My father is on a limited income, and is handicapped, he ordered a surround sound blue-ray player from them, the have yet to hook it up properly and give him all the speakers that goes with the device, the first two weeks he had no remote control to go with it, and here it is close to the end of the month where he cant use the thing to listen to the basketball games he enjoys without the whole system being fully operational. Yet Rent a center will want him to PAY his FULL BILL come JULY......smh...This is sad. He has been a customer with them for a while he just paid off one of the items he rents from them...

The only thing good about the place is the pricing on the product other than that the customer service is terrible. I call looking for a product and they say they will call me back but they never do. Its like I have to go to the store just to get any info! Its been days and still havent heard back from them. They say they will do something but end up dont

Limited selection. However, really friendly staff. Average prices - really purchase the thing youre buying in 90 days. Otherwise its a bad deal.
