Overhead door company has been excellent to us. We had a garage door damaged by a truck and when no other repair companies would help us Overhead showed up the next day. Tim was extremely helpful and the company offers great service, we can’t speak highly enough about them! Very highly recommended!

Very speedy response and repair. We called them for a broken spring and they were out to fix our door within the day. The owner personally came out to fix it since they were busy, but he didnt want us to have to wait. Funny guy, and we got a good value as well.

Havent purchased from this company but the guy likes to ride your a$$ and speed around early in the morning. Could probably find a better company to get doors from. Just my opinion

Dont bother. Stay away. I ordered a garage door from Lowes. It was delivered by a truck from Overhead. I didnt realize it was going to come from them. I asked the driver how much an install was. He called the office and they told him a price to give me and said they could come Monday or Tuesday and they would call to confirm a price. They NEVER called back. Dont want my money? Like breaking promises?I called the following week, they said No, we didnt deliver it to you, we dont do any business with Lowes. I reviewed my security camera footage, they delivered it. I called and they said, No, we cant install a garage door unless it was purchased through us since we cant guarantee it.Are you kidding me? This is a garage door from a major manufacturer and they cant/wont install it?! Is it too hard to install for you Overhead?SCREW THEM! Never do business with shady people. Im OUT! How dumb can people be?

Our condo complex has used these guys for decades but recently they have gotten terrible. Multiple service calls needed to repair and two weekends where our door had to be left wide open because they couldnt fix it and never even bothered to return a call on their emergency number. Well replace the opener with another brand from another supplier and never call them again, would recommend others do the same.
