I was helped by AJ. He was very courteous. He asked if I had AAA and I said No, but I have AARP. He told me that AARP offers a discount at the store. He is the only associate that mentioned these discounts to me and I frequent this store A LOT. He was very patient and I appreciate his calm and smiling personality. Just love this location.
I couldn’t believe that I had been dreading so long to Drop off my Amazon return package when it was so easy and the worker, Shay was super friendly, extremely helpful and quick! I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes.
It’s no exaggeration when I say that this pandemic has been a HUGE lesson on adaptability for us all. Today I wanted to take moment to highlight Victoria! I am a frequent (multiple times a week) patron of the Loma Linda UPS store, and now more than ever with online shopping returns, and for mailing packages for my small business.Time and time again Victoria has been the most helpful, patient, kind and professional associate I’ve ever dealt with in a retail setting! I’ve seen her in situations when the store is busy, slow, hectic, you name it and she always presented herself in a calm and helpful manner.Though we’re all required to wear a mask, I still can tell she’s smiling under it all and she always brought happiness to my day! I found myself leaving the store happier than when I came in because of how helpful Victoria was!I love my local UPS store and ALL it’s employees, but today I felt the need to give some much needed recognition to Victoria!Thank you so so much for all your help!

I was helped by Jennipher today, and let me tell you that she provided the best customer service that I have received in a long time. Jenn was already set on helping me as soon as I walked through the front door. She, and the rest of the staff, provided a friendly and helpful environment. I always go to this UPS store to make any sort of drop off. The hours are super convenient and reliable, just like the staff.

The worst possible option to ship or receive items. I know weve mostly moved away from USPS as a society, but theyve stepped their game up AND theyre more reliable. Twice in this month alone Ive had issues with UPS. Theyve had a package of mine for a couple days now and make it a huge pain to locate it for pick up and redelivery is a hidden option I had to make an account for. The people at this location are nice and friendly but this company sucks and I cant recommend it. My package was supposed to be here today by 8, its 7:30 and they changed the delivery date to tomorrow. Thats not what I paid for.
This was my first time to this particular UPS Store and I was in and out within 5 minutes. Im not one to typically share a review but I was extremely impressed on how professional polite and prompt the staff were. They greeted everybody with a hello as they walked through the door. And even coordinated amongst each other for proper time management. Very impressed with the customer service and professionalism employee Travon provided to me. Its nice to know that there is still good customer service during a time where it is given and expected less.
I had an amazing experience with this location. I got helped by AJ and he is very knowledgeable and confident about answering all questions and options I had for shipping. He helped me make the right choice for shipping which decide me use ups over FedEx for my current shipment requirement. Management here is awesome and transperant.
Derrick was very fast and professional. He provided a notary service that was very professional and quickly got a package shipped and some products purchased. In-out and ready to move on.

I love that they put a UPS store here! Its so convenient and easy to get to. The staff are friendly and always willing to help you. Theyre open a tad bit earlier so that helps if youre trying to make a quick stop before work.
Adrian I think was the reps name - he was very professional and helpful. Explained the different mailbox sizes and pricing. Great deal! By the way, the Redlands Blvd store has a defunct telephone and doesnt answer e-mails. The location would have been better, but zero service. Wish corporate would get that corrected.
Complete rip off they charged me 3.99 to use there computer to print out a label because they didn’t receive the email I sent them witch cost me 3 bucks plus .80 cents to print. I had the stuff in boxes to be shipped out and was told i needed another box for my already 2 boxes to be put in. That cost me 14 bucks but the box only cost them like a dollar to buy thats a complete rip off in my book I WILL NEVER USE UPS STORE AGAIN HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL
It took them 10 minutes of fidgeting with the copier before they were able to scan a document for me. After they did, they couldnt figure out how to put it on my flash drive. They finally got it, but when I got home I realize the copy was cut off and totally unusable.
Zero star and outrages prices for printing services😱. Came in to print a pdf on one sheet of paper, $2.99 to use the computer, and $0.25 to print a piece of paper. You CANNOT print by loading a thumb drive to the copy machine, thats a big ☝️NO NO.Time consuming.
Worst ups store ever! Charged me $7 for their smallest box, other ups stores are half that price. Also, the charged almost $4 for a small amount of peanut foam to fill in the box, other stores are free. I paid $12 for their smallest box and very little peanut filling for the box. UPS sucks anyway. This just adds insult to injury. The Redlands store is better.

This UPS store wanted to charge me $7 for a shoe size box... said it was their cheapest priced box that size. Anyway, Ill just go to the UPS in Redlands near my house... I guess... they have cheaper options. Fyi: Bring your own boxes to this UPS store.
