Placed an order for curbside pick up. Waited over an hour for someone to answer the phone. Someone finally answered and hung up on me. Still trying to call and still can’t pick up our order. No option to cancel order once it’s placed. Do not recommend.

I love this location! I’m definitely not going to the Stockton location anymore! The workers were rude. The manager (didn’t get her name) was sooooo helpful and nice at this one! We weren’t able to do an even exchange on 2 products we ordered online in Stockton, which we wasted over an hour in all trying to get help from one worker to see if they had more colors in this product. Not only did we wait a while, she was so rude. Thankfully my sister called in Lodi and the manger said she could help us! She did an even exchange without any trouble! We’re definitely using this location from now on! Worker was also so nice and greeted us as we walked in! Stockton lacks in so much 🤦🏻‍♀️

I got my eyebrows done here. I had a wonderful lady who kept my eyebrows to a natural shape and made sure that I loved how they looked before she waxed them. Two days after getting them waxed, I am having the worse acne ever on the areas that were waxed. Its red and irritated. Im having a reaction but it may be due to sensitive skin. I would be careful if you have acne prone or sensitive skin about getting your eyebrows waxed. I loved the service and how they look but I wish I didnt have this reaction afterwards.

I take my mom here for mother daughter bonding day.... Aka haircuts and color. My mom got in a bad car accident and has trouble dealing with the decreased mobility. The gals here always cater to her and make her feel like a movie star! Shes not into makeup and hair.. but the gals here never judge and are always willing to help and make her feel comfortable. Thanks for making our day feel like a treat!

Prefer to buy online instead of Lodi store. Was there for 40 minutes and not one employee asked me if I needed help, three employees walked by me and lady that works in face bar wasnt busy either. I still spent $100.00 which isnt much shouldve just left store. Only gave a star cause had to.

Worst shopping experience, my daughter and I went there and we were followed, treated like thieves, it was awful. Returned all my things, never going again. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is for the fabulous employee who handled my return. She was really sweet, and gave me a few samples to try to make it up to us. Its sad that customer service is mostly gone and loss prevention is running wild.

First time trying the beauty services. Makeup done was ridiculously overdone I had to wipe like 5 layers off afterwards. I know its their job but do not like the constant up selling throughout the services rendered. As far as the store, great selection of goods. Sale prices are great.

Great selection of products and brands, friendly staff, yet disorganized shelves. Items were at times hard to identify or find prices because of messy shelves or items in the wrong place.

Cash register manager very rude. Being a manager myself i would never turn customers away like they do here. Customer service is horrible spoke to corporate never took care of it. Not planning on coming back here. Ulta really needs to look at their employees people just need to learn its all about the customers now in days personal service is not a thing in retail these people act like what your buying is coming out of their paycheck.

Got a hair cut here. Salon is very good and caters to what you ask for. Stylist are very well trained and know how to cut hair.

The Salon at the Lodi Ulta store is fabulous! Sondra has done a great job of helping transition from dying my hair to my natural silver. She also helps me make sure I am maintaing it properly, too.

Great products, reasonable prices. Went in there when there were literally five customers in the entire store. A little rant... No one was inline and there is no indicator that showed where the line started. We were three feet from the cashier (Ferris) and evidently on the wrong side of the line. Rather than welcoming us to check out, she directed us to the opposite side of the registers, informing us, the line starts over there. Again...NO ONE in line. So, we circled around the displays and walked right back to where we were initially standing so we could be checked out. Really???

The salon employees are great. The store employees are not as friendly and will walk right past you when you are shopping and not see if you need help.

Poor customer service. We had a coupon and wanted to use it for one of our Morphe products. I’ve been to the same one before and have used it but they didn’t let me use it this time because it was “high end.” Only one person was covering the register while the others were huddled up in their own little world talking to each other.

Thank you Sondra in the salon. I love my cut and color! She is very friendly too which is a bonus.

This review is regarding the Salon only: Haircut + Highlights.I want to first start off saying that my total price came out to $242.25.I asked for brown and blonde highlights towards the bottom of my hair, i wanted to keep my roots black and get a blended bolyage look (my natural hair color is black and length was down to my lower back). After waiting for the highlights to kick in, i had a shampoo, conditioner, painful & rough scalp massage, toner and gloss.. it was time for the haircut and blowout.With my hair wet, Sondra (salon manager) asked me how much would I want to cut my hair. I said a few inches BELOW my shoulder. She then pointed to my bra line and asked ok so about here. I replied yes, perfect!10 minutes later my hair was sitting on my shoulders. I have NO idea what happened. I believe she knew she made this error, because she made comments about how hair grows back and can always be fixed but scars on the face is worse and permanent. I did not confront her on why she cut my hair so short because the entire time I felt intimidated by her strong personality. The whole time she kept herself busy by cleaning, bossing the other workers around, or saying funny comments to other customers. I truly believed that if i confronted her there would have been some excuse to explain she did nothing wrong. She didnt offer a discount or apology or anything. She played it off as if nothing was wrong.What was worse was the color. Nothing came out besides the blonde color which looked more orange than anything. I sat there in shock, and just tried to hold back my tears so i can avoid any awkward debating with Sondra because I KNOW thats what would have happened.The next day I woke up early, went to Walmart and bought a 3 dollar box of Revlon in a dark brown color and poured it over the orange peices. I can now live with the color, just going to have to wait a few months till my hair grows to the actual desired length that I wanted.$242.25? NOT worth walking out for something I didnt ask for, with no nice hair color.

I came here last Wednesday to purchase MAC makeup because their online ad said they carried it. First off, when I drove up, the store looked dark and closed. I got out of my car and walked to the door and tried the door, which opened. A clerk said Welcome when I walked in, but turned away quickly so I just started looking for the MAC display on my own. I walked the entire store and never found MAC, so then I had to look for an employee to ask. I found an employee and she said their particular store did not carry MAC. Well, that is disappointing. I asked where I could find it and the employee said Macys in Stockton, so that is where I went. I was very disappointed in the products offered or rather the lack of products offered at this location and the customer service is almost non-existent. I will not return.

Lucky that a 1 star is the lowest i can possibly give them. Service was horrible. And for being a new store, it was a disaster in there! I walked into the store with my mother, she and I were browsing and also trying to find where things were at, as it was our first time in Ulta Beauty. We searched for about 15 minutes finally finding what we were looking for, mind you we each passed the sales associates that were working a couple times, but were disregarded.Finally we get the product and bring it to the register, the woman at the register her name was Vanessa i believe, was rude and not friendly at all. Just goes to prove why i have not been in an ulta, nor will ever step foot in one again. Poor customer service and unexceptable associate manners.

I made an appointment to have my hair highlighted and showed the girl who did my hair how i wanted it. Well it turns out she did it her way only because she said i shouldnt go that light on the color. Um well i am getting it done how i want it otherwise i wouldnt have gone in the first place right? Well i was thinking my hair would look how i wanted and well no i was wrong. My hair looked exactly the same color as i already had it! Exactly the same! I was so mad and the price was ridiculously high and they still want you to leave a tip to every person who touched your hair. I have never paid this much for my hair. Shouldve stayed with my original hair stylist but i guess thats what i get for wanting to try something new right? Horrible hair experience. Would not go back

Ive used the salon here twice I like my hair cut but im actually disappointed in the color. I knew walking in it wouldnt look exactly like the picture, I described to the receptionist what I wanted was an ombre or balayage look. She put in the computer highlights 10 strips. My hair doesnt look bad, but its not at all what I wanted and was surely not worth $200 for what iI could have done at home. If you want your hair cut this place is good, colored? Go somewhere else. Truely disappointed.

This Ulta is much nicer than the one in Stockton. Im not sure if its because is still new or if its because of its staff.

I scheduled my appointment the Friday before mothers day and they canceled me the day before due to “overbooking”. They are extremely Unprofessional and I’ll never try to book another appointment here again.
