Great place to get replacement parts I just dont like how they are managing the covid situation. Only 2 at a time, i still feels they can get better at how they are approaching the situation open doors and being faster. Other than that everything is great!!

This place rocks! I needed a dryer repair kit for my Kenmore HE3 dryer. Ordering online for a GENUINE, hard to find kit would have cost much more and would have taken several days to arrive. Coast Appliance not only had the part in stock, for less than what was online, but were willing to keep it aside at will-call when I called in to verify they had the part. Really friendly service. I cant recommend this place enough!

I called them to see if they had parts for our ancient GE dryer. I did not have high expectations since the machine was well over 15 year old and Sears is no longer in business. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Coast Appliance indeed had the parts I needed. Staff was super helpful, professional, and friendly.

Unorganized. If youre a small business and are counting on your parts to arrive on time, STAY AWAY!!Used these guys for coming up on 6 years through my day job, they used to be decent but lately theyve left me hanging a handful of times. One time I provided the model number and asked for a fan motor, I recieved the wrong part and they refused to take it back. Lately Ive been branching out and attempting to start my own repair service company. I had a large contract, 6 thermador appliances in 1 house. I ordered my parts through coast on cherry Ave, they gave me a 2-3 week eta, 2 weeks went by no call back. I call them, they states all my small parts came in theyre just waiting for 3 control boards that are coming from the manufacturer, they will need 2 weeks more. 2 weeks went by still nothing in, they need another week. After that extra week, the customer is extremely upset and would like to cancel. I stop by coast to pick up the small parts so I can atleast do some work and keep the customer happy while I wait for the remaining parts. I stop by and apparently someone canceled my order now Im missing half of the small parts that I was told were already in... Id recommend shopping elsewhere if youd like your parts ontime

Great customer service, the young man that works there was in a great mood and greeted me with a great smile, the lady that help me was very professional and friendly...i was out the door in less than 5 mins.Id definitely go back. Got the part that i needed(a bit pricey...but it was open on a holiday...so cant complain)

They have variety of products and the parts that you need. But the reason I giving them two starts is because they over charge me for a small dryer switch $26.90 dollars. When I look on Amazon for the same part and brand, it came out to be $15.80 with tax, shipping and handling included. I should it bought it from Amazon instead. But since I needed the part right away, I had no choice.
