I normally hate writing reviews, but these guys deserve some praise. I took in my acura tl s type because the rims where basically done. There team took them and made them look brand new. Saved me from spending cost of new oem rims. Then they mechanically took a look at my car and gave me feedback of what needs to be fixed, since it was just a recent used car I purchased. To me what means a lot is that personal touch of giving a dam, and they just do amazing work. You can tell they lock what they do and take pride in there business. Unfortunately I am not doing mechanical work with them just because my family member owns a shop but he even confirmed what they said I needed is what I needed. That just shows they are honest.

The photos should say it all! This was my first time buying a brand new set of wheels and Isa (the owner) made it very easy for me. I don’t think I have ever gotten such good customer service. Everyone here is very friendly, kind, polite and professional . I wasn’t there long but they mounted my wheels, high speed balance, new sensors, new lug nuts and even colored my caliper because it looked rusty. They have a wide variety of inventory to choose from and they pretty much do anything when it comes to your car lol DEFINITELY THE BEST IN JERSEY!

I came to VIP looking for new wheels for my Honda Civic after I had an unpleasant experience at another place. I had a few other things in mind but Justin was honest about what I needed and didn’t need for the car. Didn’t try to sell me more than what I needed. They did a great job and the wheels came out great. I’m very happy with the work and I’m planning to come back to VIP in the future.

Excellent customer service. If I could get 10 stars I would. I am from out of state and was going on a long journey and need to tires very badly stopped into this place and was intimidated a little with all of these big wheels all over. But I’ve got to talk to a salesman named Justin which made me feel at ease with the information he provided me with for my tire for my vehicle and explain to me the difference between an inexpensive tire that is good for just local and a tire a little bit more expensive which would give me a lot more mileage and last longer. I took His advice and went with the more expensive one I couldn’t be happier I made it back to North Carolina with no problems. Thank you again Justin

Why would anyone go to this place? I went because I was going to a different place and decided to try them. The horrible service desk. Why would anyone go there? They dont need your business. Dont go. I have redone my 2001 Sebring. A ton of work, and not with these guys. I will never go there again.The guy befind the counter told me to basically go home, take my tire off, Get the measurements for the spacers I need and come back, and there was nobody working there, and there was no other customers.

They have been great to my father, little brother and now myself once my wheels come in, super helpful, and great people skill, they remind me of myself when i work! Lmaoo love these group of guys! And the way they care for your car and experience! Not just the your wallet 😂 like these other wack wheel shops that will try to sell you anything to make a quick buck. Thes dudes are too notch!

It wasnt vip that tried to rip me off, it was Sammys tire on rt 46 east in saddle brook, they wanted to charge me $400 then $350 for two used tires, vip was great with me they charged me $120 and gave me 4 chrome caps

This place is the truth. They didnt try and pressure me into new wheels i didnt want or need. Gave me solid info on different brands and their strength and weaknesses and even about lay flat wheel sensors vs sensors that stand straight up. Do your due diligence & research the cost of rims before you come here. I was given a quote of $2500 for a set of rims.I found the same rims, size and all - online for $1700. I got a reputable shop to get me the rims & install for roughly $1800.$700 savings! I hope that extra $700 wasn’t for “labor”Either way I do not recommend these guys. They’ve unsuccessfully “repaired” my rim twice instead of telling me there was no point, it’ll just break again. & they certainly try to overcharge on rims.Go somewhere else.

This is an excellent place that I will do business with again soon. I came in just to browse some rims for my SLK. They took their time to walk me through some options even taking rims out to put them next to my car to get an Idea of what it would look like. I was there probably 45 mins and the guys couldn’t be nicer and more helpful. What I really appreciated is that they listened to what I wanted even if they may have done something different on their own cars, there was no pressure. Ordered the rims I wanted with a little advice but still keeping with what I had in mind and then the specific tires I wanted. They delivered as promised, when promised and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Could you get it slightly cheaper online piece by piece? Maybe, but these guys are artists in their trade and they gonna make sure it looks good.

So happy with the service they provided me with came in there just to get air pressure in my tires and the gentleman noticed that one of my wheels was bent I’ve been wanting to change wheels for so long on my BMW but thought they were too expensive he gave me a great price on wheels and tires I strongly recommend Justin@ VIP wheel and tire great job guys

Walked in with a certain budget in mind for my daughters car. Just by listening to how the car was running a young man by the name of Justin knew exactly what was wrong with my car pulling to the left, turned out I needed a wheel alignment and two new tires. Now her car drives like its brand new. Justin also told me that I could get a remote starter for my car and he gave me a really good price.. I usually do not leave reviews but this one was definitely worth it if you read this thank you again for all your help and I will be seeing you for any other needs I have for mine or my daughters car.

Walking into this store the set up was amazing wheels, tires, rims hit me soon as I walked in. I knew nothing about remote start. There was a very nice gentleman, Justin, who explained in every way how it worked, installation, the benefits of remote start. He installed my remote starter right away, gave me an amazing price much less than the dealer, I also got a great deal on two tires. Incredible service, great prices, hardly any wait, I will never go anywhere else. I would recommend VIP Auto Spa to all my colleagues and friends.

My tire got mangled and I needed a new rim and tire quickly. I called around and was disheartened by the quotes I received. I called VIP and spoke to Justin the owner and he gave me some options and a fair quote. I can’t tell you how nice he was. How honest and caring. I walked out with a rim, tire and new hub cap for less than the original quote. I was in a bind and Justin took care of me. I would give 10 stars if I could. Best service I’ve ever had.

They really go out there way to get you what you want and dont beat you in the head with the prices very polite good people got a set of rims for my truck they balanced them painted my calibers for free and gave me a light bar for my grill before I went there went up the block from them and for the same rims the guy tryed to charge me 2300 he got me the same rims for 1800 I recommend them just tell them what your looking for and he will work with you

Stopped by here the other day at the recommendation of A CarQuest employee, they didn’t have the lugnut I needed he suggested I stop by VIP Wheel. Sure enough, they had the size I needed and he wouldn’t charge me.From the front of the store, it would seem they only work on wheels and tires. They also install alarms, remote start and perform some mechanical work as well. I’ll Be sure to give them a call next time I need any work done.

This is one of the most honest shops I have ever met. I have been dealing with them for well over a decade even as their shop has evolved. They give you extremely fair prices and you dont get the eBay quality items where you never really know the quality of what you getting. I have gotten an array of cars worked on here with at least 5 of my personal cars and at least 5 company cars. They ALWAYS make magic happen. I have gotten rims, lights, electrical, body mods, lifts, drops, radios and even as simple as tires.Just as an FYI I am a real consumer. Just ask the shop for Kash.
