I feel like every location leaves something to be desired. Personally, I get in and get out. I try not to interact with anyone unless I have to, but the pharmacy and staff have all been kind and helpful. I guess I’ve never actually lingered and shopped, so I really can’t complain about this spot!
If I could give this pharmacy a negative rating, I would! I dont have a problem with the store but the pharmacy is the worst!! Ive never gotten a prescription filled here and not had a problem with something or other! Go to loma linda pharmacy across the street, located directly next to stater bros!

To the cashier/ supervisor with the ponytail - U Are Lazy As Hell‼️You mentioned you were closing soon to stop people from shopping at 8:40pm, but I talked to the morning clerk & he said the store doesnt close until 10pm & that No One likes working with you! Please Dont waste your time here, take your money elsewhere !

This has been a horrrrrrrible experience today! After being a patient for over 10 years, I used the drive thru to pick up some meds. I have been here for over 90 minutes, with six cars behind me still waiting for the lady to come back & tell me something! I understand its busy, but seriously this is not how to do customer service. Please put Sean on days the pharmacy is busy and learn his customer skills, which are great. By the way, to add insult to the craziness, no one was answering the phone. Ugh!
Pharmacy could care less about people. Do not get your meds from this place. Walmart just up the street are better human beings. This place well leave you waiting and never get back to you until you call and they say sorry, too late we are closing. Also, doctors and dentists have had bad experience with pharmacists as well... Just stop by and get your ice-cream and leave. Save your self the stress and headache.
The worst service you will find in the inland empire. The pharmacist are rude the store staff is rude I’m going to ask my doctor to send my medication to cvs in Redlands the staff there are nice and the pharmacist go above and beyond to help you.
Very bad customer service given by some Asian Pharmacist, from the Drop off to the pick up he had a bad attitude. When my husband picked up his meds this pharmacist seemed Inpatient, upset and rushing my husband, we asked him a question regarding a med and he looked at us annoyed and didnt answer us, just walked away to his computer and from there he asked for the med name he is currently taking, we didn’t remember the name so we tried showing him a picture of the med from our cell but he got bothered, rolled his eyes and made some rude gestures with his hands, made us feel very uncomfortable. Rite Aid pharmacy needs to fire that Asian dude!!! I’ve read previous reviews and this has happened to others as well!On the other hand some lady named Monique was wonderful, she was very nice over the phone and in person, great customer service!! The store is the same as in any location, bu the customer care wasnt there. Asked one of the employees to check int he back for an item I usually get here and they didnt even try. Gave me a bit of an attitude and said everything is out and walked away. Its about customer service - over anything else!
Pharmacy is really slow!!! Itll take about 10 minutes to check out even if there is no one in front of you. Theyll say a drop-off is ready in 20 minutes- but its consistently longer in my experience. Check out is often slow, with only one cashier and them tending other counters at the same time, be prepared to spend a long time in line.

Picking up a prescription for my girlfriend after shed had a procedure, the pharmacist walked away from me when I tried to ask a question about the medication and if she should take it with food. The check-out person then asked me to finish a questionnaire on the credit card machine with only two options: 1 I have declined a consult by the pharmacist or 2 I have been consulted by the pharmacist.
Horrible customer service at pharmacy from a rude asian pharmacist there! Not helpful or friendly at all, very ugly attitude!! Avoid that pharmacy, they dont care about customers.
This is my go-to pharmacy in Loma Linda. I love their drive-thru. I truly appreciate their level of customer service. Sean, one of their pharmacists, has always been so very helpful, especially when my health insurance really messed up two of my prescriptions. He went out of his way both times to get these obstacles straightened out. What a life saver!
BRAND NEW LOOK! Ive been going to this particular location for a very long time and before the renovations the store didnt look too good. I love the new look and the service has reflected that change. The staff are extremely nice and are quite helpful whenever you need to find something. Everything is extremely well stocked too! The best thing is the ice cream and it is always so good and there is always someone to help you.

Delicious and cheap ice cream. You just cant beat it anywhere. :)The store is laid out nicely, so its easy to find stuff.There never seems to be many employees, though. Theres always one at the register and one at the pharmacy, and the one time I came to get ice cream, there was an employee already there waiting because some other customers had just left. However, theres never any employees on the floor who you could ask for help finding something.
Because I cant put Zero.... I call and all time said hold on and nobody answer it is a really bad bad customer service.
Sean is the best pharmacist in the area,, He takes special interest in making sure you understand your new prescriptions has an excellent demeanor,, some of his staff there should take notes on His customer service.

There is a useless piece of Asian pharmacist there that should be working in a lab with rats not talking to humans.I went in to ask for infants tylenol and he said that you need to talk to your doctor. (Sorry cant duplicate his broken asian accent). Just crossed the street to the local Neighborhood Wal-Mart Market and found what i needed. In and out in less time that it took me to ask the moron for help.I guess thats his answer to all the questions when he doesnt understand a word of what youre asking.AVOID THIS PHARMACY or at least talking to this wanna be pharmacist. If you know what you want you might be better off than talking to those monkeys behind the counter.
