Jamie was awesome, I was hoping to have my bike this weekend but thought parts wouldnt be in on time. Jamie called me Saturday saying the work was completed in time for a weekend ride! They will be handling my service next time!
Every time I come here to get parts, I am made to feel very welcome. The personnel are helpful and their answers are honest and informative.The service department has been a bit more tight-lipped, but very professional and courteous. Ive found them quite helpful over the phone.The shop is clean, organized, and well-stocked.They take their pandemic controls seriously, from what I could tell.The only drawback is their prices for consumables (oil, lubricants, cleaners), but nothing outrageous for a motorcycle dealer.I recommend them.

The labor cost was a little on the high side following my search for a tire replacement. The tire was quoted at $80 ans when it was written up the cost had increased almost $10 more for no explainable reason. The service took a bit longer than their estimation, promised 5:30 and it wasn’t until 6:30 before the bike was finished.As they were the only tire service that possessed the tire I required, seriously a two week delay if I were to order, I gave them my bike.The service advisor was personable and offered some ideas. Sad that the mechanics could fulfil his promises. Clean shop and very busy.
Salesman was very helpful I must say, did his best to get the deal I wanted. Unfortunately, I can only give two stars review since service department did not fix a issue with bike. They gave me a run around telling me one of the cylinders has low pressure then stated the pressure was good and was user error? Among other things wrong with the bike I was given full confidence by their master tech the bike was ready to go and all issues with motorcycles were resolved before leaving their shop, after 6 hour ride home, original issue still not fixed and notice more things wrong with bike upon testing.

I was very skeptical about ever getting proper support and parts to revive a damaged cylinder and piston on a vintage Yamaha Vino 2 stroke Scooter. Left parts at Del Amo Motorsports L.B and was shortly contacted by Daniel in service who went above and beyond his call of duty with detailed support and recommendations for every step of the process!!!!. This included evaluation of damage, availability of parts and options, Date and delivery of parts, and asking for photos of scooter that was apart. Parts ended up being OEM and arrived ahead of schedule and partially pre assembled at service department. He thoroughly went over every step of re assembly in great detail with suggestions on all needed supplies and tools. I never did this type of assembly before so information was invaluable and couldn’t guarantee the outcome without it. He is a true professional that just doesn’t exist in this day in age !!!!!!!. My end result is a perfectly assembled and running scooter beginning its break in period as if it just left the showroom floor !!!. Please visit him immediately for any of your service needs as it just doesn’t exist anywhere else.
I made appointment for service. When I droped off unit I was told it would be ready at end of day. 4 days later I picked it up when complete. Nobody called me to tell me it was going to take longer. I had to call to get this info. 4 days to do simple oil change is ridiculous. When I picked up unit I see it was left out in rain and very dirty and wet. Price for oil change was 340 dollars and this is after I supplied oil. Prices way to high here. I will never come back to LB Motorsports. I will drive 100 miles out of way to avoid this place.
Just picked up a 2021 Triumph Street Triple 765 RS last Saturday. By far, the best deal in town... Ive been shopping with the Del Amo family for a long time and will definitely keep shopping there. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The only negative is the cost. Two new tires and changing of oil + drive was over 700.00. I’ll take it as a positive that I have been inspired to learn how to do my own repairs. But seriously, very nice and polite staff.

Del Amo of Long Beach is the only place I will take my bike for services. The service department goes well out of there way to assist in any way they can. The mechanics really know what they are doing and do an amazing job. The sales team always asks if you need any help. Everyone always seems to make it an effort to take care of you.You will definitely not be treated like a number like Del Amo of Redondo will treat you. I needed some assistance and waited a hour and a half just to be told we cant help you today, come back in 2 weeks.
After looking for a trike found the Can Am Ryker Rally Edition I wanted at Del Amo Motorsports Long Beach as I walked in a very friendly young lady helped me and called Jason the salesman who was really helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly showed me the trike made the changes I wanted and have to give everyone there a two thumps up Noemi in parts was very helpful with the riding gear and Eddie in Service. I had an awesome experience and recommend this place to everyone that wants friendly, knowledgeable, courteous treatment all times these people are awesome. Coming back for all my trike needs
Very frustrating and disappointing experience. When I made the appt I was told it would be a couple of hours and I could wait nearby but off site. When I arrived at my 10:30 am appt I was told 3 to 4 hrs and given locations to hang out and wait which I did. I came back at 2:00 to wait out the next hour. At 3:00 I was told another hour. At 4:00 still not ready. At 4:30 was first time I was told bike would not reset from light staying on causing delay. Bike was not cleared to go until 5:15 which made me late to pick up my granddaughter. I live in Los Angeles and had to transfer to my car first. I could have easily made arrangements to drop my bike off and pick up at the end of day or next day rather than wasting a stressful day wasting time to hang out with no place comfortable to do so.
Love coming here, jaime is the best in the service department and Naomi is my favorite in the parts department so go check on both of them and tell them Verdugo sent you youll get the VIP service
Took my bike to the del amo motorsport Long Beach facility for a nail in my rear tire. Service advisor Daniel Nowak was phenomenal every step of the way. From unloading my bike, verifying the warranty, finding and ordering the parts, informing me of the maintenance plan, and keeping me informed every step of the way.
Great service. They had the replacement screws in little kit. In an out. No problem.
I’ve had great experiences with the service department at Del Amo Motorsports, Long Beach👍! Julian Badajos was my service advisor and coordinated a warranty claim on my Kawasaki Concours! He kept me up to date throughout the process and the bike was expertly repaired👍!
UPDATE: the morning after I picked up my bike with the unfinished service work, the service representative who I was originally dealing with called and apologized for the inconvenience and the breakdown in communication.They then proceeded to offer to finish the remaining work if I can track down the brake pads. I got right on it and found the pads at a local Cycle Gear then delivered them and the bike to Del Amo.As they were doing the fluid flushes, they found some rust in the reservoirs and found an issue with my clutch plunger (might not be the proper name for it). Again they didn’t have the part in stock so I tracked it down at 3Brothers Racing in Costa Mesa and also picked up a new speedo cable while down there cause mine was mangled.I had to leave the bike over night then deliver the remaining parts in the morning and they were able to work through it all and in the end, there was no additional cost to me.4 stars because I had to do so much running around collecting parts but the second go around with my service representative and the manager was pleasant and I feel they did me a solid by doing the work properly.—ORIGINAL REVIEW:I am traveling across country and brought my dirt bike to Del Amo to get the front fork seals replaced. They did not have the front fork seals so I took it upon myself to drive down to Costa Mesa to pick them up and hand-deliver them back to the shop.I dropped the bike off on a Friday morning and did not hear anything from them until I called them on a Tuesday. Granted they are closed on Sunday and Monday but there was no communication until I called them. When I did call and speak to the service representative, I asked if everything was OK and if anything needed to be looked at or worked on.The only thing they mentioned was my brake pads were low (which I figured was no big deal as I can change those on my own) and a question on when the oil was changed last (which in this case was only 2hrs of riding ago).Then when I come to pick up the bike there is a list of items (front and rear brake fluid flush, coolant level is low, clutch fluid needs a flush, need chain service) that were not spoken about or consulted on so I never had the opportunity to get the bike fully serviced and fully functional.Now I’ll need to find another shop that can squeeze me in their schedule to get the remaining work done when all the things that needed to be done could’ve been done with literally 15 to 30 minutes more worth of labor.
Got me in the next day after I called and the lady that helped me was super nice. Great overall experience.

Jason was a great help from start to finish. Husband saw R6 online, but had me call to confirm if it was available because he was working. Jason said hell look into it with his boss and get back to me. Less than 10 mins later I got a text saying they just received it in the store. We wanted to get in as soon as possible so Jason moved around his schedule so that we can come in to purchase. He and David made the trade-in and financing paperwork a breeze and Jason helped us save on bike insurance! *plus!* After we got our R6, they had Ray their mechanic go over all the specs of the bike. Overall, great experience at this location!
I dont even know where to start. First of all, their sales team is very knowledgeable and attentive. I came in for a test ride and left with a bike. Jason was my rep, so when you go in ask for him. This place was just fantastic i bought my first bike at 17 with them it was a ninja 400 and the process was so smooth and they answered every question i had, and i also had the pre paid maintenance so now i dont have to worry about maintenance right away and i can learn overtime instead of rushing the learning process and do something wrong but overall it was just a great experience with them i will definitely be getting my second bike with them 🙂

This place is kind of like wine, in the sense that it gets better after every visit. Every time I think my bike rocks, I bring it to them for a little maintenance and I’m always blown away at how much they improve it. Best place to bring your bike, no question.

I looked around for tire prices, Del Amo Motorsports has pretty reasonable prices on tires. purchased the tires from the parts department and scheduled and an appointment to have them install at the service department right next door. I had a great experience !!!

A great place to buy just about any toy you want to for a guy and girls. But in my opinion I definitely would only purchase from them I would not have any service done because their prices are outrageous would be a kind word. But definitely stop by and see what they got new and used especially on used so you can get yourself a good deal. Even theyre used bikes are kept in great condition I guess that goes for everything they sell used. basically you cant go wrong buying something from this place unless you walk in wanting to pay top dollar but who does that. Negotiate theyll give you a good deal. I thought oh my toys from this place from watercraft to street bikes they have everything for fun. Take a look online but its always best to walk in and see what they really have on hand if youre ready to buy youll get a good deal.

I had to get some basic work done on my bike and everyone there was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The work was done in a timely manner and Daniel, the guy that helped me out, was very patient and helpful while explaining stuff about my bike. Will definitely be going back for service in the future.
Overall the experience was good. 3rd time buying a bike from Del Amo, so kinda used to the process. 2 from del amo OC and the third from long beach. Very friendly staff. Was in and out within 2hrs.The only reason why i dont give 5 stars is because the bikes in there are all super dirty at the long beach location. The 2020 R6 that i bought was really dirty and i came home with a brand new bike looking like it was used. Maybe clean the bikes after a sale. Just a suggestion.
I just bought a new 2020 Suzuki DR650 from Del Amo Motorsports Long Beach in July 2020, and took 7 mos modding it out with the first stage of mods to turn my DR into a sidecar. It sat for 5 mos without being ridden as the bike was stripped down. Once back in the saddle, I had some power issues that I thought was due to a clogged carb.I took it back in to Del Amo LB, and they dialed it right in to a faulty fuel valve and line in my new Acerbis 5.3 gal tank. Now, she runs like a dream. Thanks guys. Jamie in service was very attentive in keeping me up to date on timing of parts getting shipped, and how quickly the guys could turn it around. Fantastic work by Del Amo of LB’s service dept.

I purchased a used Ducati Hypermotard and had a good experience. Sam in sales was great, and everyone in parts, finance, and service provided great service. The GM was flexible enough to agree to a fair offer on the bike, and the transaction was easy. The only reason Im leaving four instead of five stars is that I feel like the bike could have been cleaned up and prepped a little better. It had new tires (much appreciated), but it was in dire need of a good detail, and thats something I would expect from a purchase at a dealership. Anyway, Id like to give a big thanks to all the friendly and helpful employees.
Very disappointed with the Service Dept. here. I dropped off my bike to get an estimate for my insurance. My bike was knocked over while it was parked and had more cosmetic damage than anything. The person that helped me sent me the estimate instead of sending it to my insurance company. That delayed everything by at least a week. The other issue was that he added things to the estimate that we never discussed which made the estimate over $8000 for a bike thats not worth more than $5000. I had to in initiate all the actions with them and they were unwilling to do anything more than estimate the price for new items. When I asked if they would look for potential replacement items instead of new replacements (that are no longer available for my bike) they stated the insurance company does that....Well, they dont. After about a month of going back and forth with them, the bike was totaled, go figure, and I was charged over $900 for the estimate and storage! Unbelievable. They charged storage from day 1 even though they they screwed up and sent the estimate to me instead of the insurance company and a $250 estimate fee. $900 for them to do a 10 minute estimate and leave my bike outside to collect a months worth of dirt. When I picked it up, they didnt even offer to wash it. When I asked them to wash it, the guy literally just hosed it off and said Its ready. Bottom line is this experience has confirmed that I will travel to a dealer farther away for all my motorcycle needs. I am in the market for a new bike now that mine was totaled, but will look elsewhere for a dealer that gives better service and seems to care about their customers.
This review is for the service department. I made an appointment for my Can am quad to be checked. I was given an appointment once I arrived I was informed that they are not an Can am authorized repair dealer for quads. I should of never been scheduled an appointmentto drop off if thatsthe case. I did give them my VIN #. (I left work early to drop off my unit) I was suppose to get a call back from Julian to see if the location in Redondo can check my unit and never did.
Sam Mayer at del amo Long Beach helped me pick out my first bike. Service was great and he was able to get me approved when seemingly nobody else could for a great rate as well. I will 1000% coming back to him for my second bike! Seriously, cmon in and check out the shop and who knows you might have a new bike that you love in your garage at the end of the day ( totally not a bad thing)
Great service on my tires. Incredibly knowledgeable staff spoke with me about a few maintenance basics (new rider here). And to top it off, they lubed and adjusted my chain for free.

Normally I dont like to write bad reviews, but this time, Ill do it just for the good for future customers and hoping that Del Amo Motorsports give a better services and less expensive.I went to Del Amo Motorsports so they can check my motorcycle about a front suspension damage, they say that to give me the right cost of what it would require it would cost $146.00 dollars an Inspection which I was agreed. Ok, so after almost a week (it took two more days from what they said it would take to make the inspection)So, after the inspection which I thought they will disassemble the fork or something to know what exactly is the problem, they just throw me many possibilities about what can be wrong, just by look the motorcycle without removing a single screw, the same inspection and result that I already know.So yes, they charge me $146.00 dollars just to look my motorcycle and throw some possibilities about what can be wrong with it.

I didn’t know you’d read it... but youR staff was very knowledgeable friendly / helpful.. found what I was looking for very rapidly.. ask me if I need to help let them know I was looking for Sea-Doo GTX 1999 oil.. she asked if I wanted mineral or a full synthetic... wow, she knew! And knew exactly where the bottle was..
I was out of town and had a friend bring my bike in for me to get it serviced. There was a miscommunication with my appointment and they didn’t have an appointment for me. However, they immediately called me and took my bike in anyway. I obviously wasn’t there to see the shop or talk face-to-face with anyone. However, they were extremely communicative throughout the process and always gave me updates. They called, texted, and emailed. Normally I’d find that annoying, but not being able to be there, and never have gone there before, I really appreciated their customer service.
I want to say thank you to Sam Martinez for making it happen not only did I get a good deal but his customer service was phenomenal while I was waiting for my approval my daughter started to get fussy he asked what shows she likes to watch and put it on his computer so I can check my email on my phone he was patient and was able to offer delivery to my house. I definitely recommend del amo motorsports for your off-road needs and definitely recommend Sam Martinez.

We live in riverside county, so we did the application online, they already knew what we wanted and had it ready for us when we got there, but the most amazing part of it is, we did not have a trailer to get it back home and they dont usually deliver this far but they offered to deliver it to my house. Amazing looking to get jet skis next

Beware first time buyers! Dont deal with Jason our Charlie!I was contacted by Delamo for a trade in my bike is valued at $ 4,300.I spoke to Jason and Charlie they offered $3,300 upon inspection. I ask for there trade in option.I ask if they could match a price for the bike, I wanted from Brea socal motor sports, i was told by Charlie that if brea has a better deal I should take it!As if I went into delamo for financial advise!So I guess there not in the buisness to sell bike but to take advantage of fist time buyers! What a waste of my time!

Now the reason I say this is because I was initially reached out to by a young lady named Yesenia who is not based in the Long Beach location, however as an internet sales rep, she still helped me out through the pre-qualifying process for a bike here at the LBC. She made it feel as if she was working straight out of Long Beach by contacting Sales Managers and Reps to assure that when I arrived everything would be ready. And sure enough, when I showed up everything was as it was promised to me over the phone. Yesenias’ attention to detail is incredible.Huge thank you to Leo in sales and David in finance for making the process super smooth. All 3 worked hand in hand to make my first bike-buying experience truly incredible.

Even Though They Were Paid Upon Purchase To Pre Delivery Inspect(PDI) The Bike...Suzuki Sent Replacement Parts at No Cost and They Still Charged Me... Shady Operation, Also After Reading Contract In Detail, I Was Charged More Than The Advertised Price. Not A Family Friendly Place To Shop, Buy Anywhere Else.
One of the best MC shops around hands down. They do a great job working on your bike and they also make sure to protect your bike while its being worked on so that nothing gets damaged!!!!! Attention to detail on your bike is a must if you ride and thats what you get with Del Amo Motorsports.... A big thank you to Jamie and Hector in the service department who are very knowledgeable and very courteous, and a huge thank you to MC tech Frank for the great job he did on installing new tire tubes and rim strips all while protecting the paint on my rims.
We’ve made two purchases of 4 items from Del Amo this past year, and our dealings with them having been nothing short of a nightmare. We’ve waited two months to post a review, in hopes that our effort would finally result in a resolution with them, but sadly it did not. They are all nice people, I will give them that, but the aspect of customer service is lost on all of them. We’ve had challenges with 3 of their locations, so this experience is not isolated to one individual,nor one location, plus we don’t want to drop names. Be prepared to make endless visits, phone calls and write emails galore, should you have a problem, as nothing gets handled to completion. They are quick to point blame, pass the buck, or simply do nothing, this includes the owners. There are a lot of places to buy these types of toys, PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING HERE!

Very good attention and staff was very considerate letting me know every step that was going on
