Awesome repair shop. I unfortunately had an accident at work and had to get my front bumper repaired and repainted.Came here and was immediately greeted my Mel. She informed me of the process and got me squared away. Met Josh my service writer and he told me a rough estimate and went over the process with me.I was updated constantly on the process and was I feel like the estimate was perfectly appropriate. I was showed pictures of the overall damage along with what work needed to get done. I found this place on the Honda site as a certified collision center. After reading reviews I decided to give them a shot. Definitely glad I did and I would go here again without hesitation, although hopefully I wont. I immediately felt a friendly, relaxed vibe that made me feel comfortable upon walking in. The main two employees I dealt with were Jason and Clay. I was updated on the status of my car every couple of days without having to call them. Repairs were done before the estimated completion date and the car looked like new again. GO TO CRAFTSMAN!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!

They did tremendous work on my 2007 Nissan Pathfinder after a front end collision. The car looks like new. Kept me informed on the status of repairs and returned it to me on time. Also had them do some clean up on the back and the work they performed was flawless. The price was right and well worth the improvement in aesthetics.

This is my first time using Craftsman’s Collision, and they were a godsend!My Prius needed a catalytic converter replacement, and we also asked if they would be able to install a shield to protect it from future thefts. They placed an order for the parts, and once they arrived, were installed promptly! Also the car drives clean and quiet, despite having a shield installed. I’d recommend anyone who had a converter stolen on their Prius to also ask about having a shield installed.The car was finished ahead of schedule, parts installed properly, and service a 10/10. HIGHLY recommend!

Unfortunately got into an accident April 14, and called my insurance company. They directed me to Craftsman Collision. Upon entering I was helped (didnt get her name) was covering the desk for lunch. Spoke with Josh Hernandez who was going to look at my car. He was very personable, and said sorry to hear you were in a accident. We walked around my car to see the damage. He stated he would get me an estimate of the damages and have my car done within the week. Enterprise was called and I was picked up and on my way. Couple of days later pictures were sent of my car and where the damages were. On April 23 got a message from Jason saying my car was ready to be picked up ☺️. Jason was great! Again, he was very personable as well. Both were easy to talk to, and they made the whole experience easy. I cant say anything bad. The whole process was smooth with no hiccups. I would definitely recommend Craftsman Collision to family, friends, coworkers, and strangers.

I’ve used Craftsman Collision body shop 5 or six times for my 2006 Mustang and they always do a great job! This time Jason and Josh helped me out from beginning to end and they kept me updated on the progress of my mustang a couple of times each day. Jason is so patient that I never felt that I was put aside even when he had a few customers at the same time. That’s great customer service! Josh was extremely thorough when evaluating the damage from the accident that brought me here that he noticed every little blemish. He even noted that my check engine light was on and had that problem diagnosed! To top off their great service they even had my mustang ready to come home a day early! I can’t thank Jason and Josh and the Craftsman Collision team enough for taking care of me and my Mustang! NO one likes to have the need for body work, but I dont think we would go anywhere else, due to the great job Craftsman always does for us. My husband is beyond picky and hes always satisfied with the quality and workmanship here. Plus, they are patient with how picky he is, which is a bonus for me!

Staff (Clay and Jason)was friendly, however not communicative. This miscommunicationcost me $400, and could have been avoided.I received notice stating myCar was on target for completion and was given the pickup date.The day of pickup, I called to come get the car, and then was told they were waiting for a part.Said could be a day, or a week, no one knows. Ok- then it would have been nice to have beentold about that ahead of time, and not receive a text that stated otherwise. I asked if the car could be fixed and I could drive it while waiting for the part.I was told no, not an option. I requested to be updated daily because I was renting a car.I never heard back.So after getting another rental car, which my insurance does not cover, I receive a call two days later, telling me they fixed the car and I can nowdrive it while waiting for the new part. Again, I was never informed ahead of time, and had already acquired a new rental. Had I been informed ahead of time, it never would have been a problem.Lastly, the car was done, I pick it up and the front bumper is not attached correctly. Clay agreed it was off andreturned it to the garage. 30 minutes later, it’s improved, but not 100%He said they would work on it when I brought it back for the new part.My concern is they wanted to release the car with the faulty bumper as is.Just disappointed I was kept out of the loop which resulted in me spending $400 for a rental car,and that the car wasn’t fixed completely as promised.

I was recommended Crafstman Collision by my brother since they did an amazing job on his gas vehicle. These guys were amazing. Fernando was in charge of my repairs, he made the process very simple and was able to get me oem parts while my insurance was trying to go aftermarket. You really could not tell where my vehicle was hit, the body alignment and paint are perfect. Jason was in charge of keeping me updated and explaining the processes. Although my insurance was difficult to deal with, Jason helped me stay patient and confident through the process. Honestly these guys cared more about me and my vehicle than my insurance did. Late April 2021 I walked out early to my parked car to find that someone during the night had sideswiped my drivers side from rear bumper along both back and front door all the way to the front fender without of course so much as Im sorry note. I was promised by Jason I would be kept informed as to the progress once I left my car with him and he called me regularly (over two weeks) to let me know how the repair was going which I appreciated greatly. I was accommodated for my Enterprise car rental by this team both for initial delivery and for drop off when no longer needed. When I arrived to pick my car after repair Josh went over thoroughly what had been done and I was pleased at what excellent work had been performed. My vehicle had been washed/polished and detailed to add to great work. I commend both these gentlemen and would recommend them and this shop highly to anyone who would require this type of repair. WOW! I am so grateful for the team at Craftsman Collision! Almost everything car-related stresses me out, so you can imagine how I was feeling after being involved in a car accident. From the moment I first brought my car in, Jason and Melanie did everything possible to help me feel supported. Whether it was reaching out to my insurance to clarify questions, or arranging the car rental. There’s a website you can use to check your repair status, and they offer text message updates from a *real* person (thought it was automated at first lol!) My car was ready ahead of schedule and Fernando did a fantastic job with the repairs! I wasn’t expecting such a clean, shiny car with vacuumed interiors. Overall, I’m really impressed and grateful they were able to turn an ordinarily stressful situation into a minor inconvenience.

Long delays. Not ready when promised (two weeks late.) Still not completely finished after vehicle delivery. Body and paint came out nicely but very poor attention to detail (forgot parts, missing parts and ordered wrong parts.) Still have to wait for another day off work to bring my truck back. 10 days after truck delivery no communication on when other parts would be ready to install. I tried to hold off on this review hoping they would call and get my truck completed but 10 days after delivery, still not ready. Sorry, but I cant recommend them to friend or a family due to all the service and delivery date issue.

This place specializes in getting your car back to showroom readiness. My car is black and it I like it to sparkle so its detailed weekly and I had my guy on alert that it was coming out of the shop that day, but when I picked it up it sparkled with the shine I love. This company is thorough with their work that I sent family members to them. I wont go anywhere else.

My car was involved in a car accident and they were highly recommended by AAA. Upon inspecting my car the claimed it had either been in a accident before or had some rear end work that was not done correctly. Neither statement was true and inaccurate. I’ve had the car for many years and would know if I had a accident or had work on the rear end. I should have known not to go there when the simple things like what days and times your open are not at all clear. I will stop short of not recommending them because every customers experience is different. As I looked around to find another repair shop and give the my scenario and gave me the estimate 6 out 5 repair shops laugh at where I went. You be your own judge.

So after getting a terrible estimate from my adjuster that included aftermarket parts, I decided to try out craftsman collision off of my brothers recommendation. From the moment I walked in Jason had me fill out the necessary paperwork which took like 3 minutes. After that everything was completely handled by Jason and fernando. Jaso was amazing at keeping me updated and fernando made sure I got OEM parts. My vehicle was ready at the estimated time, the repairs are unbelievable(you cant tell my vehicle was in an accident) and my vehicle was returned very clean. First off, Jason and Salina were super friendly upon my arrival as well as when I picked up my car and made me feel right at home. Josh went above and beyond even when I had small special requests for the work to be done. He even introduced me to all the people involved in putting my car back to its original, no, better than its original condition. Kevin and Oscar made sure everything was reassembled to the precise specs. Nothing sags or is out of place! Their painter Paul is a master of his craft. My car is BLACK and those who know, black can be a difficult color to deal with, you can notice everything on it. But my car came out so smooth and shiny it’s like looking in the mirror!! I was amazed. Even when I couldn’t pick up my car upon the initial pick up date, Christian had no problem re-prepping it and dusting it all down for me the following day. The entire back end of my Jeep was caved in due to being rear-ended. I had received an estimate at a different body shop prior to coming to Craftsman Collision and the difference in customer service was night and day. Everyone at Craftsman is so helpful and attentive. Not to mention the facilities themselves seem clean and modern. There are glass windows that enable you to see into the work area. I was even able to meet the the team that would be working on my vehicle—very comforting.Last but not least, my direct point of contact was Justin who could not have been more professional or accommodating. Lastly, Jason kept me updated throughout the entire process via text meaning I never had to wonder the status of my vehicle.When I received my vehicle back, it was in beautiful condition—looked brand new and seemingly detailed.All in all a great experience.

Great customer service since the beginning. The young lady who first helped me, she was covering the front desk since she normally works in accounts or billing, was a doll she really helped me feel comfortable leaving my car. When I initially called to see if they could help me after getting turned away from numerous shops in the area Jason was friendly and assured me they could get the job done. Fernando was excellent as well when we met and went over the issues I was having with my vehicle. I hope I dont get into any accidents with my new vehicle or EVER return with a mouse issue again! but Ill definitely return to craftsman. Honestly everyone that works there are friendly and funny. I would definitely recommend craftsman collision to anyone needing auto body repairs. They were honest, transparent, and the work came in very close to the original estimate. They were professional, always kept in communication about the progress to my Mercedes. Justin was very friendly, always available to answer my questions, and was great when it came to communicating with the insurance company and the adjusters. The manager Jason was always on top of things and provided great customer service and followed up timely.

It was the best experience I’ve had with an Autobody shop. This is the 3rd time my car was on the same side while parked. Other shops have kept my car for months. Got rear ended in a hit and run, no fun. Craftsman Collision made this experience great. The whole staff was super nice, professional and communicative( Jason, Josh, Claudia). They emailed/texted me with updates. I got quoted for a certain date and I got my car the day before! I carelessly scrapped my front quarter panel, bumper shroud and wheel well shroud on a conctete light pole support. I decided to have craftsman collision do the work. I see them driving north on the 405 all the time. The work was delivered two days early ( in time for the weekend) and it looks great! They gave several text updates during the process. Im a very happy customer. Thanks Justin, Jason, Sergio, Ed & Paul.PS: During the estimate process Justin (i hadnt signed up yet to do the work) spent about 20 minutes doing touchup work on the scrape. Nice touch!
