I stopped at DATRON in Livermore looking for some help selecting some specialty endmills, and during my visit Chris went above and beyond familiarizing me with their cutting tools and machines. He showed me the new NEO, and even allowed me to perform a probing routine using the DATRON control. Everything was COVID safe, too. I had a great experience.

I interviewed with this company for an outside sales position (operating out of So. CA?). Started at the home office level/in New Hampshire with 2 phone interviews (HR and VP of Sales). Where I was on-time and emailed thank you notes when interviews were done. I was referred to a face to face interview at the Livermore location with both the Branch Mgr. and the local sales rep. I was on-time and I also thank youd them as well, thru email.All through the process I was told (assured) I would hear rain or shine. Well its been about 2-weeks and havent heard a thing. While I have (absolutely) no issues they found another/better candidate, I am angry they did not follow up with me, like they assured me they would. As a matter of fact, they told me we dont let job candidates blow in the wind. Yeah, right? Its grossly unprofessional and extremely rude. They probably did me a favor, with this as a backdrop. If they treat perspective employees this way, I can imagine how they treat incumbents?
