Victor was very nice he explained to me the situation the problems that I have my vehicles and I didnt feel like he was throwing extra stuff in to get extra money Im very pleased even though I have not gotten my car fixed yet thats going to happen next week

Victor is a great, honest and fast mechanic. The bulldog Luna is a delight. Ive had Vic working on several cars of mine and my friends/family for years.

If I could give this place no stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE !! Got ripped off thinking my car was taken care of. They charge you new parts for junk yard parts ! I was charged 800$ and supposedly my car was ok started acting up a month after and was told that it is a lost cause to just sell it. Took it to a honda dealer service mechanic they said the parts on my car were junk yard parts that they could tell right off the back. Do not trust you car and if you do ensure you are getting what you paid for.

I am satisfied with service but shop needs some cleaning up on the exterior. I did not see the inside. Wish I could give the pup a bath! The guy who helped me was very nice, respectful. Didnt catch his name. They helped me on short notice.

Very thorough explanation of what issues are with your car. Keeps you updated on the process of when there working on your car and when its done.

People are nice here. The bulldogs are sweet too! Victory changed my car oil that is very fast and a good deal. I love this place.

The shop is a little crowded with cars cuz its a small shop but Victor the owner and mechanic is really on top of his game and caring and will give you complete info on what is wrong with your car and have a good prices he doesnt take credit cash only or check

I called Long Beach Auto Repair for replacing my brakes. They gave me a good deal. This was about 2 years ago. I then took it in for a tune up, again a good deal. Then my transmission started slipping about a month ago and of course I brought it back to these guys. They are great mechanics and warranty their work.

I needed to replace my front and rear brakes about 3 weeks ago. I called Long Beach Auto Repair to get prices and I got a good deal on them. I took my car in that Saturday and they did the job the same day pretty quickly. The price was great and the service was great too. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for auto repair services, especially if youre a female.

Never come here their inexperienced and unprofessional they charge 60$ to just find out. what wrong with your car and their way to overpriced your better off goin to 20th an long beach blvd they dont charge to diagnose and their quick had me back on the road for less then they were trying to charge here DONT COME HERE NOT WORTH IT!

Came here for a brake job and they did it. It was super easy and good prices. I am having them check out my old spark plugs and see when I can come in to replace them. Easy five stars!

Don’t get your car from here PLEASE save your self the money and get you a new car! I’ve had nothing but problems with my car and also having to pay money out of MY pockets to fix it. Waste of time and money! Never recommending this place to ANYONE. They finessed me forsure. Lesson learned

My engine started acting up and make a weird noise every time the car started. After 20 minutes of driving, it would go away. Surely enough there was a big problem looming around, so I called Long Beach Auto and they diagnosed it for me. I got the job done here, so the diagnosis was free. I had experienced great service and my Camry was working perfectly once again.

This place is great! They quoted me a cheaper price than everywhere else...when I got there they were warm, friendly and professional. Ill definitly be going back.

Their prices are cheaper than anywhere else but they are also highly unreliable, i left my car there for 3 separate days and they didnt even do so much as look at it. I did a very short test drive in my vehicle, the mechanic guessed what the problem was and told me the cost, after the 3rd day I looked at the car myself and found the problem was a missing caliper bolt, which any mechanic would have immediately seen if they did a proper inspection. Will never return here again, especially since the last day my car was there they had another customers car stolen from them

Great Place, Staff is great! Family owned shop with unbeatable prices. I had a problem with my car and everywhere I went they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg just to diagnose the problem, after bringing it here they figured out the problem and repaired for a little more than other shops wanted to charge me to figure the problem out. Save yourself time dont go anywhere else they do everything from change oil to rebuilding engines!

OK I went here and they did give me an unbeatable price to remove and replace my engine on my 2001 Audi, but I specifically told him the timing was wrong on my new engine and could he please check it for me they didnt fix the timing at all my car lasted 1 week before my engine valves bent and the engine was totally destroyed I went back and told them and they couldnt help me at all they told me it would cost $1800 to fix I will never go there again

STOP...BEWARE...MOST DISHONEST AND CHEATER PEOPLE IN CAR SALES BUISNESS. THEY ARE SELLING DAMAGED CARS AND MISSING OEM ENGINE AND BODY PARTS and replaced with junk yard parts and NOT EVEN SHOWS ON CARFAX REPORT. Owner Gus is a cheater and very dishonest person. I bought a expensive 2015 used car for $9k from them becoz pictures looks good and look from outside (they photoshop car pictures to looks nice)but when I took to dealership right after I purchased becoz engine makes weird noise and having problem starting car, found that missing OEM engine parts and replace with some damaged junkyard parts, found that transmission is leaking, control arms broken which support heavy engine, car frame underneath damaged, shocks and struts are bad,wheels under tire are all bent, chasis has major damaged, battery terminals welded,radiator coolant leaking, brakes have broken rotors; front and rear bumper are glued, also whole splash guard missing under engine to protect engine parts from water splash, Air conditioner does not work becoz it was missing. Stereo system wont work becoz electrical wires are faulty.All together I spent $4K extra to fix my car on top of $9k.BEWARE...STOP....DONT BUY ANY CAR FROM THIS PEOPLE YOU WILL REGREAT....I LEARNED MY LESSON BUY ONLY FROM CERTIFIED AUTHORIZED CAR DEALERS AND PAY LITTLE MORE BUT HAVE PEACE OF MIND.

I went in for a camshaft replace and he didnt fix nothing tried to say i need a diagnostic after my check engine light came back on next day this place is terrible NEVER GO HERE.

Great price for my tune up and transmission oil change. Charged nearly half of the price than other places.

I came to get my transmission reassembled, and was told 500 to rebuild it. I told them I didnt need it rebuilt but just reassembled. He said ok thatll be 600. Then tried to convince me he hadnt just said 500 for a rebuild.
