Nice store. Very busy but not long wait in lines. Shelves were stocked as well as any other store due to covid shipping issues. I would visit again.

Absolutely the biggest jewel store that i have been too i mean enormous they have absolutely everything you need from liquor to groceries to festive/seasonal stuff to basically anything they have their own bakery restaurants Wich are delicious btw hands down one of the best places to go and a lot of the times they have very good bargains not to mention they also have their own pharmacy and did I mention a huge store like even the ceiling high not that it matters but it definitely dont hurt it lol 🤣

This location is decent. The only thing I dont care for is one of the employees behind the deli counter. In a previous visit while he was taking care of my order he sneezed everywhere and just continued on what he was doing without washing his hands. I ended up throwing away what I purchased. Just today he was there again with no mask which is now mandatory so I dont quite understand that. If hes behind the counter I will not go to the deli. Other than that, good location.

Helena at the Lockport jewel just chopped me up some green peppers because they were out. Best customer service around. I always come here because customer service is ALWAYS TOP NOTCH. I will pay a little extra to get treated right. Kudos to jewel and Helena.

Very quiet and easy to shop. Young man was cleaning the aisle while I was shopping. He spoke and kept cleaning.

My favorite Jewel to go to especially after busy hours. Even then the cashier count is up to par so absolutely nothing to be crossed about here.

It was the first time Id been since they remodeled. They expanded their produce department, which I liked. Didnt have the Entamenns donuts nor the coffee creamer I was looking for.

Good food. Clean store. A bit light on fresh fruit and veggie options, but acceptable. Pharmacy staff is friendly. Carries some foods you cant get elsewhere such as jewel brand sausage (fantastic stuff). Good bakery too. Its a medium large Lockport. pharmacy drive through. The pharmacy selection is good, but it makes the fresh food selection limited. I prefer the Jewel in lockport.

Had to ask 3 different people about where a product is 4th time was a charm all good though

People behind the scenes were helpful, but got the feeling might not be genuine.Check out not as friendly as Im us to at Jewel in my area.

Awesome service !!! I never needed to use curb side for groceries but today I did. I was at work and I did a double shift and I was rushing to get home etc ... and I decided to try it out and I’m glad I did. The two people that helped me were amazing and sweet. They loaded into my car no problem they thanked me and told me to have a great day. You would think something as simple as this is whatever but believe me a simple nice customer service is all that’s needed. I just wish they accepted tips tho. Thank you again. :))

Lockport Jewel deli is by far the worst deli I have been too...awful.

Jewel is my first choice for shopping. Very surprised at some price differences between Jewel and Walmart on a few items. Case in point ocean Spray original grapefruit juice at Walmart is 2.99; Jewel 4.49! McCormick Taco seasoning Walmart is .89$; Jewel 1.49. Something for serious research. Thank you

I stopped at the Jewel in Lockport to grab some flowers before heading to the hospital to see my Grandmother. Alice in the floral department was extremely helpful, happy, and kind. She seemed to really take pride in what she does. She ended up quickly throwing together a beautiful bouquet of flowers. I am very indecisive and she was so patient and helpful. Thank you Alice! You deserve a raise!

Great store with specials and discounts on many products

Great store...wish we had one in Ohio.

Prices are generally higher than elsewhere but the quality is there. They do carry items specific to Jewel (cant generally find elsewhere) and they do carry a wide variety of items. Their bakery selection is fresh. Their fruit/veggies are 50/50. Their fresh meats are very good cuts but you will pay the price for such good cuts.

Check out are to long need to higher more people. You have 20 something registers and only 4 open maybe 5 on a good day need help please hire people. Clean great selection of food friendly atmosphere safe.

I was very disappointed visiting there today. They have way too many sales in which you have to buy in quantity to get the sale price. I am a senior citizen and having just had a heart attack I had a list of items to try. I didnt want 4 boxes of Cheerios or 2 packs of juice boxes that I had never tried before. And the items were placed in weird locations. I had to ask where the onions were & and was told they were in the middle aisle of the produce behind the bananas. Last place I would have looked. Then I wanted to try a new product because Im not supposed to have salt thats called Dash. They had several varieties but they were all on the very top shelf so I had to get someone to get them down I just picked the first when he handed me. Same with salt free items being out of my reach. These are items that are normally purchased by elderly people so you think they would make them more convenient. I will not be returning to Jewel.

Best to go before noon. All the produce is stocked fresh and full. Gets a little thin later in day. Ernie in produce dept. Is a great, helpful, friendly guy.

Helpful staff

It was pretty good the workers were pretty knowledgeable on where everything in the store was. However, half the people in the store had face masks on. I guess thats not Jewels fault, but there was a worker that looked insane at self checkout. I honestly see why everyone had face masks on, cuz the lady looked like she was gonna cough on the next person that asks for her help at the self checkout

Going downhill and dirty. Lemonts is a better location. Clean there. Yogurts were warm and saw urine on the floor

Not my favorite location, Ive had mixed experiences with staff and stock levels in the past, but todays trip went well. They had almost everything on my list, and the employees I interacted with were all polite and helpful.

Generally a nice store. Produce was lack luster. Nice presentation but the actual produce was mostly unripe, hard, or over ripe. Prices of items I normally buy at other local stores are quite a bit higher. I do use the App to get discounts but its not enough to offset price difference. Glad to have self checkouts, because staff is unfriendly and seem put out. Meat department has a nice selection. I like the organic options. Ive shopped here since it opened 16 years ago.

Their bakery made an outstanding birthday cake for us! Our guests raved about it, and went back for second helpings, and even thirds!The cake was moist, the frosting was delicious, and it was decorated beautifully - white frosting, pink roses, and pink words to personalize it....exactly as requested. And it was ready at the promised time. The employees were super helpful, by phone and during pick-up! It was a fabulous first experience. I will definitely return to Jewels bakery for our next celebration!

The pharmacy takes the time with the patients when a there is a concern about the prescription be it with the doctor or insurance company. The one pharmacist genuinely cares about making sure to prioritize the way to remedy the situation which is the patient and then address the rest. We have thanked Rob for going above and beyond to make sure I can get the medication needed. He is so humble and considers it part of the job.

I have been using the Osco pharmacy in Lockport for years and years, and they are terrific! Marla is a wonderful pharmacist, and I am very fortunate that I have her as a pharmacist! She is very intelligent and works with my insurance when issues come up! She always has time for me when I have questions, even when it is busy! She is friendly, and I believe she genuinely cares about me and her customers! The Osco in Lockport is very fortunate to have her!

The store is clean and the employees are friendly. They carry some vegan products here that I cant find at the local Walmart. Might be a little more expensive, but they have good sales and coupons on their app
