Great service by Carl and his staff. Ordered a boat trailer, and they had it set up and ready to go the next day, all paperwork was filled out before I even got there. Fast response to email inquiries, great communication, and nice trailer, too. Worth the drive from Houston!

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Inventory is down right now because of post-Covid shortages, but we ordered a seadoo, and it went very smoothly. Good place for lake toys.

This is a sorry place the owner doesnt tell the truth they lie to you to get you there, then waste your time i called ahead about price drove 2 1/2 hour he change price when there. Carl Hatch is very dishonest I will not recommend him to any one.

I waited 3 weeks to bring my boat engine in for warranty work. It sat there for another 2 weeks before the owner told me they couldnt work on the engine. Said they had too much work to do on their own customers equipment. He stated that they were backed up with 6 months of work. Dont expect work to be done quickly on your equipment even if you buy it there.

I give 5 stars because 6 is not an option. I really only take the time to review things that are exceptional or are terrible. So CH Marine in Livingston is excellent. We bought a used pontoon boat there. They were really easy to work with and know how to get things done. Everything was fast and painless. Then on the day we picked up the boat, one of the mechanics took us out in the boat to be sure that everything worked properly and that we knew how to work it.After we had it for about 3 weeks or so, it started running bad. Just not full power. I called Carl, the owner to tell him. He immediately sent a mechanic way around on the opposite side of the lake to my dock to repair it. It took them 2 trips and they fixed it. No charge! Now that’s a man who runs his business with integrity.I just can’t say enough, I’m thoroughly impressed. My wife is saving up for a sea doo and she wouldn’t think of buying it anywhere else. You can’t go wrong with CH Marine

When its July 4th and you are expecting 50 guests only to realize that all 3 jet skis have dead batteries you will be glad you purchased at CH Marine. The staff arranged a boat house delivery and saved our party! You can probably save a buck by driving 100 miles but why would you? If you use Lake Livingston dont make a mistake. Watercraft requires service and CH Marine provides great customer service!

Dont sell the boat brands Im looking for and wont work on boats they dont sell. They are great for emergency parts.Gave them a 3 star before but now an update:Just went in there to buy something. The owner Carl was rude to me. Implied that I did not know what I was talking sbout and rolled his eyes at me 3 times.

I dropped my boat off for repair. They said it would be 3 weeks, no problem. After 8 weeks, I picked it up without being serviced. They were sliding other customers in front of me the entire time. The communication was terrible. Will not be back!

I went in to get my Johnson outboard serviced and the lady at the front desk had the personality of a snail.... It was like I was bothering her to be there, as she was getting my information off of my boat motor I had to ask her when to expect to be completed. She reluctanly told me two weeks, (I wish she would have told me that over the phone before I drove 50 miles) Two weeks wow, I will just do it myself I then found Normans Outboard they dont look like CH but at least the know how to act like they want your business, Normans even tried to diagnose my problem while I waited and told me they would have it done in two days!! I would not buy a boat plug from these people!!!! Not very pleased!!!!
