Ben Stanowski helped my grandfather out with his hearing aids today, and my Papa is in his 90’s. Sadly, Ben did not wear a mask, and when asked about it, said the need to wear a mask is a “difference of opinion”.We haven’t been around anyone unmasked for the last four months, so my mother and I became a bit concerned.The manager (Chris Phoenix) called my mother, and cleared things up. We greatly appreciate the customer service we’ve received, and how seriously you’ve taken this. Thank you!
