Great place to shop for bulk candy. I was in town for my sisters wedding and needed candy fast to fill her candy buffet. Candy Warehouse had a great selection to choose from and the staff there was very friendly and answered all the questions we had.

Place an order online and then you are called at home regarding the order and accused of fraud and then have your order canceled. Do not even bother ordering from these people they cannot keep simple hubba Bubba bubblegum in stock and they are very unprofessional. You can find all of these items at Target and Walmart in stock.

Initially very excited to hit this place up... huge lollipops on top of building touting wholesale candy prices to the public. While it is organized by candy color and very clean we found their prices to be underwhelming. In fact, we were downright flabbergasted at how expensive it was for a bag of candy! Decided to take pics of prices and leave to investigate if in fact they are worth the drive. Found a Smart and Final and found exact same bags of Halloween Candy for 1/2 the freaking price. Went to Vons and same thing. This Candy Warehouse is just that, a warehouse with candy, nothing wholesale about it. Save your $$$ folks....

Ordered $250 in candy (online) and it arrived within 4 days. Fast shipping! I was honestly blown away by the packaging! The candy came packaged in tons of bubble wrap and all the gummies and chocolates were sent in coolers with ice packs, wow wow wow! 5 stars for sure and will definitely be a returning customer.

Not very good customer service with the online orders. They literally did not send a free bag of Halloween candy to my order which came over $100.00 because the order itself was under just $3.00 Surely not a way of getting a repeat customer if they are going to squabble over a mere $3.00 and not send the promotional bag of Halloween candy. There customer service also added You also did not write CORN in the promo code come on give me a break! With all the money they make they cannot send a free bag of candy! I know some people reading this will laugh and say really over a bag of candy?! but it’s the principle of a company showing good customer service and not having good customer service. It would not have killed them to add the bag regardless of writing corn or not writing it and because of this I will not be doing business with this company again, nor will I recommend them to family, friends, and business associates. Poor customer service. BTW I did contact customer service just as soon as I placed the order to let them be aware that I missed the promotional code and please include the item with my order. No one ever answered that message.

The customer service I received from Colleen at Candy Warehouse far exceeded my expectations. UPS lost my shipment and Colleen stepped up to the plate and sent another shipment overnight, without me even asking, so that I could have the candies in time for Easter. Hard to find companies that understand what the meaning of customer service is and I would know because I was in the retail business for over 30 years. A++ on client relations and a great variety of candies. I 100% recommend.

I was looking for a very specific t shirt that had the M&M characters on the front for our office Halloween costumes. This was simply a case of supply and demand. There were other retailers that sold the same product (but different colors) for less with free shipping. Candy Warehouse was the only retailer I could find that sold the colors I needed, so I paid more for the shirts and had to pay a ridiculous amount for shipping two, very lightweight t shirts. Will I order from them again, probably not. Did I get what I wanted? Yes. Did I pay nearly DOUBLE what other retailers sold the same products at? Yes. Am I satisfied? I guess.

This place is AWESOME. We drove for Apple Valley to Long Beach to see the candy warehouse and it truly is a warehouse. Candy everywhere sorted by the color you want and everything. They are super friendly people and they are very helpful if they dont have it they will let you know. Once again very organized definitely will be going back the next big party we throw.

I absolutely love this place. I was so amazed when I went inside. I did not even expect to find and see so many candies from when I grew up. Back in the 70s and 80s I believe had the best candy of any generation. When I saw all the candy they no longer really have or sell on ice cream trucks took me back to be a little girl so excited waiting for the ice cream truck to come by.

Driving down Willow and spotted the sign to this Candy warehouse. Than it felt like a little adventure to actually get in there. All signs were preaty helpful. Great place to bulk buy. The box came with opened packages aswell as half the order was missing cant get a hold of there customer service to speak to a person. The whole box is inedible and contaminated with who knows what being that half the packaging was opened full cases were opened n gone threw completely unprofessional in my OPINION Ill never do business with this company again.

Only reason Im giving 3 stars is because I ordered items that came in cardboard cans and the packaging was horrible. The cans was smashed except one. Gifting someone smashed cans is horrible. Otherwise its cool, what I expected just not the packaging.

This is a great place if you need mass quantities of àny particular candy. Everything is sorted by color (m&ms, Hershey Kisses, Reeses cups, etc.), so if you need favors for a wedding or special event that has theme colors - youre set! Prices seemed good, but I went to check it out and grab myself a treat - not really the place to go for single servings of anything. Ill go back when I need tons.😉🍫🍬🍭

I have never personally been to the store itself, but have tried to use their website. I didnt buy anything because the lowest priced peice of candy that I found was $30. And not to mention, they sell two peanut butter cups for the same price! Thats way too expensive! The only thing that I would change about here, is to lower the prices and to work on the website. Yes, I know, they opened a few months ago, but if they were to fix those small bugs, it would be awesome! I have no hate towards the company itself, but taking the timw to fix those would improve business. (In my personal opinion.)

Check out their clearance section for awesome deals on individual items! Online ordering is also available and youll find additional items they may not have out in the warehouse showroom. Great selection of Jelly Bellys, Pez and other specialty or gourmet candy items. Prices are close to retail, but you do get a small discount compared with buying items individually. Its worth it for the convenience of finding what you want quickly and not having to run around or search multiple places to get everything you need!

Pretty obnoxious that Canda has to order $500+ before they will ship. We pay for the shipping regardless why does there have to be a minimum attached .. even in major events no one would use over 150lbs of candy.

I placed an order on their website and received an initial confirmation email. There was no communication from Candy Warehouse after that. Four days after placing my order (the candy should have arrived by then) I emailed them for a status, the never responded. I am not impressed at all with how they conduct their business, I will not try to order from them again.
