Good store to check out. You get to see a variety of brands and designs. I did not find the right design and fit. Due to clearance sale, maybe most of the good stuff was sold out. Still, worth to try.

Lady is weird, always locking the door every time.

VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS OWNER AND STAFF. I CALLED THE STORE AND THEY FOUND THE SHOES I WANTED AND HELD THEM FOR ME SO I COULD PICK THEM UP THE NEXT DAY. THEY MADE SURE THAT THE SHOES FIT WELL BEFORE I BOUGHT THEM. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE STORES WIDE SELECTION OF POPULAR LINES OF WOMENS, MENS, AND CHILDRENS SHOES. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

Staffs were warm and gave much assistance to a foreign traveller. Got what I had wanted within 10 minutes. Prices are better than other retailers around this area.

Jessica treated people rude when for me trying to pay for my stuff. I called for a cashier then was yelled at for doing so after waiting for 5 min up front. Could have just walked out with the stuff!

Youre really not getting a very good deal on shoes when I think of shoe stores like this I want to feel like Im getting a bargain and unfortunately I dont get that feeling there and that whole outlet mall in Livermore dont go there looking for a deal cuz youre not going to find it its all very high-end and expensive

While this is an outlet store, the prices are not. The selection is large but I had difficulty finding my size in many styles and couldnt find anyone to help.
