Got my new car here. In and out within an hour after the test drive after I decided to buy. The car was priced very competitively. It came with all standard features for that model. The only exceptions were the purchasable add-ons that you had to buy. Those did not come with the car. Which is understandable since it was previously a rental.

My husband and I made an appointment and were greeted immediately by the sales rep. He was willing to let us drive what we wanted and we chose our car accordingly. All paperwork was done at a table outside with cleaning materials readily available and used by employees and by us. While the process did take a long time, we appreciated having everything done and driving away in our car. We have purchased from Enterprise before and will likely do it again. I called about a 2018 Ford Transit 250 Cargo Van that was located in Montclair. I wanted to see it, but did not wish to drive to Montclair if the vehicle was not there.They offered to bring the van to Long Beach and made an appointment for me to see it. Two hours later the van was financed and on its way home.The van was like new and the crew, headed by Eddie Gonzales, at Long Beach could not have been more friendly or efficient.

Do your due diligence and you will be happy with the results. Sales people may not know all the pins and whistles of each car, but they were open to looking it up and finding out information for all my questions.Pleased with the condition of the car. I have had it for 3 weeks now, with no issues. This was a good purchase and a very competitive price. Compared to the dealerships I thought I received a good value with fewer miles on the car than offered at other places.

Freddie made my car buying experience super-easy and stress-free. Hes a low-pressure, honest salesman. The finance manager, Phillip, was great, too. I purchased a car at Enterprise Car Sales about 3 weeks ago. The experience was good. The sales man was awesome. However, two weeks later, to my surprise,I had to service my Pathfinder. The service department in Irvine asked me where did I get my car. He went on to say that Enterprise should have fixed your strut and gave you an oil change before seling you the vehicle. Thanks Enterprise I havent had my car in 3 days.

Needed a bigger car to show relatives around LA and Palm Springs. Car was new and very roomy. Great value! The shuttle home from the rental office was a nice touch. Very friendly and honest staff. No gimmicks just straight forward truth about monthly payments and what you qualify for. At first I was a little reluctant to purchase a used vehicle at enterprise since I knew the vehicles were used for rentals but after learning how all the vehicles on the sales floor undergo rigorous inspection and still have the manufacturers warranty I felt confident in making the purchase.

Had a good experience here. I initially only went to test drive 3 cars, because my car was a total loss, I had a Enterprise rental and they suggested their car sales. I ended up leaving with a Camry. I then brought it back and switched to a 2016 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid, 23k miles.They have lots of young staff, that are personable and dont try to pressure you into anything. My sales associate was Aubrey. If you want to check out some cars, call and make an appointment with her. She is real cool. The only small knock is they dont haggle on prices, but their prices are pretty reasonable. They provided Carfax, you can actually check them on their website before you arrive. All their cars are Certified as well, and you get a copy of the certification inspection.You have 7 days to drive the car, and if you change your mind or want to switch to something else, you can for free. If you want to switch again, it will be $200. They provide their own 12 month/12k miles warranty in addition to whatever is left on the manufacturers warranty, you get 1 year free roadside assistance. Some people shy away from buying rentals, but my last car was a rental and had no problems. Rental companies keep up the car, get it serviced when they should, etc.
