The manager William really helped me out. I shopped late for a date and wanted to get some meat cut up. Unfortunately, I came too late and the meat cutter had gone and they didn’t have any of the ribeyes I wanted already cut up. William came in and cut up the meat I wanted with no hesitation. Really meant a lot that he was willing to do that for me.

No complaints. The selection of goods can often leave something to be desired, but the same could probably be said about most grocery stores.

Stater Bros has continued improving their interiors and increasing the varieties of groceries available. Its nice to have a nearby store with almost anything that you might need.

You could wait all day long nobody will come and ask you, what you need.

I know many of these stores, since I moved to 🍎 Valley in 2017. Kind of strange, and nobody seems to know why there is only one entry/exit in Loma Linda? In any case, nice clean stores, I know where everything is.

I lived down in San Diego several years ago, and I called the corporate office to find the nearest Staters to my location, it was almost an hour away. I enjoyed the long drive twice a week to Staters because I never shop anywhere else, my mother always shopped at Staters and it will be the same for my daughter. We bought some Sushi tonight and it was so delicious, California roll & Cucumber Avocado, we have found our new Sushi place and were very glad its at our Favorite store.

Fast service when I needed to make a quick stop to pick up some groceries. They were well stocked & lines moving fast.

Love the cleanliness of this location.. but why yall always bag my sushi like this though? 😤

Everyone is very helpful and nice especially the ladies in the bakery. The deli sandwiches are made fresh, the grapes taste really good and theyre big. They have just about everything you need in the meat department and they follow covid rules as well.

Parking has never been an issue in this Stater Bros. They have wide selection of products. Places are clean and not crowded when I visited around 7pm on Friday before Labor day weekend. Cashier was quick and attentive. When he sees a line longer than 2 people, he opened another checkout counter. Prices are reasonable for fruits, veggies, and ice cream.

Love this store and the new Sushi bar that makes fresh delicious Sushi every day.

I loves this store at, the products in good values and quality. The services and the server are in great quality.

Prices have increased up to 40% and wages have decreased. As a result of inflation deli supervisor should be more cognizant and discuss price inquiries.with empathy rather than being rude, stern and matter of fact . She lead by example in front of employees but gave the wrong example. The chicken was stale and salty.

Needed a money order and a lotto ticket... Money order transaction was MINT. Now, the manager JUST had to credit and redo a lotto ticket because it was done incorrectly, so I was a bit sceptical. So I asked the manager welp, lets do 1 transaction at a time. The money order. Ok, done. She said alright, you wanted a lotto ticket, I said yes and handed her a $10 bill. She rang me up for $2 and handed me back $8 🤔. Not quite, I wanted a $10 PowerBall ticket... So she handed me another ticket for the $8 SMH. Was a slight fail but an easy recovery.Totally jinxed it though. Hopefully I win on these jinxed tickets. 😁🤪😳 But she was a delight and we laughed about it.

Usually very happy with this location, but Saturday night, 8:30pm, 2 lanes open and 23 people in line... Be nice if they could open additional lanes... If this was my first time, itd be 1 or 2 stars!!Update - decided to try this as my go to grocery store again. Called ahead but the automated voice said the phone systems are down. Here and there are 3 lanes open with approx 50 people in line all the way the the other side of the store. Disappointed. This used to be such a great neighborhood grocery store:(

At the Loma Linda store, safety is being taken seriously. Everyone had masks on, and all staff I saw were wearing them correctly. Store was clean and employees were sanitizing shopping cart handles.
