Just left their office. They didnt have the color I wanted, but this place is has great personnel working there. Rates were competitive. Nice, non-pushy guys.

I had an excellent experience this week purchasing a car from Peter at Jims Auto Sales in Lomita. I did a lot of online research for pre-owned cars and went to two Dealers first and had a horrible experience. Then a friend took me to Jims, where his family had purchased five vehicles from over the years.Peter was so pleasant to deal with. He was transparent, showed me all of the information that I requested and made the entire process seamless.Fantastic experience and a great car at a good price.

I have bought 7 vehicles in my adult life and I have to say Jim’s auto sales are hands down the best truck buying experience I’ve had so far and will be checking them out when I’m in the market for another car. I was originally dealing with Mike over the phone and text and my first impression of him was a hard*ss but the more I work with him I felt more comfortable because he was straight forward with me a no games. Mike followed up with me like he said he would and took care off getting the loan approval at the best rate he could based on my credit. He ask if I wanted to look at another truck for lower payments and when I said I was only interested in the Tacoma he asked for a deposit and mark the add sold shortly after even though I wouldn’t be able to seal the deal for a few days. I feel Mike and Peter went above and beyond to get me in the truck I wanted without any pressure and took the time to explain every important detail. The truck I purchased from them I feel is definitely worth way more than what they let it go for. If your looking for a good deal on a new vehicle at a great price I would highly recommend given these guys a call and checking out there inventory of awesome vehicles. Went to get some breakfast from mr. Gs Cafe early morning I believe Saturday I ordered my food and glanced across the street at jims are jasinc Auto sales there was a man who kept popping in and of the office door so me being in the market for a car plus my mother God rest her soul used to always buy her cars from the sister lot on Normandie and 223rd my whole life growing up I decided to inquire I tell the man I have a question do you have anything on this lot for seven thousand cash out the door Im being strait forward because I dont want to waste my time or his he says show me the money let me see the money I told him I do not walk around with that kind of money on me so I do not have it on my persons show me the cars he said he has a car in the back to go look at it I go look at it its a hybrid I dont like hybrids very expensive to fix plus its a small car Im a big guy so I asked him if he had something else he again said wheres the money I said its at my house he says go get the money I say again show me what else you have.. I told him I ordered breakfast across the street from mr. Gs Cafe great customer service and food by the way he says go get your food and come back I went and got my food and went home iaI dont have a car but I still got my money i dont know who he was but you need to work on your customer service if youre the owner or the manager thats very sad I understand youre probably used to dealing with high dollar and my little 7000 means nothing to you sorry to insult you but I have a lot of friends in high places with money and I will never recommend you.. sincerely That Guy .I.Love You Mom

I would give these guys ZERO stars if i could. I buy 3 to 4 cars a year between personal and business. When I saw this jeep i was looking for i contacted the company asked specific questions, asked for pictures to verify info and made an offer. I was told pictures would be sent to me and the offer accepted. Well pictures never sent... when i called back got a different guy and he verified same questions then took my deposit over the phone. After that i was told no discount or shipping that was promised by the first guy. And also things i was told were on the jeep are now magically not...WORST buying experience ever. When given the opportunity to talked to me and make it right i basically got the middle finger and told to go else where. BTW i offered full asking price and was only trying to negotiate some small shipping costs. It was not about the money but how I was treated. They thought they had me over a barrell because i had given a deposit. I should have read there Numerous 1 star reviews. BUYER BEWARE. Look someone else...

Ok, so I had went to purchase my car and saw the online price for 3000, went to the store and the man had said it was 3400. I had told him your online price said 3000 his reasponse was oh our online guy messed up, but Ill see if we can give you that price so all said and done. Going to sign the paper work and I asked has this car been in any accidents he said no we dont sell those here ok years went buy. I was using it on a trade in for something newer for my family. Well it seems that he lied, and the car had been in 3 major accidents.

Drove 4 hours to buy a car with a pre approved loan said they would make a,deal on the car and ended up not only driving 4 hours from the valley but also didnt get any kind of deal what so ever and they still wouldnt sell me the car what a total waste of time and money
