Despite my wife and I smelling like 1st time homebuyers from top to bottom, George never tried to upsell us on anything we hadn’t asked for. Most sales consultants may present a lower-priced option for something, to make you feel good, and make it up somewhere else. Not George. He provided us with an easy-to-follow plan, and down-to-earth pricing (no haggling) as if he were literally in our shoes. We walked out of the showroom with exactly what we needed and nothing more – high quality quartz that didn’t break the bank, and a very reasonable quote for the entire job. He will call/text you at different phases throughout the entire job to ensure everything is going smoothly.George is a stand-up professional who grows his business through straight-forward pricing, happy customers, and referrals. We had two bathrooms completely remodeled from scratch. And they’re beautiful! We had three other contractors bid on the job that couldn’t meet our budget. Setai Kitchen & Bath has their own inventory of vinyl, tile, cabinets, knobs, accessories, etc. which provides an endless selection of quality products (no cheap stuff) that is cost effective. Matt is personable and experienced with proactive ideas and solutions that are fairly priced, handling unforeseen issues quickly and efficiently, and always available by phone day or night. Before the job started, he introduced himself to all our neighbors (we live in a condo complex) explaining that there would be noise and to call him of any issues. The work and materials are top notch, the “before and after pictures breathtaking, and our condo has significantly increased in value because of Matt’s work. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Setai Kitchen & Bath is truly a one of a kind business. My husband and I had been frantically running around, trying to find reasonably priced quartz countertops, and we were really struggling to find honest folks who weren’t overcharging us. George was basically our miracle, who gave us exactly what we were looking for. He not only helped us find countertops that we loved, but he really supported us in figuring out the most financially affordable options for us. I think what I appreciated the most was just how genuine and kind he is! We trusted him immediately and we just felt so well cared for. I also need to mention that my husband and I needed our countertops done as soon as possible because we have a baby on the way. George got it done for us within a few days of meeting with him. Wanted to share what a nice sales experience I had here with Matt. He really was interested in giving me ideas about my bathroom project, suggesting gorgeous black tile I had not seen anywhere else. Ive been to several tile stores in the area, and no one provided more helpful input than this little corner shop. Great, competitive prices and quick delivery too.
