Petals and Promises is the best of the best! The staff was so sweet and attentive to my mom and me during the entire visit. I wasn’t sure what I wanted, so they quickly pulled a variety of dresses and helped me find what I wanted within minutes! The dress and veil were beautiful, the price was right, and the staff was wonderful. I’ve already recommended this shop to family members and friends getting married. This shop will make it so easy and enjoyable to find your perfect dress!

Such a great experience! They let me mom take the mom role and sit back and watch. The lady who helped us was aware of styles that would work with me and was willing to go look for different styles and sizes. She was so helpful and not pushy at all. She let us pull some dresses & would then ask me things about them that I did or didn’t like & would then go pull dresses she thought would fit my vision. She absolutely nailed it within the first 5-6 dresses. She found me the most amazing dress that is a one of a kind & exactly what I never knew I wanted. Hanna, the consultant that helped me was very knowledgeable about dresses and alterations. I picked out a bunch of dresses and she listened to what I liked and didnt like about each one, she then would go and pull some other dresses that she felt I would like. She reordered the ones in the dressing room and ended up finding me the perfect wedding dress! The price was amazing and I loved everything about it. She helped me pick out the perfect vail and wrote down the alterations the dress will need! I wouldnt have found my perfect dress without her help!

This was the perfect place for me. Compared to other bridal stores, Petals and Promises was such a better choice. The entire experience was a joy to go through. I had already basically decided on a very simple, tea length dress on Etsy but I really wanted to check out one or two wedding dress shops before I made my purchase, just to be sure that there was nothing else that caught my eye. I scheduled an appointment here and it ended up being super fun and everything I hoped it would be. The person helping me out with trying on the dresses was really nice and helped make the experience a good one. They have a great selection of dresses, quite a few clearance options, and I really appreciate that for a lot of their dresses they have matching lace that you can add to it. If you have a couple weeks to wait you can custom order most of their dresses to fit your needs. Very clean, very comfortable atmosphere. My dress, extra lace, and dress bag ended up being just under $700 and it is so. Perfect.

The first time we came here it was late and they were about to close but they let us took a look around even without an appointment, We made an appointment for a couple of days after and Olivia was super helpful, shes kind and patient ( definitely deserves a raise 😊) made my experience less stressful while planning a wedding in just 2 weeks, found the perfect dress the same day and it needed minimal alterations they referred me to a seamstress and in less than one week I was able to pick up my dress.

I had such a great experience here! I was helped by a woman named Terry, and she made my time very special, relaxing, and happy. She helped me pick from their surprisingly large selection to find the dress of my dreams, and assured me that I would have plenty of time for my alterations (even with my wedding coming up in just two weeks). I went in here when I was first looking for a dress. After trying a few dresses on, the girl helping us basically expressed that we were too posh to shop there and that we’d have to go somewhere else and get a more expensive dress to get the kind I wanted. She literally said “by the looks of you guys (money) shouldn’t be a problem”. I was floored. Not to mention I was on a budget (despite what she thought) and eventually found my ideal, modern style dress for less than some of the dresses I was trying on there. Their dresses are dated, their employee was more than rude and don’t let a tight budget fool you from thinking there are other, much better options.

Have to say these ladies know their dresses! After visiting a neighboring dress shop where my daughter tried on 30 different dresses and not a single one fit, she was devastated. We went to a chocolate shop for some dark soothing chocolate to help calm the emotions, felt a bit better and decided to try another shop. Petals & Promises were so helpful. They made my daughter feel like a princess and within 20 minutes we had her dress, shoes and accessories. Theyre angels! Mahalo ladies!!

I had driven down from Nevada to this dress shop in Logan, Utah and boy was it worth the drive. The customer service I recieved from the ladies was astonishing expecially Morgan who was the one that helped me find my perfect dress. The environment made you feel so welcomed and the ladies there were so nice.I did not feel pressured at all in buying and had so much fun at this shop. Their dresses are to die for and the quality was out of this world.My consultant Morgan really went the distance in finding my style and was so patient with me as I am a very picky person. She made sure we stayed within budget and made me feel confident. I could not say enough on how she really made the experience a one of a kind. She has a beautiful soul and is so kind hearted.While trying on dress after dress I felt I was not going to find the ONE until the last dress from the rack was pulled and once I tried it on I instantly busted into tears knowing it was my dress.This shop is worth going to and I even got a card in the mail thanking me for my business which comes to show they value their customers.

I have to admit I have now come to Petals and Promises Bridal twice for wedding dresses, and I loved it this time too!Shopping during the pandemic makes the experience slightly different, but it turned out great! Hanna was my bridal consultant, and she did a phenomenal job of helping me find a great selection of dresses in the style I was interested in. She was knowledgeable about each, made great suggestions on accessories, like veils and belts.When we found the dress, she found exactly the right veil, tiara and an incredible belt to dazzle it up because it is a simpler style gown. I couldnt be more delighted with the experience!

I did find my dress but I was wanting to wait a day or two and then come back, just to be sure that I loved it since it cost a little more than I wanted. My consultant told me that the dress would be gone if I tried to come in the next day to try it and the only option for me was to buy the dress now or be disappointed. My dress also had this amazing lace but I was too short for it and the consultant said it could definitely be raised. When I took it to the seamstress, she said there was no way to do that without ruining the unique lace so my dress will be dragging in the dirt for my outdoor wedding. Wouldve been good to know before I spent a good chunk of money on the dress.

I am sad to give such a low review for Petals and Promises because my sister and I both loved our experiences here and both found our wedding dresses here. Unfortunately, when I took my sister-in-law this past Friday, we had a horrible experience. Our consultant, Hanna, was very negative and condescending to us and our comments. I dont think I heard her say one positive comment to my sister-in-law in any of the dresses she tried on. What really surprised us was when Hanna wouldnt let my sister-in-law try on dresses she wanted to try on. Hanna also tried to assume the brides taste and disregard anything the bride actually liked. I was hoping my sister-in-law would have the same experience as my sister and I and would find her dress here but she didnt end up finding her dress and now has a bad taste in her mouth from this experience. Im sad now because she doesnt want to return to Petals and Promises to try again. I hope the owner will talk with this consultant so she can give future brides and their families a better experience.After reading through other low reviews, we had a similar experience to Beccas.

Petals and Promises is one of my FAVORITE dress shops! They have amazing dresses that are affordable, a super sweet and caring staff, and they even offer care services for your dress to keep it looking your best for your wedding day. I came to Petals and Promises Bridal on a recommendation from a friend. This shop has a great selection of beautiful dresses and Were it not for the service I received, Id be giving a better review. I traveled from Phoenix, AZ to shop with my mom and best friend. This was my first experience trying on wedding dresses and I was feeling nervous and vulnerable as I am normally a size 12 and knew it might be a process to find a dress that fit my body type. We were greeted at the door and I was asked for my pants size. I gave the consultant my size and she let me know I would probably need to have a dress that was 3 or 4 sizes larger than my normal size. I understand the shop cant control how designers do sizing, but the delivery of this information magnified my insecurity 100x. The consultant walked us to the back of the store (she made a point to let me know larger sizes are kept in the back) and told me I could choose several dresses to try on. She asked for my budget and I gave her a number but told her it wasnt set in stone. As I started to pull dresses, I found one that I liked that was a bit outside my budget. I was considering the dress with my mom when the consultant came over and interrupted saying the dress was outside my budget and she didnt want me to try on something that I couldnt afford because then I would be sad if I couldnt buy it. I understand the point she was trying to make, but in a customer service business, delivery is so important! So now Im feeling too large to be in this shop AND too poor to try on the dresses I like. We reminded her that the budget was not set in stone and added the dress to the list to try on. We finally made it to the fitting room and started trying on all the gorgeous dresses. The consultant made multiple comments about how I need to wear shape wear in order to make certain silhouettes look good on my body. She complained about other customers, was rude and abrasive, interrupted discussions I was trying to have with my group in order to insert her own opinion (mostly involving shape wear recommendations) and had an attitude when we pointed out that there were defects on one of the dresses. We werent asking for a discount on the dress; at this point I was beyond even considering purchasing anything here. We just wanted to make sure she was aware in case another customer came in, maybe they would want to try and fix it. Overall, it was a terrible experience. We felt rushed and unwelcome. The owner or manager we had a brief interaction with seems kind but we were just unfortunate to have the particular consultant we had.

Im not much of a shopper but the ladies here made finding my dress an absolute pleasure! They had tons of selection for all different tastes. Great prices, lots of one of a kind gowns. Lacie helped me and she was phenomenal! She is the perfect combination of being helpful while providing plenty of privacy!

This place was amazing! There are so many dress options, and I found so many that I adored. The one I settled on makes me feel like a beautiful princess.Brielle was the name of the girl who helped me, and she was amazing! I was so impressed with her. She made the experience wonderful.Not to mention that most of the dresses were incredibly affordable! Even the pricier ones were affordable compared to other places. The building was clean and nice. I was so exciting going into my appointment but when I got there I was told I had too many people there and some needed to leave. I called 4 weeks in advance and reserved a spot and told them the amount of people I would have there. I also called the day before to remind them of how many people I would have coming to make sure there was enough room. The girl helped me was so grumpy and seemed to be in a bad mood... it was to the point I was about to leave half way through my appointment because her attitude was putting such a damper on the entire appointment. I ended up getting a dress here but I bought it too small. The girl helping me told me a seamstress could take the dress out to fit me. It turns out the seamstress couldn’t take out the dress because of the boning in it so I’m stuck with a $1,400 wedding dress that doesn’t fit me. I was SO exciting going into this day because I heard nothing but amazing things about petals and promises but was not impressed at all. Honestly wouldn’t recommend. I dreamed out the day I would find my wedding dress and never thought it would go like how it did. Still so sad about the entire thing.

They were genuinely excited for me and told me to go get my dress that I did buy (I was getting it fitted and had it in the car) so I could try it on with veils. They were amazing! Cute, fun shop with helpful workers. Wide variety of choices. Loved my dress. Reason for 4 star review: When my dress was purchased, a button down the back was missing. Employee sewed new button on, but in white instead of ivory. Took dress in to get bustle and press done and mentioned the white button. Button was fixed again upon pickup. However, on the day of wedding the same button fell off and bustle broke.

I love this place. The employees are the friendliest people, they dont make you feel like a customer, they make you feel like a friend which is so rare. I went to Davids Bridal before I came here and I wasnt impressed with Davids in the least bit and I was hesitant on coming here but Im so glad I did. The prices! OH LORD HAVE MERCY ON MY SOUL! The prices are so unbelievable here! Wedding dresses are so expensive but not here. They are so affordable! They have a lot of selections of dresses here. The dress I ordered I wanted a bit done to it to make it the dress and the seamstress the recommended has done wonders and so unbelievable. They work around whatever they have to, to make it commanding for you. I also got a hand written thank you letter from the associate who helped me find my dress which shows how much care and character this place is. I will for always recommend people this place. You guys are amazing, dont ever change how you treat your clients because it is definitely unforgettable. You made the most stressful part of a wedding so easy and enjoyable. Coming into this store I was a little nervous and scared but they made sure to assure me that I would find a dress I would love, and I did! They were so kind and helped me find the perfect dress! Thank you!:)

I LOVE this shop. I bought a prom dress several years ago and loved the dress so much I decided to come try on wedding dresses once I got engaged. The process was very easy and the staff was very helpful. I tried on 15 dresses or more and found The One within an hour. I didnt have to look anywhere else. Thank you for making this experience so great and simple for me!

I had the most AMAZING experience at Petals and Promises!!! It was definitely the dream dress shopping experience. Their store was so clean and they had so many beautiful modest dresses for me to try on. I ended up finding my dream dress that they had in stock in my size which I did not expect! They sent me to the most amazing lady for alterations who got me in immediately. Terry was the perfect consultant!! She was so sweet and knew so much about the dresses and never made me feel pressured in any way. I would recommend for anyone looking for their dream wedding dress to go to Petals and Promises!!!

Jaimie was a GEM. She was patient, willing to zip me up in dress after dress, and helped me find the dress of my dreams. In addition, the shop was in no rush to get me out after closing while I paid for my dress. Excellent customer service, beautifully stunning dresses, reasonably priced, and just a wonderful feel and environment. I would wholeheartedly recommend this store!

I highly recommend Petals and Promises! My mother and I went to the store on a week day without an appointment and they were able to make the shopping experience a fantastic one! I showed the employees the style I was looking for (open back, non-flare), which was on their website; they were able to find the same dress in their store in the right size! Great environment, and great prices. Highly recommend for both modest and romantic dresses.

I absolutely adored Petals and Promises and would recommend it to anyone looking for their perfect wedding gown. They have such a big selection of modest and not modest dresses to choose from. Terry was so amazing when it came to helping me find my dream dress and was also very friendly and welcoming to my family who accompanied me. Not to mention the store was very clean and organized.

I would 100% recommend Petals and Promises. I had Delanie as my consultant and she was the sweetest person and so helpful. When I had problems getting my dress paid for, the consultants were more than willing to hold my dress for me an extra day. I had also originally wanted my dress in white, but wouldnt be able to get it in time, so I ended up getting my dress in ivory. I then had to move my date back, and even though I had already bought my dress, they said they would take it back and order me the same one in white as long as I paid shipping. Everyone who works here is so nice and more than willing to accommodate brides!

Great pricing and large selection. They keep a lot of gowns in stock so even if you have a time crunch, there are many options to choose from that you can buy the same day. The ladies here were so kind and added to the excitement of trying on a wedding dress and were very helpful bringing other dresses of different styles for me to try on. I loved my experience here!

Petals and Promises in Logan was great to work with! I have been there a few times, as well as shopped around with other dress shops- Petals and Promises was the best place I found. The store is great on getting things done efficiently and the dress arrived across the border in excellent condition. They were prompt with shipping. Absolutely adore everything about this shop! After a mishap while doing alterations on my wedding dress, we were in a panic trying to find someone who could help us fix it. We found Petals & Promises Bridal Shop and were so grateful that we did! These women know wedding dresses! They were able to calm our nerves and let us know that it would be a simple, inexpensive fix. They also had great advice on getting bridal pictures taken and how to keep my dress clean for the big day! Cant express how truly amazing and helpful they were! Definitely relieved so much stress for us! Will 100% be recommending this shop!

I was feeling so discouraged about finding a wedding dress after shopping all day for one. But I was so impressed and in love with the wide variety of dress styles that I was trying on dresses that I didnt think I would even like! And of course, one of those dresses ended up being the dress I walked out with. I loved being able to look through the racks for dresses I wanted and still have the customer service to help me put them on and tell me about each dress styles. The dress I got is so unique and I love it! Great place to look for dresses!

The customer service here is amazing. They are not pushy or forceful, they really just want to help you find a dress you love. They have a great selection, tons of dresses in every size and every price range. I have shopped at other bridal shops and this store was way above the rest. Well worth the drive.

I came here on a whim looking for a wedding dress under $800. I was pleased to find a huge selection of gorgeous dresses under that! I managed to get an amazing quality beautiful wedding dress for under $500. I am so grateful that the bridal consultant was so kind and understanding of my budget and my picky style. She was super encouraging and wanted me to get what I wanted. This place has a BEAUTIFUL vibe and has options for every bride out there. Boho or traditional, lace or tulle, etc. Go to Petals and Promises, you wont regret it!!

Go somewhere else! My daughter and I were convinced by the associate here that there was no doubt that the seamstress (whom the store recommended) could make alterations to a very expensive one of a kind dress. After several fittings and attempts to alter the dress, the seamstress told us that the store never should have suggested that we buy the dress, and that it would require magic to make it fit. She suggested we meet with the store owner. Did that... she was not helpful, not even apologetic, and offered nothing other than bringing in yet another seamstress to rack up even more money on a dress that doesnt work. Daughter came away from that meeting in tears. But, bought a new dress last minute somewhere else and is much happier! Just avoid this shop and save yourself heartache and lots of cash!

Found my dress on the first day I was looking at the first store! Lots of different dress styles with a lot of different price points. The girl who helped me found me dresses exactly as I described and told me it doesnt hurt to try on different ones to see if I like those to. The dress I got was on sale and my dream dress. Cant wait to wear it on my wedding day! 😊

Terry who helped us was AMAZING! They had so many options in the store in so many different sizes! I was able to take my time and re-try on dresses as much as I wanted! They were so helpful!! The store was beautiful and so well kept! I would recommend anyone to come here :)

Terry was a great help in my bumbling quest to find a suitable wedding dress. I really appreciated how all of their sale dresses were on the same rack. I hated how at Davids Bridal they were just mixed in, so youd find the perfect dress, then see the price tag and feel absolutely crestfallen. I got a great deal on a beautiful beaded dress and am currently having it altered. The seamstress they recommended is amazing and I am confident it will be stunning. I did find that the dresses tended to be more modest, but given the demographic here, cant justifiably factor that into my review :-)
