I highly recommend Elite Carpet & Tile. They have tons of samples in the showroom and were very generous letting us take them home to see them in our house. They were patient while we picked out the perfect floor. The floors were installed flawlessly and they were meticulous with the baseboards. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Now we have very nice looking, durable floors to stand up to the dog, kids and pool.

I was looking to get carpet replaced at my house - I spoke to Alex, he was cordial and professional. I went into the store and met David, who was also nice. After speaking with David, a carpet was decided and everything seemed smooth. They had expected payment first, which I thought was odd given that I paid all other house-job work after the fact, but based on the good reviews about this company I felt safe about it so I went ahead with it and scheduled a date for the installation.Installation day: the installer was nowhere to be found so I called Alex and found out that the installation was never scheduled. I had taken a day off work to get this done and so the day was wasted. Alex did his best to reschedule as soon as he could, but they were only able to install on a day that I was unavailable so I handed over the key for installation without me there since I couldnt delay it further. The job was a duration of 2 days so the first day I wasnt able to make it, second day I was able to be there for the rest of the job. I expressed to Alex I wanted to be there to look at the job quality and note any inconsistencies that I found on the second day, Alex agreed to the second date. Communication hasnt been great at this point so before the second day installation, I called Alex to confirm and he said it could not be done and the installer was already finishing up. Okay. As I inspected the carpet after the completed job, there were so many spaces along the wall where the carpet was not secured and tacks were not flattened. Practically every step on the stairs I had stepped on the tacks. The carpet was also riddled with strands and extra fibers. Took me 2 hours to clean up since any kind of vacuum isnt able to effectively pick up the ends of the walls without using the handle attachment.Post Job: Alex never contacted me to see if I was happy with the installation NOR contacted me to schedule a time to return the key to my house. This made me feel VERY uncomfortable and was the last straw on top of the delays and lack of communication of status on the job. I called Alex once more to schedule the installer to come and do the fixes and I was done. This company is reasonably cheap in cost, but its the exact definition of you get what you pay for.No communication (I was always the one calling), no commitments (No concrete schedule), and little trust.

Excellent service, excellent installation. Alex worked around all my changes and the new flooring is perfect, solid and flawless, amazing on a 70 year old floor!

Alex did a great job in the middle of the pandemic by scheduling our appointment and being sensitive to the social distancing precautions. He took our information over the phone and had samples waiting when we arrived. He was friendly, informative and considerate of spacing.Since our carpet wasn’t in stock, Alex carefully explained the timeframe for ordering our carpet and installation. The information he gave us was spot-on, because everything happened exactly how he had promised.I highly recommend requesting Jose for your installer.He took all precautions considering the pandemic. He was gloved, masked and kept his distance. Not only that, he encountered some unexpected “fixes” that needed to be made in our house. Jose could have easily said “No” and walked away from the installation until we fixed them and rescheduled for another day. Instead he quickly jumped in to help us fix and complete the installation! Wow!Overall, we had an excellent experience with Elite Carpet and Tile. We would highly recommend to anybody!

David and Alex were very nice and helped us decide on the blinds we were looking for. Very nice store and good prices. When I see the blinds up on my windows I will comment again.

Loved working with Alex to pick out new carpet. He was able to schedule the install to work with my schedule. His installer showed up on time, was obviously very experienced, worked efficiently, and left my house looking beautiful.

This place is amazing they were so helpful and understanding. Alex helped us pick out the best tile for our shower. I never imagined my shower would turn out this beautiful! Also George did an awesome job installing the tile. I am beyond pleased with how it turned out.

The crew at elite were very patient with us encouraging us to take home sample after sample until we found the perfect product. The work started on time and progressed as expected. I am very picky about quality of work and George and crew exceeded my expectations. Everything was completed to my satisfaction at the agreed upon price. The stone work was top quality and the baseboards are perfect. Look around but expect to buy from Alex and his crew.

Alex was caring, business professional, and put my needs above the business needs...WOW!History: I researched YELP ratings for flooring companies in my area, and located a company in San B with no bad reviews who quoted the lowest price over the phone - by the owner of the store. The install would be vinyl in kitchen/dining room area with new 4 baseboard plus the installers would move the appliances - perfect! Go to that store to set up the install; however, a different person quotes me adding a few hundred dollars! Of course, sticking to my guns, he lowers it to the amount the owner stated over the phone. I confirm same package deal and sales person states yes. Deal made and date scheduled for install.Day before the install the same sales person comes to the house to get measurements and asses the area. This time he says we need to move all appliances out except the fridge - Fine! I mention the 4 baseboard and he states it will only be the parts UNDER the cabinets?! REALLY? Frustrated as we had been remodeling for 3 weeks and we just wanted our kitchen back - my husband stated OK. And lastly the sales guy says to give his installers an additional $75 cash - WHAT?!!!! FINE!!! I just wanted this stupid vinyl installed.Next day - Installers show up and state, Why is the fridge in the kitchen?, and inform me that I need to find a neighbor to move it out (husband at work). Spoke with the store and they stated this installer does not move appliances, and if I could find someone to move the fridge. THAT IS IT! I CANCELLED JOB!!I was panicked, mad, frustrated, and on the verge of crying. Called up Lowes, Home Depot, and other stores in San B to find all were over a 2 week waiting period for install. I finally look outside San B and found Elite! Hesitant because they are in Loma Linda meaning it would be more expensive; I just went for it as I needed someone fast! Spoke with the owner, Alex, and he was AWESOME to say the least. I explained what happened and first thing he attempted to do was correct the previous stores mishaps by contacting them so they could complete the job! I informed him that I have provided more than enough attempts so now he has my business and I would not be going back to the previous store no matter what was offered. He offered me the same deal with NICE 4 boarding ALL around the kitchen/dining area for just about the same price; in fact, Elite was cheaper in the long run!!Scheduled an asap install which would be two days away; however, he would find out if one of his regular clients (realtor investor) would switch my install time since no person were living at the investors property location. Investor agreed and Alex had our flooring installed the next day, and his guys did a GREAT JOB! Flooring installed perfectly! The installers were polite, respectful, and cleaned up their mess! Alex even called a few days later to make sure all was well - Excellent Service!!!! Thank you Alex from the Baldivids
