I would just like to give a shout out to Jayne and Sydney and their excellent service today! They were both very helpful, friendly, and professional. The store was organized well and stocked with a wide variety of items with nicely stocked shelves. Very organized and clean! Keep up the amazing work ladies you really went above and beyond. 5 stars

So glad Joann is around for random sewing, knitting, & crafting supplies. Im always surprised at the things they have - need a color t-shirt? jigsaw puzzle? stickers? The staff is knowledgeable & always helpful.
This is the second time I have received a “ your order is ready!” email and my order was not ready- I was given the advice “for future purchases we will send you and email when your order is ready then you can come “ ... just found this rude- followed up with my advice to fix their ordering system.. why would I want to drive 20min for something that’s not even ready? But they were able to walk the 5 feet to fulfill my order so that’s appreciated.
Staff at this location are terrible. Plus it looks like an 80s fabric store, nothing like any of the Joann’s I’ve been to. I waited in line for 20 minutes because 2 staff members couldn’t figure out how to enter in a tax exempt certificate for a customer. When they finally did, no one bothered to open a second register for the people in line. Just go somewhere else, better stuff and better service.

I’ve dealt with one employee that’s been there awhile who acts inconvenienced to cut fabric, and after dealing with her this last time trying to return fabric I’m pretty done with the attitude. Going out of my way to a different joanns when I need fabric in the future.

Not really a craft store, more for someone into sewing.
I love Joann Fabrics, however sometimes you have to remind the younger employees to carefully scan and give me the discount that is presented on the signs...it seemed like the young cashier just keeps scanning and NOT minding the prices until I realized and asked her that the object is 70-80% off...I WISH THEY would be MINDFUL of the prizes...thank you.

I came in looking for fabrics for a project. A classmate told me about how helpful they had been at another location and unfortunately I did not have the same customer experience. Anne was not very helpful and instead of helping only made a comment about how I could not get free samples and that was not even a question.. I am well aware and capable of purchasing the items I need. I ended up winging it but if you don’t want to assist a customer maybe you should not be in a customer service position..
The store is in order and they have a large selection of products, however it left me wishing the staff was more efficient.I came in at 4 PM to look for some fabric, I took a number and stood in line for about 25 minutes while the ladies carried conversations with the customers instead of measuring, scanning and moving on to the next customer.Once my turn passed I went to the cashiers to pay and surprise surprise, only one register was open. With only 3 people in front of me, I waited in line for another 20 minutes.I do not want to be disrespectful or discriminatory towards the older employees but this specific location has mostly older employees who like to chat too much.Will definitely never come back to this location and wouldnt recommend stopping here unless you have a clear schedule and time to waste.

Very messy. Bolts of fabric in metal cages, bolts falling off the shelf, fabric not in the right place. Associates are not that knowledgeable. Product not even pushed out. Made a pick up in store item that said they had 10 and my order got canceled because they didn’t have it or couldn’t find it. When I place my orders at other locations I never have an issue. Also been going to other locations and their fabric is clean and organized. This location has gone down a lot. Really debating on even shopping here anymore or actually driving a distance just to go to a location that’s knowledgeable and clean.Update: on March 5th I went in and noticed signs saying 30% off specialty cottons but they were in the knit section. This is not the first time a saw sign was in the wrong area. And so many times when I brought it to the attention of an associate they tried to not honor the price or they did and said they had to check on the sign, or they said notify the store manager and guess what it still doesn’t get fixed. Also their clearance aisle has discontinued fabric inside it. Meaning it’s not on clearance yet it still has a regular or sale price. This was the second time and once again it’s not fixed. At least make a section that says discontinued or just leave it with the brand and area of fabric it belongs to don’t just through it in the clearance section, because in the end guess what they aren’t honoring the prices. Once again this store continues to go down.
This location is quite large, but not as large as others and doesnt have all of the amenities as some. The biggest problem is lack of associates. This is the second time Ive been here where there was nobody at the register. I also find the regular price of the fabrics to be higher than other places. Coupons are great, but can usually only use on non-sale items. You really have to stay up on the sales to figure out the best time to shop.

I was in this store yesterday and felt very uncomfortable. Me and my sister was the only African American women in the store. One employee felt the need to keep following me around the store as if I was going to take something. It’s a shame I get followed around base on the color of my skin.
Smaller store but still has a basics. Purchased some material. Bought the rest of the bolt of fabric. 4.417 yards. The lady said since I was willing to take the .417 yards that she would just give it to me free. Well I actually paid for it and didnt notice till I had left. Had my 5 months old son so it wasnt worth going back in. Other all friendly staff - just need to be mindful about sale items.

Great selection of fall items on sale! Ive never had issues with any of the people working there, but today was different...she wasnt the nicest and I usually get along with everyone.She certainly doesnt like her job! No name on my receipt.

The staff were knowledgeable & friendly on the previous visit.This visit, they referred us to the Jo-Ann on Army Trail because they had a small selection of picture frames. The signage in the store was excellent. However, they did not have what we were looking for. I would recommend that they have somewhere for the non-shoppers to sit.

This is probably the most understocked, under staffed, and underwhelming Joann’s I’ve been to. Often times there’s no one up front or at the cutting counter. If you happen to find an employee be careful if you’re asking for assistance, some are down right rude and unhelpful. If you look up what you need online or on the app, chances are they don’t have it or haven’t bothered to open any boxes yet in back. I’m honestly very disappointed with location.

They try their best at this location but it seems like they never have enough staff at the cutting table or registers. Ive experienced long lines are both and then see 2 workers putting bolts of fabric back instead of helping to reduce the wait times for the customer.
JoAnn Fabrics is the best place to buy fabric- all kinds of fabric: for clothes, outdoors, feathers, sequins, Fringe, furniture upholstery, etc. They also have an impressive inventory of craft supplies- jewelry making, card/scrapbooking, knitting, crocheting, kids crafts . Storage containers and home decor is available as well.
Worst experience at this location, I rather go to Michales then here.
Terrible staffing been waiting here in line at fabric cutting. Grabbed a number but the one and only person behind the counter started taking people by line? Whats the point of having a numbering system if you dont use it? After waiting we end up at the back of the line. Ridiculous.

Messy, unkempt store. It seems like the store was never recovered from the day before. I was in early enough to know that it couldnt have gotten that messy in such a short amount of time. Employees verbally short with customers.
Adequate fabric selection for most hobby sewers. They never have enough staff, though, so expect to wait a long time to get fabric cut and to check out.
For when someone stole the package of what you actually needed off the porch and you dont want to lose a whole week for want of some Velcro.

There where 10 to 12 peaple in line when we were finally the 3rd in line my mother had to leave so she left me with money to buy the stuff. Only to see an employee walk up a minute or two later and cashier after clearing off some items. Then thirty seconds later a third employee came and she helped me. I believe the only reason the second cashier came was because a customer went up to her and asked if she could get some help. The third cashier also asked the first what was on the counter and she replied I dont know.
Horrible service...30 minute wait to get fabric cut... ended up leaving because I was tired of waiting...waste of time.
