I generally prefer to buy made in the USA. They are local so I thought these were the people to go with. The product is pretty good. Their web page professes an excellent customer service department willing to work with the customer etc. That may be true if you are a big company or some institution. If you are a DIYer they will string you along (close to a month for me), laugh at you, then just blow you off. Saying that I am disappointed is an understatement.
