Two hours waiting for door and two hours for loading and that with appointment .10 people in waiting room and almost same people in office for check in.The best COVID-19 regulations I saw in my experience.

30 min before your appointment time make sure bring you breakfast, lunch and dinner. No overnight parking, friendly staff and stay in your truck let them say whatever that you have to stay inside, I followed their instructions and waiting inside the building, someone took my passenger side mirror out. They said they cant do anything. Good luck

Guys don’t waste your day in this Company 3 hours waiting for the door and 2 hours for loading

Was a bit worried when I saw the other reviews, but was pleasantly surprised with my visit here. Guard was very pleasant and instructed me exactly where to go. Parked inside the gate, checked in and was given an immediate door assignment. I was just a few minutes early for my pickup, and it seemed like the kind of place where you shouldnt be super early and definitely dont be late. Had to hang out inside the waiting area while being loaded. Got loaded and bills in hand in about 45 minutes, so no complaints.

Fast and friendly staff, just arrive on time and everything will be fine, I had appointment at 9:00 am arrived at 8:30 and got out at 9:20 am

The people that worked here were really nice but they were extremely under staffed, especially for the amount of orders they had going out. We arrived an hour early for our appointment and we still were not loaded until 10 hours later.

Showed up to pick up a load at my appointment of 3:45 pm and wasn’t loaded until 3:25 am the following morning! The staff has no organization it’s very complicated to back up due to trailers being all over the place. Overall just poor service all around.

They are really slow and plus on that they are demanding you are all the time in waiting area it know to be hours instead letting you rest in the truck, otherwise they are nice people, in time 3:30 pm out 7:00pm

Theyre doing the best they can for sure. Real sense of urgency. That being said dont expect to be outta here in 1-2 hours. Cannot check in more than 30 mins early. Dont try coming early i tried. No overnight parking. There is space for like 4 trucks on north side of building. There is also an empty lot once you turn on to grougar rd. Not sure if you can park there though.... GET MORE THAN ONE PERSON CHECKING IN AND OUT

If you have being cursed then you will be sent here to be punished!!! This was one of worst warehouse I have ever been they are the rudest, the laziest, unprofessional and the most disrespectful warehouse workers I have ever deal with.Truck Drivers my earnest advice to you is avoid this place. your patience will be tested, you will be disrespected greatly and you will loose whole day. Forget about hours of Service and delivering on time either. I checked in 12:30pm and left 6pm missed my delivery appt at the receiver and lost my next day pick up as a consequence

Pack a lunch, it’s kinda a messed up place. Checked-in 1030 for 1545 loading appt to Ft Wayne. Slide tandems and open both doors at gate. Park down the way and walk back to man door by guard shack to check-in. They gave me door 10, told me to get in it, but that they’re wouldn’t load me until my appt. great, eat and nap. At your appt time, come back to the cage at check-in and wait for loader to call your door number (1730, 1.75 hrs after my 1545 appt) at which time you’ll be granted temporary escape to walk to your door and count your load, in the warehouse, that you can’t watch them load because they send you back to the cage. I’m currently waiting to get loaded and I guarantee you they’ll make me sign a BOL verifying the piece-count LOADED when I have no idea what piece-count was LOADED. Oh well, everyone has to do it, but I’m not buying any employee pilferage. It’s almost 1800, it should be over soon. UPDATE: Yes, youll initial BOL for piece-count.

Gives me a dock but in vain. At 0:00 I went to shipper to ask what’s wrong ? A guy with all rudeness replied me “we are late 2 hours..if you want cancel the load, it’s your choice “ what’s about all day waiting and I made my week plane .It’s 01:20 and I still waiting... in short this warehouse is small space no parking, long waiting .no Vender machine and rude people from the garde check to the chipper office..don’t pickup from there !

Appointment time 0800, I was in a door a 0805. Full trailer was empty by 0910. Due to the virus they do let you stay in your truck now. Hopefully no one messes that up for the future.

No parking, very tight lot, very long check in times, must be inside to load, and pretty slow. They love to have late afternoon and evening time pickups and keep you there so late it’s impossible to make your delivery on time. Only book this place for a high rate because they will screw up your schedule.

Didnt allow early check in for me. Showed up at 5pm and they refused me until 7am next day even though they are open till midnight

Avoid at all costs. They are short staffed due to people not applying. Loads are never ready. This is my 3rd time here and they told me 6-7 hours before I get loaded

Waited almost 4 hours to get loaded. My appointment was 6 pm and I got loaded at 9:50 pm.

Great facility. Very organized. Check in with security. Back into a dock. Then check in inside and wait inside while being unloaded. They sell chips and snacks and drinks inside at the window. Polite and professional. Approx. 75 min. unload time

This place is so depressing. Drivers are sitting around like a refugee camp. They are so slow. Avoid.

Horrible place!!! In this COVID era this place has Drivers wait in a lobby area with no A/C, and poor ventilation while loading. Its very hot in here. They do this bcuz it cheaper than installing Dock/trailer locking devices. Ive had my mask on 2 hours now and Im still not loaded. I was on time for my appt.

Check in with security park check in inside get a door and prepare to wait. Make sure you have a load bar or straps if you dont they wont load you. They call your door when they get to it go count the freight and wait some more for them to load. Pay attention when they finish they call your door again but you cant hear it due to the noise in the warehouse. Almost 3 hours for a full load is a but much.

After checking in with guards you park and check with shipping office for a door assignment. Arrived a few hours before my appt and was assigned a door but told to wait till 30 mins before actual appt time for them to start loading. Once they start loading they get it done fast but you have to wait in the cage. Overall gr8 experience.

Just a bunch of guys playing on the forklifts.. They love raising the engines to make it even louder in this warehouse...

TRUCKERS BEWARE!!Cant stay in truck and have to wait in gated area..i call b.s. on whoever said waiting area was nice and had coffee. Takes forever for loaders to call you to load you.Loading is quick once you get called onto dock but you have to go back and wait another long while for paperwork back in same cage.

Fast loading for me.. 1hr and I came 30 minutes b4 appointment time.. Almost needed a helicopter to drop my semi in the parking lot, due to all the weight restrictions around here.

7 hours waiting on pickup

Appt at 9am arrived at 8am which is time they open. Got a dock right away and they started unloading me right away. Fast unloading and friendly staff. Young lady at shipping office nice and beautiful also 😊

Cant come earlier then 30 minutes prior your appointment, after checked in and backed to the dock, you have to come back at check-in and wait until someone calls you to go and count your freight, youre not allow on the floor while they load you.....!!?, but you have to sign for the number youve counted 🤨, very wired, just hope theyre loading all the freight you signed for as counted.

I arrived a half hour early, yet got marked down as late because it took 45 to wait in line at security, check in at security, back into a dock, then wait in line to check in at the office.You also can’t sit in your truck while loading, have to sit on a hard chair in a noisy loading dock with sirens and forklift noises blaring all around.

This location has gone downhill since the last time I was here. It used to be up to 2hrs, now it’s more like 4-6.Stay away if possible, charge more a lot more for these loads.

This place is quick in and out. You just have to have appointment. Please dont be rude at the workers here.

Showed up early. Two hours, my fault. But now, an hour past my appointment, Im still sitting like a monkey i the cage, waiting to be called in. They go strictly by appointments, but dont honor their part. For those two hours I was the only driver here. Now shitload of them, and of course you cant sit in your truck. Zoo.

Not very efficient and they seem to make up for that by cheating you out of your detention reimbursements. According to shipping clerk, it is irrelevant when you checked in at the gate, how long you wait to get to your door or how many people are in front of you while checking in with her. According to her, what matters is when she checks you in. The half hour or so that you are on the property before you get to see her is a gift evidently. I think not!

Terrible place

Staff is great. Never waited more than 2 hrs after my appt but if you show up early, dont expect to get taken care of immediately. They allow early check ins and dont close at 5pm. NEED 1 STRAP OR LOAD LOCK. Bring your license to the guard shack AND the office. Downside: they make you wait inside when loading and if youre early, it could be a few hour wait so dont show up early if youre gonna complain about waiting inside too long.

People in the office dont know whats going on. They will give wrong paperwork after youve been loaded. Then it will take them 45mins to redo the paperwork. Then at the gate you will get a wrong seal number, it will also take 45 mins to redo. You will spend entire day here dealing with this.
