I am NOT a mall dude... But I LOVE this outlet Mall!!! Probably the best one in Northern California. Have the high-end stores, if you are into name and logo flossing. Also have all of the standard name brand stores. I typically go get what I need and bounce. Good place to shop, if you want to travel to Livermore.
San Francisco Premium Outlets. It was a great experience to find all your shopping needs. Offering a wide variety of outlets from outdoors, indoors, apparel, cosmetics, etc.. worth checking out if in search of more specific items and stores by specific vendors as Las Americas Premium Outlet might have it for you. Las Americas Premium Outlets is an awesome experience for the family. The atmosphere is so family friendly. This mall is home to over 100 stores which include shop exclusive brands such as Gucci, Prada, Victorias Secret, Pottery Barn, Lululemon Athletica and more! Known as the gateway to the Texas Hill Country, North Face, Adidas, Columbia, Aerie, Avon, American Eagle, and Bass. This premium outlet center offers plenty of parking spaces so you can move around to different shops with ease. There are also a handful of eateries here, such as a bubble tea cafe and pizzeria. The furniture was nice quality. I didnt walk around and see what all stores were around but from what I I see they have a big variety to choose from. I would recommend visiting here with your family. It is best to give yourself two days to explore all the stores.
This place is a disaster before you even park. Whoever designed the road and parking lot in and out of this place should be fired. Half the places have a huge line outside to get in. Basically anything worth checking out is an hour in line, outside in 100deg weather. Come here during the week during work hours, maybe youll have better luck.
Awesome place to shop all day especially during sale. Great offers right now up to 60% off at some outlets. You gotta walk a lot to explore the entire complex. Do wear comfy shoes. This was my first visit so I could not peek into every store but atleast I am clear what to avoid next time. It will take 2-3 visits for you to figire out where to focus. I loved the layout. Restrooms need to be cleaner. You will find parking if you reach by 10 am. If not, try to park on the other side of the main road in another shopping area.Tip: For first timers, please click a photo of the map so that you dont keep walking round and round.
A great place to go to in the seek of boredom! Lots of great stores to go to with an indoor food court! Drop by this week!
Stores are good, food court limited. Outdoor seating limited. Tiny kids play structure. Dont be duped into paying the 10$ for premium parking ..plenty of parking on the side closest to freeway (back).
Shopping here is very enjoyable and safe. The deals here are great and there is a great selection of premium stores. It is near a beautiful airport, big Starbucks, and very nice hotels. It is a great spot for the family. Shopping, food and fun for the kids. They have a little play area for them. You can make a fun family day coming to the outlets and exploring what is around them. Be careful coming on weekends though, it can be extremely crowded.
Good one and good price with different brands but not big so much
There are many stores, so it is a good place to shop for people of all ages.
You will get tired of walking here. Its very big. Has some decent items
A lot of good stores to visit. You could spend all day there. One of the nicest outlets in the country. It has a lot of the National brands and some unique boutique brands.
Nicely laid out shopping center. A good selection of brand name shops. It is a pleasure to shop here.
It’s really good. The food courts is nice and there is a good selection of merchandise. The only thing is is because its an outlet sometimes it takes them a bit to get new products but the shopping center is kept clean and tidy due to the amazing crew.
Something for everyone!! A plus if you like walking outdoors. Love the fact you can eat at the food court or at one the the delicious food trucks
This shopping center is wonderful except just one thing. First, this center is well organized and very clean. There are plenty of parking spots and toilets are available. The companies in this shoping center are famous, and well stablshed in America. Michael Kors, Calvin Klein, and Tony Burch are just a few of them. Unfortunately, these companies and others do not make their products in the USA. In 1960 about 95 percent of clothes purchased in the USA were made domestically, now it is about 2 percent of clothes purchased in America actually made in the USA. And this is highly disturbing. There are companies like Karen Kane, Michael Stars, Taylor Stitch, AMVI Collection, Buck Mason and many others that are not in this shopping center. And, what all they have in common is a good quality of their products and that they all make their products only in the USA. This shopping center is a marvelous place to spend time, shop and meet new people. However, anyone who would like to support small businesses in America should consider shopping from alternative companies as well. Hopefully, the owner of this shopping center will attract at least a few companies that make their products exclusively in the USA. If i would like to travel to any other country, i would prefer to give a gift to someone that would clearly show the country i came from, Made in USA.
Good place to explore new styles and fashion.
Lot of choices. Can find almost everything you need. Like to visit here
Magical place if you love shopping!
A nice place for having a day out
Lovely place to shop top brands.
Cool walking area, nice eats. Store over priced
During a recent weekend visit, it was apparent that most stores do a great job managing capacity constraints and mask mandates in their stores during the pandemic. Customers lined up outside stores, socially distanced and wore masks throughout. Expect long but fast moving lines, especially on weekends.
Go early for parking and quick shopping before it gets to crowded. Nice and clean place.
LOVE this outlets ! Especially the Kate Spade Jimmy Choo and Tory Burch ! All in all store selection is pretty good, I have snagged some quality clothing for low prices. The crowds can get frustrating, and the parking is a bit contentious at times. Ive never eating the food (aside from the Ghirardelli store, which is always excellent) so I cant comment that much on the quality of the food court.
Its relaxing and great to walk around. The place is well taken care off and people arent rude as other places.
One of the best places for shopping, theres food court, theres Chipotle, boba shop plus more and more shopping☺️
Great outdoor mall with a large array of stores to choose from. The indoor food court is a nice bonus.
A lots of people because of Black Friday! Long line In front of North Face, Gucci, Maje, Nike and other big store. Glad they have a lots of food court in the outlet, otherwise I will be so hungry. They have boba, chipotle etc. Big outlet to shop around, but make sure wear some comfortable shoes if you want to shop around because you will need to do a lots of walking. Will definitely be back later when not too many people line up for stores. Highly recommended and hope everyone have fun shopping :))
Perfect for shopping. You have a lot of different brands to choose from.
Good visit with alot stores having some sales.
It’s nice to have all brands, bougie and affordable, in one place!
Nice place but I didnt see too much of a savings. Better off just catching what your looking for on sale at the mall. Depending on what you looking for it may be a waste of time and gas.
Outlet mall is good, 1 star is only for recent changes to parking by management. This place always had parking issues always especially on weekends. Instead of increasing parking spots, guess what did the management do? They decided to convert several free parking spots to paid valet spots. Only 20% of the spots you see in pics below used to be valet, now entire section is valet. It’s frustrating to not find parking when valet lot is empty. Atleast adjust the valet based on your needs. On the other side, there are spots picked up by some other paid parking services as well. So result is you end up going around forever or end up paying the parking or get out frustrated after finding no parking. It gets so crowded over weekend, that drivers have to be really careful navigating around other cars and people. I personally avoid going during peak times, but really hope management does something to solve the parking problem and build a multi-level parking structure.
Definitely one of the best outlet malls! It has all the brands that you might want
Wow. This place is awesome. Everything you need
Lots of great places to shop here we came for the Nike, New balance, Disney store, Vans and bath and body works. Found everything we where looking for and more. Only place we ended up going to that wasnt a 5 star more like a 1 was Wetzel pretzels and it was way over priced and the food got hard quickly.
Went to Haagen Dazs which was great. The outdoor mall it was in seemed nice. I like the outdoor malls. I imagine then save a ton of money on cooling compared to the giant indoor malls. Maybe a tad greener in doing so?
Not even remotely close to San Francisco, but ok. Good stores, really nice and clean. Not enough food places. But the outlet prices are too good to make up for that. North Face and Nike are my favorite stores.
Parking can be horrendous. Its almost always too sunny and warm in the summer. Decent shops friendly staff
The outlets have the BEST Stores there ! If I was Abundantly Wealthy I would go CRAZY in EVERY Store & WOULDNT BUY ANYTHING for family or friends JUST ME ! The outlets R Remarkable but crowded ! Have fun !
We were just at Ascics, even though the store was incredibly crowded and it was around the closing time, both Cindy (I’m sorry if the spelling is wrong) & her colleague were of great help, would definitely return to this branch! Thank you!
Not too crowded today. Some stores has sales with additional discount. Parking wasnt too bad since I didnt have to wait for parking space (lucky I guess)
Good outlet, but shops don’t offer much. The only one time I got spike and he took me a few days off so he can definitely get it done so he could do something else to make sure I have it for tomorrow or Monday morning if I have not done it tomorrow. The only one time .The app works well for for the price of a app to play and the game has only a minor problem and I can do better with the other stuff I can use to app I have found. The only one time I was gonna I got a little gift from my god that damn my phone was dead I was gonna I got to get my car back and I have to get a car to my house.
It’s a great outlet shopping center, where you may find all kinds brand stores here. Sometimes it getting super crowded, that you need to wait for long time before you could get in the store, or pay the fee. Discount is good especially on holidays. There is starbucks here to take a rest at. The food restaurant is not big, and choice is limited.Others are good.
One of my favorite places to go I just wish I had have more money to buy everything I need😔
Every store is on one huge property. Youre sure to find what you are looking for. Just bring a comfortable pair of walking shoes.
Yo they could get all 5 stars but their signage needs many improvements. A simple you are here sticker would go a long way.
The shops are not crowded yet, neither parking when I came here before store opens at 10:00 a.m. and after the Christmas holiday crazy shoppings! It looked so neat without people rushing here and there, the best time to come here is after the Holidays. Upscale and famous signature brands are all over, although limited stocks but prices are fair and shopping here is always great no matter what. They have food court when you go hungry, not too much choices though for your hungry stomach. Asians dominate shopping in this Outlet Store. The ambiance is lovely, great view of Livermore City and parking is all over, lots of spaces but gets full during holidays and weekends! The place is huge and you can get lost like you are in the labyrinth. There are small cafes you can sit and relax and rest rooms are clean. Always worth a visit for shopping spree.
I love it is a bit pricey but its worth it!
Very nice place good to shop. You can also bring your pets to spend time with you and walk around they have poop bags just incase.
Nice kid play area. Parking is difficult. You might have to circle around or wait for longer time to get parking. Valet parking is good option..not that expensive like 5-10$. You will find some good deals in summer. Note that the luxury brands line MK and Kate Spade have queues to enter inside..there is food court in the center with decent food options. Starbucks is also there. And Chipotle coming soon. There are food trucks outside. I recommend coming early before lunch time to avoid outside heat in summer and get easy parking plus less crowd.
Parking Pro Tip: During weekends the parking lot gets too busy; if coming from 580, drive to the rear Parking lot; you will get ample spots there.Columbia, Nike, NB must check stores for great deals! On raining days, make sure you have rain protective gears; it’s an alfresco mall, so you will have to walk many patches open to sky.
I loved loved loved this outlet mall. There are 180+stores, which also includes premium department stores like Bloomingdales, Macys and Saks. There were a variety of exclusive stores with designers that I have never even heard of before today. The layout of the mall was designed such that it made it very easy to visit lots of your favorite stores without needing to waste time back tracking as most stores are in the same vicinity. Visiting this outlet mall will not disappoint.
Its an shopping mall with factory outlets. First of all, very difficult to find a parking lot. Be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes to get a parking lot. Better reach there before 9. Food court and food cart are there. Food cart serving delicious food. Tax is less there other than that, nothing special on stores.
U can spend quite a lot of time here but parking is tough to find sometimes!
Atmosphere was nice but better off shopping online for prices and selection.
All the outlets at single place.
A lot of brands to shop for here. Parking may be a challenge. Food court is located in the middle of the outlet so it was very convenient.
This premium outlet is truly a premier premium outlet. There are premier brands such as Longchamp, DKNY, D&G, Bally, Dunhill, Fendi, Givenchy, etc. This outlet is located only a short distance from San Francisco...roughly 40 miles east of San Francisco near I-580. There are plenty of parking surrounding the outlet plus there are charging stations for EV cars.
Good this outlet is packed with a great variety of name brand stores with great sales and prices. Its huge with great outdoor walking and shopping. Tons of restrooms and a great selection of food types to select from. Not so good there are long lines to get into some of the best stores like Gucci and Burberry. Was also super disappointed after looking in Bloomingdale to select some clothes that even with the state being fully open they choosr not to open their fitting room. I bought nothing as it was too far from home to have to deal with returns. Wish the stores had consistant rules
Great place for shopping as there are many shops to choose. Great discounts during our trip as well. It’s almost $100 taxi from Stockton.
Great place reminded me of Home at Orlando Premium Outlet. They have a delicious food truck out there as well their food is really good. The food is made to order. Great tasting wings. The scenery is so beautiful
Do not go to this place on weekends, Christmas time, or Summer breaks (way too crowded!) way too long lines and text back reservations to enter stores. Rude people bumping in to you, cutting you off ( almost causing me to scrap) peoples annoying dogs on leashes everywhere! Parking & traffic is ridiculous! - Its almost not worth going. If you know what you want, then fine, get in and get out; the prices are worth it, but if you linger, its at your own frustrative peril. Top Branded stores abound, but also hundreds of pretentious, self righteous, self involved, priviledged, Tesla driving, bougie, selfie picture taking, me first, non-mask wearing primaddonas taking up space! Have Fun...!!!
Extremely crowded. Lines to get in stores are long and dreary.
Lot of shops. Nice place to kill time. Was not crowded on a weekday evening. Could do better with more variety is restaurants.
The food at the food court is not the greatest. The food is highly overpriced for the portions they serve you. Ohh !! and the meals at the food trucks are overpriced and bland. Avoid the weekends because the crowds are unbearable.
Very nice place! To get parking you need to go early!
Great place to go shopping. You get a lot of steps in and has plenty to enjoy to just window shop as well as things to eat.Plenty of shops for kids and adults and for kitchens.Found these at the UGGs outlet for a great discount of 70% off.
You can find a lot for affordable prices especially if you know what you want!
Lot of branded shops & decent food court. Ample parking space but weekends, it will be full and gets crowded. Gets good deals but not all the time. Due to covid many shops might have waiting time and queues to enter into the shops. This is a good place to walk around and do even window shopping. Weekends usually gets crowded and getting parking itself is difficult.
Brand name stores. Great charging station for Tesla owners
Perhaps The best outlet in the west. A role model for retail still works!
Plenty of stores...it can get crowded on weekends. I recommend going during the week. Some stores still have a waiting lines due to COVID.
These outlets are going downhill in my opinion... Some reasons why:1) parking always is backed up... What a pain...2) the store selection feels stale...3) (this one is not picky) with the social distancing requirements, lines into the stores are so long its near impossible to walk around and social distance.4) food court is worn out and sad (and, no ventilation - gets warm and humid)With all that said, you can find some good deals, and the grounds are generally well maintained.Go and grab a good deal... Or dont, whatever... Im not the boss of you...
Pretty crowded nice stores and very secure environment.
This spot reminds me of Stanford shopping mall but way bigger and better.
Nice to walk around, but not many stores to my liking
Great stores lots of varieties to chose from, great selections, great prices. Play area for the little ones. Food court and rest rooms were both clean. Right off the highway so its a great location.
Theres a lot of good brands there
The best outlet mall in the Bay Area! Lots of selection and stores. Plenty of parking available but but since its very busy you do need to circle for a while to finally find parking. The food court is pretty good as well however its hard to find seating and since the tables keep getting moved around the only way to walk is around and not through the seating. Mall is well laid-out and is easy to get from store to store including pathways that connect one side to another.
Good, quite standard outlet.Prices are good. Assortment of the stores and assortment inside stores are good as well. All major premium brands like: Burberry (big store), Prada (big store), Gucci (not a big store), Armani (3 stores, very good prices), Tods (small store). Some well known American brands (Saks, Disney etc), some kids storesQuite crowded on the weekends, we prefer to go there on the weekdays. Food court is surprisingly bad - only fast food, low quality food etc. there are some good restaurants just 5 min drive away
Nice stores but mostly old stock of flop items. Bad quality food at the food court. Not worth the trip.
Go to San Francisco Premium Outlets about one-two times per month, sometimes there have discounts in San Francisco, something in there is much cheaper the San Francisco city!
I love going to this place. I went to Michael Kors store and got some great discount for authentic MK PURSES AND SHOES.
Shopping is fun here, so many deals.
A variety of shops to explore.. A great place for shopping with your family.
Lots of brands/stores! It closes waaay to early as far as I could tell the entire place closes at 7pm.
The San Francisco Premium Outlets, located at 2774 Livermore Outlets Dr,Livermore, CA 94551, is a nice place to buy some gifts for you or for someone that you want to give. There are a huge variety of stores, like Abercrombie & Fitch, Hugo Boss, Armani, Hermenegildo Zegna, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilgiger, Gap, Nike, Adidas, Puma, The North Face, Disney Store, etc.A place of food provides their guests to a large variety of foods, as chinese food, italian food, sea food and, of course, fast foods. The starbucks is also there. The prices there are also interestings, because are cheapers than the regular stores at the cities. This outlet works at 10am to 09pm.
