I always disliked this store… by far the worst in customer service. I have so many complaints, I don’t know where to start! Oh I know…dishonesty! Went in the store bringing of October for 2 hoodies with my children. The hoodies were buy on get one 1/2 off. I paid full price not realizing what happened because I was rushing due to an event we were going to… fast forward to a few weeks later on Sunday 10/24, same, buying 2 hoodies and once again the cashier was trying to get full price. I then said something and she tried to say it wasn’t buy one get one then said oh it is! Beware of them scammers in there! They need better workers! This is just one complaint! I’llgo to the BBB for the rest

How do I even begin with my experience at this store. If there is less than one star. I will give it. I went to the store with my Husband. There was no Customer in the store. Not a single one. The cashiers were sitting on the cash register table. I mean, who sit on the cash register table with a big store like that. None of them dim fit to offer to help. I mean anyone can walk into that store and work out with stuffs. They will not even notice because they were busy hosting, laughing and making loud noises by the cash register. Anyways, we finally got everything we needed and head to the cashier register. None of them said HI. Not a single one. One finally got down from the table and rang us up. On my way out, I saw one hoodie my Daughter would like. I went back to the counter to pay for it. The cashier was like I didnt sign up for this, you should take everything you want once and ring them together You only had one customer in the store and you still giving attitudes. Im applauded by the behaviors of this workers. I mean, I have a business too and I will not like anyone treating my business like that. I love Against all odds. I have nothing against it brand. But the negative experience I had that day 🙄. If you notice drastic drop in sales at the store, review your security cameras. YOU CAN DO BETTER.

Great store for very nice clothing

I recently purchase four North Face Jackets at Jersey Gardens. I recieved $50 gift cards for each jacket I purchase. Not a fan of gift card but decided to use the cards I recieved following my recent purchased. My husband and I go to the against all odds in Livingston to purchase a $220 jacket we have the gift cards and hand three over to the cashier and advised jer that we would pay the balance by with credit card. She swipes all three cards and states the remaining balance, we insert are credit card the unable to process the payment the manager comes over and try the payment again no luck. Come to find out theres a three card minimum gift card, credit or debit. Our only option was to find a atm and pay cash for the remaining balance. Unfamiliar with this mall my husband found and atm in order to complete the purchase. But the manage of the store decided to have the cashier move over to another register and clear out the transaction, mind you she already entered the gift cards into the system. My husband returned to the store and to pay for the jacket and the manager completes the transaction a a different regester and the gift cards now have a zero balance. So long story short the store after purchasing previously purchasing 4 jackets that cost $220 each again all odds decided to take their money from the three gift cards. To make matters worse the store attempted to replace the gift cards with three new gift card with a balance of $50 each, all llies, my daughter wanted a pair of pants like an idiot I tried to use one of the replacement gift cards and the cashier said the balance was zero. Point being if you purchase anything from this store and they give you a gift card check the card balance prior to leaving because this store doesnt have a problem with you spending money in there establishment. But they are quick to renege on there advertisement and leave you with useless gift cards.If they cant respect your time and money as a patron dont provide the with you buisness.

So i had a return no receipt they tried their best to assist me but if its the same company why couldnt you issue the refund or exchange if my item was purchased at Jersey Gardens yall need to link systems.
