My car was a wreck. And I called around and got outrageous estimates. The lady who hit me was uninsured and the person who drove my car wasnt supposed to do I had to pay out of pocket. Leo from Classic Touch took care of me. In fact they even cleaned out the inside of my car which was a mess from my grandsons crumbs and stuff etc. I give the 5 starts for great customer service, for repairing it in less time than expected, for keeping to their promise of the amount and for lending me a loaner car for a few days. I was able to return the rental car to the agency and use their car! I am very happy! They did an awesome job on my Sentra! You can see any difference! Actually it looks better! The repair was adequate but my car had been driven 125 miles. on the day i was to pick it up they demanded cash and would not take my cards or a check. customer service was poor. I highly recomend finding a different body shop.
