A1 service. Zack Rehder in the service department always takes great care of my Maserati Ghibli. And goes above & beyond to maximize my manufacturers warranty when able to. Even when courtesy vehicles arent available, he does his best to get you in a nice rental from Hertz. Keep up the great work!

When I go to luxury car dealerships, sales reps usually tell me enjoy and walk away after I tell them I just came to “ Dream “ . I don’t have a problem with that as I know sales reps get paid off commission and walking around around with a “ dreamer “ could take them away from a buyer. But when Harrison approached me and we chatted for a bit, he went the extra mile to make sure my experience was a memorable one. I can see that it isn’t about the money, but more so the experience for the buyer and also the dreamer. I appreciate that about him and WHEN I turn into a buyer one day I will be sure to give Harrison a shot first at turning a dreamer into a buyer!

Purchased a Maserati yesterday at Maserati Of Central Florida. Very pleased with the dealership and the service I received from my salesperson Jeff Campos. Being that vehicle inventory is low at the moment, we drove 3 hours to this dealership to purchase our Maserati and Jeff made it a quick and easy process. He was very professional and thorough. Nick the Finance Manager and Tim the General Manager were also both very pleasant. A big thanks to all 3 of them for making it a smooth process.

Where do even begin. While visiting Orlando from Virginia, I decided to stop in to see if I could take some pictures for my youngest son Christian who is fascinated with sports cars. It was here when I came in contact with Mr. Harrison Rai who gave me so much more than just a grand tour. I had just walked in from my training with my ripped jeans, two Mickey Mouse ponytails with a knee brace on and not once did I ever feel like I didn’t have a right to be there. He greeted me with a pleasant smile and became just as excited as I was as I began to take pictures. I guess he could see the excitement in my eyes to be standing next to $2 and $5 Million dollar sports cars. He took me upstairs and even showed me where the magic happens(the rooms where I could build your very own Ferrari and Maserati. He even encouraged me to FaceTime my son so that he could see it for himself and he will never know what that did for my son and I.If every one there is as inviting as Harrison and the sweet lady at the front desk, then you all have a Phenomenal team. So thank you Harrison for making my son’s day! I am and will forever be grateful for what you did for us on today. We will look to visit you again when we come back to Orlando ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stopped by several car dealerships today while we are in town b/c my son is fascinated by luxury cars. Yanniel and Harrison were by far the friendliest and absolutely made my sons day!! They went above and beyond to show him all the cars, share information about them, and tell them about the owner/family of race car drivers. I wasnt sure how places would like an 8 year old coming in to just look, but they were so awesome to us! Thank you so much! (And now I want a mom Maserati!!)

We were heading back up north from Miami when I noticed some vibration on my steering wheel. I thought it may be some sort of tire balance issue and called Bruce from the road. He said it could be a balance issue but to check the inside of my front tires just in case. To my shock, I discovered a bubble on the inside of my front passenger tire. I called Bruce and he asked me to take car to the nearest tire shop as the Maserati of Central Florida had nothing available untill Friday. I talked with him on Monday afternoon. I followed his advice but the tire shop could not take tire off to replace. So, I got a hotel in Orlando and waited until Tuesday morning to call Bruce. I had car towed to the dealership Bruce said he was backed up but would try to work me in. He did and replaced the front two tires and changed my oil. He told me that the oil change was on sale and also gave me a great deal on the tires. Once the work was done, they washed and cleaned my car and had it dropped off to my hotel. Phenomenal service and I thank Maserati of Central Florida for having such a caring and highly professional person in Bruce. Bruce saved our vacation and did a fantastic job! Maserati of Central Florida is very fortunate to have such a caring, customer focused professional working for them. Thank you very much Bruce!

My husband and I walked in ready to buy a car we fell in love with & look at a second car we were considering. Not one person acknowledged us. We walked around & looked at the cars we viewed online. We let ourselves in cars & looked at options on display. There were several men sitting in offices surrounding the showroom. Some were engaged in conversation while others were on their computers. After loudly stating how odd it was that not one person tried to help us then joking that we could steal the car we wanted, we left. I bet if we showed up now (approx 10 minutes later) they’d still be in the same places chatting. We had the money on us to buy & these people couldn’t be bothered to throw out a ‘hello’ in our direction.

Very disappointing service by this dealership. Nobody wants to take responsibility, get anything done and there is constant delays and excuses for why my car is unable to be repaired. My car was in the service facility for over a week and nothing was fixed. I took it in for several issues on my CPO Ghibli which needed a new taillight, sunroof repaired due to leaking, rear sunshade malfunction & a ticking noise. The sunroof was never repaired and still leaks, taillight has water still and the dealership refuses to fixes it and “could not duplicate” the ticking noise. When I returned to pick up the car from the do nothing service all’s they said was repaired was the sunshade and when I turned on the car and tested it there was no working sunshade even. I took it back and waited for it to be fixed. Quite embarrassing and disappointing the car was in service a week and they couldn’t get one thing right or accomplished.

The best dealership ever!! I just bought a Porsche 911 Turbo S. Yarik Tkai was my sales representative. I asked him to rate the car on a scale from 1-10. He said it was a 9. When I got the car it was a 10! Whatever you’re looking for, it will be nicer than described! Yarik took care of everything! Got me the best shipping rate he could find. My experience at Maserati was AMAZING!! My daughter, my friend and i met with Shane, I was trading in my old Maserati, Shane took us out for a test drive and was so very knowledgeable and funny, it feltike we were on a drive with an old friend. My husband could not be at this test drive but no worries because Shane made the most Informative video for him! When we went in to purchase our vehicle it was an easy process, Nick got all of our info so that when I returned to pick up my new car everything was done! I have NEVER had a more pleasurable experience purchasing a car. BRAVO Maserati on a job well done!

My husband bought me an Alfa Romeo Stelvio for Christmas. I have had two issues with my car. I called the first time to ask about my battery. I was told to leave my information and someone from the service department will call me back. Hours went by, abs I called two more times. I was told the same thing and no one ever called me back. Now I have an issue with my A/C on the driver’s side. I called, was told to leave my information and not know called back. 3 hours later I called again and was told my information will be given to a service person. Waiting.....

Our overall experience at the dealership was amazing. The staff and Alex our salesman went way beyond what we expected. Even though we were late each time they were extremely understanding. This was our first Maserati that we have ever owned. We definitely will be back to purchase another vehicle from Central Florida Maserati. I recently brought my car in for service and some minor scratch removal. My service representative, Craig, scheduled the work, completed it on time and delivered the car in excellent condition. The front desk also responded willingly while efficiently assisting me in having the tablet I foolishly left returned to me by courier. i have dealt with this firm for 5 years and have never been disappointed. They make owning a fine car an exceptional experience.

I have been in the market for a new Maserati levante for a few months. With not much luck finding one on my home state, I turned to looking online myself to find the car I was looking for. By chance I landed on Maserati of Central Florida. I scrolled through their inventory and found the car of my dreams! I left a message and the very next day Kellvin called me back and we discussed the car and the process. BUYER BEWARE....this is NOT a high quality dealer. About 6 months ago we bought a Maserati SUV for my wife. She liked the way it looked and drove. I have always heard about service nightmares with these cars so I tried to pursued her to buy something else. Needless to say the car needs service more than any other car she has had and our main problem is the service department. Prior to buying this car she drove a Mercedes SUV and the service was easy, she would go there drop off the car and they would provide a loaner to her while they worked on her car. We expected the same here. The experience has been terrible to say the least. Each and every time she takes her car there (she makes the reservation weeks in advance) they claim they do not have a loaner and she will need to wait for the vehicle. This is extra hard when you have kids like we do and we need to pick them up from school and take them to practices etc. The first time it happened we thought it was simply an off day, so she made another appointment (again, weeks in advance) but when she arrived they did the same thing to her. This has now happened 4 times and the car has yet to be serviced. In addition the car is starting to make some odd noises and after driving it for 6 months it does not seem to be built well at all. Therefore, we will be trading this car in for another vehicle ASAP. DO NOT BUY A MASERATI ... YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Disappointed in the service department. I have been in and out due to a bad Maserati that has had 2 core replacements on top of The original box that was put in making it three boxes for a 2017 Maserati Ghibli . This car has had numerous issues repetitively including switching into gear by itself,USB not working, camera blacking out, radio switching channels on his own, clock time changing format on it own, and more. It has been a very stressful ordeal with corporate office and this location only choosing to Band-Aid with the same failed results each time opposed to giving money back or swapping out this clearly lemon car. I have been working with corporate for months now who say they get thrown into voicemail by this local service department with no return phone calls and my car has not been in enough for the same issue. How many more time???On top of that they make bringing in the car a hassle my last visit I waited for a bit in the waiting room for a rental car that should already be on property even after requestion a Maserati replacement at least 1 and a half weeks out while my car is in their shop again!! just to have me told I have to be driven to a local Hertz rental car company. This has gone from being my dream car to worst nightmare of a car and service in all my history of vehicle experiences and I would never recommend this vehicle or the type of service that I have gotten as a consumer. For many years I drove Mercedes due to excellent service customer service the human connection and bond as well as the above and beyond attitude. I switched over to get my dream car( no longer). Maserati could learn from the standards.This whole car ordeal has been a nightmare making this go from my dream car to a car I would not recommend to any driver for numerous reasons including the lack of resolving serious situations other than trying to bandage it especially as a mother who drives kids in this car. I really feel that it’s all about selling the car. While the name is prestigious certainly the customer service and willingness to move with integrity to resolve with corporate claim for many months and the local Orlando location has been very disappointing.

My experience with this company was great! I have to admit that I was very apprehensive about buying a vehicle “Long Distance”, as I Live in Key West. But these guys are no joke. No hidden numbers, no BS! The main dealings happed with my salesman John Stiles (in my opinion, he’s the best). . I inquired about the vehicle on Car Guru late one evening. My phone rang the next morning. He answered my questions, and the ones he couldn’t answer, he found out about, and called me back immediately with the answers I was looking for.The negotiation process was pretty painless. After a day or so, we came up with a deal that we both thought was fare. Then I was on the phone with a great guy by the name of Nick Galati. He walked me through the financing part of the deal, and was great in the fact that he explained everything to me. He worked hard to get me the best interest rate he could, and I was happy with it.Two days later, my new Jeep was on a flatbed truck, being delivered to me in Key West. I signed all the papers with the driver, and everything was there as explained by Nick. The driver unloaded my new jeep, and loaded up my old one that I traded in. I’m still in a bit of shock, that it was that easy!I asked John to keep an eye out for a low mile, used Corvette for my partner, as he will be in the market within the next 6 months. I know without a doubt that these guys wil do the very best they can for him too.Long story short. These guys were a pleasure to work with and represented their company very well. I own a small business, and am extremely grateful to have awesome employees. I hope the owners of this business appreciate these guys. I wouldn’t want to lose them. Thanks again John & Nick! Yarik was able to get us to the exact car that we had been searching the internet high and low for months for the exact price we needed. Fantastic automobile (I drove the Mazerati Ghibli) however staff is complacent and un-enthusiastic. Salesmen didnt know their product nor did they sell it. Took 20 min after my asking the receptionist to get me a salesman. I was seriously disappointed in the level of courtesy and attention I was given. I ended up buying a BMW as they sought to my needs, demonstrated the product, and made me feel good about my purchase.

Everyone inside is very friendly and very eager to help guests find their ideal car. Especially the salesman Yarik Tkal, he is very professional and honest. After buying a car before, every time I buy a car, I feel a headache. Yarik is the only one who makes me feel like a friend. He also told me a lot about the car and is very professional.
