Took my car here to get my front windshield replaced. While removing the old windshield, they chipped my car and the paint. When I got home I noticed it right away and called them immediately. They said the guy who worked on my car had over 20 years of experience and that theyd contact me after they questioned him.They eventually contacted me and claimed that the car was already like that. The funny thing is, when I did the initial quote and walk through, the car was never like that!THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY DISHONEST AND I ADVISE YOU TO NEVER SUPPORT BUSINESSES LIKE THESE. Theyre bad for the community and bad for the industry, take your hard earned money elsewhere!I will get this fixed, I will take them to court and make sure they pay for the damages! While Im at it, I will make sure that the employees here have all the right documentation to work legally in the US. Im not done with these guys yet. This is just the beginning!

On Monday my kids and I were visiting LA from AZ. On our drive there a rock hit the windshield and what was a small crack spread. We were over 7 hours away from home and needed the windshield replaced asap. There was no way we could drive around LA and drive all the way home with it like that. We searched on Google and called around to a few places. We even tried Safelite but there was either no availability or the windshield wasnt in stock. But International Auto Glass was there for us. They were professional, they were going to drive 2+ hours round trip to get a windshield but luckily they had one in stock and they took us right away. The shop was only a 20 minute drive from our hotel. On Tuesday the windshield was replaced in less than an hour, and it cost less than the quotes I did get. We are so grateful and appreciative to Cooper, who wasnt even in California, and Ricardo & the whole team, who replaced the windshield. Thank you all so much for making the rest of our trip enjoyable and getting our vehicle road safe for our drive back home. You all took the stress and worry off of us and we made it back home safely. 💯☺️

Very fast & efficient. As a bonus to replacing my smashed back window I got it all tinted at a very reasonable price! Eddie is super easy to with with.

I remember calling them to see if I had to make a appointment, but for whatever reason they said no so just show up and we’ll tint it for you. So I went to drop it off and after a couple hours I came back. The second I saw it with the tint on my jaw just dropped. Till this day, note I had it done August 18, 2020 it still looks amazing.

Blurry tint.Went in and the Manager said he didn’t notice a defect on the tint. He also said they wouldn’t fix it anyways because incorrect tint installation is not part of their warranty.It’s so dangerous to have objects changing while driving. The visibility gets worse at night.This is a safety issue - their customer service was committed to making money rather then insuring the safety of their customers.At first I wanted them to fix the error but at this point I’d just prefer a refund.(Can’t upload video on here)

I took my Chrysler 300C here over a year ago. Despite my car having 200k miles and not being a nice car they treated my tint job as well as any other car. The tint compared to other installers is very precise with clean cuts and no imperfections such as lint, dirt, dust, etc. Im taking my Audi A3 here soon! Prices are competitive and 100% fair! Awesome professional group. They know what theyre doing.

I love supporting small family owned businesses. Eddie and his father and all the staff were very polite and punctual. I was surprised they recognized me just by my voice from over the phone when I arrived to get my car window tinted. Prices are reasonable and job well done. Eddie had a cool vibe he was the gentleman who worked on my car and did a splendid job. Clean cut all around the edges of all the windows. The young lady at the front desk was charismatic and helpful. Boss man was on top of his work load and knows what he can and can’t get done within the day. All around solid spot. I would go back.

Ricardo the owner is a really nice guy. I have had at least 2 vehicles tinted here in the past and today and tinting a 3rd. The quality of the tint held up the entire 15 years I owned my Honda Element and I never had any problems such as bubbles or peeling. If you want a good quality tint and at a fair price, this is your place.

Unfortunately I ended having a crack in my window somehow and it spread. Called International Auto Glass and I immediately got a quote over the phone. The gentleman I spoke to gave me several options for either same day service or mobile service. I needed it fixed asap so I took the same day option.I was given exceptional customer service from the time I walked in. They even remembered me from over the phone. The staff was welcoming and very friendly. I was in and out in less than 30-35 minutes.My windshield looks amazing thanks to International Auto Glass. For excellent service, quality and a great price, I would highly recommend. I will definitely be referring my friends and family.They also do window tinting which might be another option for me next time.

On December 26 I discovered that somebody busted out my passenger window and broke into my car. I live in kind of a shady part of Long Beach and if you park your car up the street and in the dark people will check your doors to see if they are open which is what has happened to me in the past.This is the first time my window got busted and it was frustrating. I found International Auto Glass and saw that there was some reviews about how quick, cheap and effective they were and handling busted car windows so I gave them a call.I talked to Ricardo on the phone and told him what kind of car I had and he said that he could have the window at his place within an hour. He quoted me $170 or so and I asked if it would be helpful for me to bring cash. I did and got a discount which was sweet. Remember to ask for the cash discount:)I dropped off my car and realized that I needed window tint as well. That was an extra 35 bucks but needed to be done. I went back home, got a call from Eddie about an hour and 15 minutes later and he told me I was all set. My wife dropped me back off I paid the man and problem solved.These guys will communicate clearly with you and do what they say they are going to do and do the job with pride. 5 stars all day long!

THIS COMPANY IS AMAZING. CALLED THEM IN A BIND. I HAD A CLIENTS CAR STUCK AT THE MATSON PORT IN LONG BEACH AND THEY NEEDED THE WINDSHIELD REPAIRED BEFORE SAILING COULD HAPPEN AND WE HAD A DEADLINE TO GET IT DONE. Next day service for a windshield replacement. Dropped off my jeep at 8:30 am and it was done (with factory mopar glass) by 11:00 am, at $100 less than saflite. Tiny, busy, little shop, but efficient and well priced.

My rear view mirror fell off and these guys glued a new one back on...for free. Could not have been nicer or speedier. I supplied the new rear view mirror, so they made no money off this at all; they just did me a favor. How awesome is that.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. I drove my Toyota Tacoma from the dealer to this shop and not only did the tiny job look terrible, they backed my car up and hit my back bumper. They refused to do anything to acomadate me. Please go to magic sound on cherry.

They installed the window tinting on my Lexus months ago. Had a slight problem with one of the windows so I stopped by there at lunch time. They dropped everything and immediately fixed it no questions asked. Great customer service.

If you own a BMW or Mercedes make sure you dont take your cat to these guys. Your tint will scratch up bad and then they wont replace it because its not covered under their warranty. Now i have to spend another $200.00 to get my tint redone
