They do exceptional work but it takes a very long time before they can get to you. Great problem to have if your them not so much for the customer.

Auto service was fine, but customer service was lacking. People answering the phones at a high end shop should at least know something about cars. Took forever to verify they could do fluid change on a dual clutch trans, receptionist had no idea what that was. Also first appointment was not honoured, dropped car off at 8am, called at 3p, car not touched and no follow up. Left scrambling for a ride home and a minimal apology. Not sure if I would use again.

I called in the 10th of may, they scheduled me for a May the 19th appointment, they held my car 3 days with no update, I called an hour before close on Friday and they said they wouldnt look at it until Monday, I took the car that day, wasted 2 weeks of my time and would have wasted more if I had let them

Call to check to see if my car was ready car was ready but no one called to tell me it was ready so I could arrange for someone to pick me up to go get it but mine youthey bought me home this morning in my car I was told when I made the appointment with the secretary that someone would bring me home & pick me up to come get i had to call at 10 minutes before closing so I have go in the morning to pick it up smh

It took over a week for them to even get to my car. Then labor cost was way too high.

Excellent service. Kohl has high quality professional mechanics who really know their craft. We have a 93 VW Eurovan. No one wants or knows how to fix this machine, so much so that the dealership didnt want to do it and they referred us to Kohl. We are very pleased. They actually care as well. We highly recommend this shop.

For the first time in many years, my 94 Lincoln Mark 8 rides and performs looks the day it came from the factory. Did I mention that my car has over 200,000 miles on the original engine? Excellent service for imported and domestic vehicles

Terrible place. Dropped car off Monday morning. Had to pick it up Thursday since they never looked at it. Took it to another shop in Gulfport and it was fixed immediately. No apology or explanation. Don’t waste your time or money here.

This shop has handled all of my repair work for over 20 years. They are wonderful people and fine mechanicsI trust them 100% and would never voluntarily go to Any other shop.

I am currently in the process of selling my 2006 Toyota Scion XB, a potential buyer was very interested after test driving the car so she asked if she could bring it to a mechanic for them to take a look at it then she was ready to buy. She picked up my car and drove it to Kohls. She had no issues with the vehicle on her 20 minute commute there. She got it there the mechanic lifted it to look at it and now I have a check engine light on and two other lights that are now on that I had no clue were even in my car. I took it back there and demanded them explain and they said the lights were on when they got in it. Now I have lost my sale on the vehicle and I have to come out of pocket to fix this issue when there wasnt an issue at all until they got under my car. I am the only owner of this vehicle I have had it for 6 years and I have never had the check engine light come on. I would not recommend anyone using this mechanic shop.

We were visiting Long Beach on a fishing trip when I had engine trouble with my 2006 Chevy Duramax. I googled random places, looked at a few web sites, and picked Kohl Motors. They towed my truck, immediately began working on it, and fixed it within a couple hours. They whole time we were there, they treated us like family.
