screen with such ease and a quick turnaround that I didnt even have to rush to the airport. A world class business with world class service!

The owner/technician is a former employee of mine. His repairs have always been top notch, and never had any complaints while he was working for me. If he didnt move across the country to pursue his dream of running his own shop we would rehire him without a second thought.

Amazing service, high quality parts and workmanship. I was in Long Beach on a business trip and like a clutz I dropped my phone on the sidewalk. Screen destroyed and showing all sorts of lines and ink blotch looking things. Came out with a brand new screen in 20 minutes. On top of everything, the owner actually met me at the store outside of business hours to do my repair. You don’t really see that anymore these days.

I was referred to gadget saver from the AT&T store down the street, where I landed because I was having a panic attack because my phone crashed and I apparently I don’t do well without my phone. Jason at gadget saver was very nice and patient with me. He helped me out BIG time. Got my phone fixed in 20 minutes and threw in some extras. I’m so thankful I found this place! I’ll be back, but hopefully no time soon.... :)

I was upset when I broke my phone screen thinking it was not repairable and lost access to all my photos. Luckily it just needed a screen replacement. Unlike the apple store I did not need an appointment and was able to wait while they did the repair. Hopefully my wife doesnt see this review as she still doesnt know I had to have another phone repaired. I purchased a case and screen protector since I cant seem to hold onto these super thin phones. Much easier to hold on to and is now protected. Hopefully wont need to come back but will for any future repairs.

Jason worked his magic and replaced the shattered screen on my iPhone 6 in less than 20 min. Amazing speed,quality and affordable. Highly recommend.

To start off, I thought jason had great customer service because he was eager to fix the problem the first time. The first time I went it was bc I wrote a negative review. My review consisted of my screen looking dull and me not being happy. So he called me right away to see if we could possibly try different screens so I accepted but I would have to bring the review down which I did because I did appreciate his customer service. When I arrived he showed me a better quality screen and showed me the apple symbol on the back of the screen so i accepted and he went to the back to “wrap it up”. He even added a screen protector which I thought was very kind. But about two weeks later my phone falls with a case and the protector he had given me and the screen cracked instead of the protector. So I contacted him and he said that unfortunately it did not cover under his warranty but we could talk something out. But I never called him. Today I find myself finally fixing the screen he put in my phone that cracked and the guy repairing it showed me and original screen and I compared it to the one JASON placed in and mind that the guy is doing all of this in front of my own eyes, so there is no way he could have switched it out. So I call Jason and he denies that the screen is not original and everything I’m saying is false. He COMPLETELY PLAYED ME I WILL NEVER GO TO HIM OR RECOMMEND HIM AGAIN!!!

Perfect little place to fix my computer, saved me time and $$$. The young man who runs the place (I think he was the owner, but Im not sure) is sooooo knowledgeable, Im sure he could be snapped up by some large company easily; we are lucky he prefers to run this little tech hut as the chief genius.
