Bad customer service. Whole experience did not feel professional.Man looked lazy. He kept leaving to be on his phone!I regret coming here. I should of went to my regular mechanic. But I went to jiffy lube on lomita because I was passing by and I wanted to see what jiffy was all about. Horrible first impression. Those 2 young men are not good at that job. They act like high school kids. I Will not be returning ever again! I do not recommend this place to anyone. When I was paying, the man charging me stopped to answer his cellphone, not the office phone. His phone! he was talking like if it was his homey and he was saying dumb things. Ugh I kept a smile on my face because I’m not mean like that but when I left I felt so guilty for spending $80! (I used online coupon if not I would of paid over $100) I have to take my car else where to get checked if these jiffy people even made the oil change. Because my car still says it needs oil change. It has never happened before so. Anyways I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

How did the bill come out to over 400$ 🥴 Just don’t come to this place if your trying to get something affordable. Just trust me. I feel stupid for the amount I paid. I told my sister how much I paid and she said I was scammed- you NEED to come in there stern and ask for the Basic oil change. I guess if you drive an expensive newer car and have the money get yourself something good but If you’re poor dont let them talk you into anything else.

It might be personal taste or just not used to it.. But I drove the car into the oil change spot. Placed it in park and was told to stay inside. Thats new to me. So yes. It says they open at 8am I am sitting in the parking lot on my only day available to do service and at 8:30am they are still not open. I have seen 6 cars pull in and leave after seeing they are not open.. There is an employee here saying they are waiting on John to get here to open.

Ive been a customer of this location going on 8 years now and the level of service had always been excellent! They are extremely courteous and work in a timely fashion. I only wish they offer more services as I would not have to go anywhere else for my vehicle needs!

Update...after sitting an HOUR and still no John another worker finally opened the doors an hour after opening time (9:00am) I was told they dont have the parts in stock to change my brakes. I wasted an HOUR to find this out. If they open on time, Im in and out in five minutes and returning for the service when they have the parts. I have done ALL of my oil changes at this location since I bought my car 2 years ago. I will NEVER return.

When they give you a price for oil change...just start backing up. Its how that that can cut the cost in half. Aside from that changed oil and filled fluids. Im pleased with that.

Took my vehicle in for an oil change, drove from CA to AZ. After I returned to AZ. I started having car issues to the point my car will not even start. I had to have it towed to a shop where they informed me my dip stick was not properly put back in to place causing oil to leak onto the cover of my engine. I called the shop to just let them know they did not do their job correctly and that my car did not have any issues until after this. The person I talked to started getting snippy with me so I ended up hanging up. Their error may not have caused my car issues BUT they did make a big mistake and could have caused a larger issue especially since I did a long drive following this service. I do not recommend this place unless you want to check their work afterwards.

They half did the job, they changed my oil yet didnt reset my oil Guage so the car was still saying to change my oil. They didnt do the usual air pressure for my tiers, vaccume or windshield cleaning. I bought in my challenger and my girlfriends jeep at the same time. They did this with both cars. Ive had better service at other jiffy lubes :(

Fast & friendly service. There’s a small waiting area with coffee, water & TV. I order AMSOil & filter online and bring it in. It’s a little pricey for the service, but I don’t need an appointment and it’s done in 15-20 minutes. Worth paying a little extra for the speed & convenience. (I also think having a certified receipt of your oil changes is good for resale value). Been here twice and will go again.EDIT: luckily my roommate was an auto mechanic and he noticed my oil dipstick level was a quart too high?! How did they mess that up? I gave them the right amount of oil to put in there. Did they not drain it all the way first? Weird. Next time I’m gonna check it on the spot

Update: dropped it down to 1 star. The engine undercarriage wasnt screwed in on the front part so it fell and was scraping everywhere as I drove the car. They do a quick oil change but gave me a different issue to deal with afterwards.Went for an oil change. Took 10 mins and Im done compared to waiting 2-3 hrs at the dealership. My only gripe is that its so much more expensive so better find a coupon somewhere.

Its okay but watch out theyll try to overcharge you. Sign on the side of the building says 24.95 oil change and I asked for the basic oil change and guy says over $40! I reminded him of the sign on the side and he said oh yeah basic oil change and I said yeah thats what I originally asked for... Lol make sure before having them touch your car what theyre charging you!

They do overcharge, I came here with a $13 off coupon still wanted to charge me $105 for a simple oil change. Wanted to give them a try since they are close to home but the guys working there wasn’t even friendly at all! Not a smile, not a welcome doesn’t make you feels comfortable at all! I’m sticking to Valvoline at pch and Western, they charged me less than $90 bucks and no coupons were needed and they always have a smile on their face!!!

I drive for Uber with a car leased from Fair, and fair has accounts with pep boys, Firestone and Jiffy lube. So Monday at 11 am,First, I went to pep boys on Sepulveda, they had a note on the door, no service, computers down. Then to Jiffy lube on 190th by the freeway said their computers e down, the pep boys on Hawthorne, I politely asked if they did maintenance contracts for Fair and he yelled at me for pulling in the wrong place, so I just left. Finally, I found this Jiffy Lube on PCH. They were very fast, very friendly and had me out of there in 15 minutes and had free coffee. Thank you for great service and a great attitude. I highly recommend this particular Jiffy Lube.

I have gone there previously.Today, a convict looking guy with home made tattoos on his left arm, who refused to give his name when asked, repeatedly tried to sell me service I repeatedly told him I did not WANT.I told him I had a competent mechanic of my own and valued his services.The manager got irate and told me I had to have the $180 worth of additional work NOW.He said if I didnt get the work done there and then he was not going to change my oil, that was already double of the price the sign outside said.I left after exchanging negative diatribe, and went to Insta - lube a mile away for the $24 their sign said, and done in 17 minute start to drive out, happyThis location needs the owner to get involved and see just what his people are doing, or not doing professionally.

I went there to change my oil. They said that they could not do it because the oil pan was damaged. They topped off my oil without my permission and charged me 10.99 for two quarts. When i signed the receipt, i wrote that they discovered an issue with my car and could not change out the oil.AFTER I signed the receipt, the mechanic, Sam I think, added language stating that jiffy lube was not responsible. That is total fraud. You cannot change the terms to an agreement after it has been signed. I told him he needs to change this. Then the management, or more like children, came out and took my copy and told me to prove it. At this time I was getting a little testy, naturally, and the mechanic threatened me and we actually had a stare down at jiffy lube. Come on, they want to be gangster at jiffy lube?The management then told me to leave because I was causing problems. Poor customer service and fraudulent activity, car owners BEWARE!

These guys have been so kind to me. They do my regular oil changes and fluid checks but they have also helped with some repairs that kept me on the road with my 14 year-old car. They have been very fair with pricing and have referred me to some other shops where I have also been treated well. I judge people by their actions, not their appearance. I find the people at this Jiffy Lube to be helpful, kind and competent. The waiting room is clean and comfortable, a nice selection of complimentary coffees and teas, ipad station, nice big tv, comfortable chairs. Most of the people I meet in there are regular and happy customers.

Tried to over charge me for an oil change...not just that the Hispanic guy had no smiles, no greeding and seem very irritated from the beginning...very sad, so had to go toValvoline a few blocks away and guess what I am just gonna say one word these guys are the best.

I went there and i do not usually bother to do a Google review but they were so nice and didnt make me feel bad about not knowing certain things like a lot of mechanics do . They brought me inside gave me coffee, got it done real quick and all were smiling and looked like they were happy to be at work which made me feel welcome . Highly recommend this particular location !

The hours of operation stated a 7:30 am opening. I could not tell if the business was open because the bay area was closed. The manager was the person was there and was very unprofessional. He asked me to walk across the street from the business to get cash from an Atm when I could clearly see that there was a card machine. He made no reference to whether or not it worked or not.
