A great place for late night ice cream next to the bars.

The experience here is a little hit or miss. Ive had super good ice cream sandwiches here and some not so good ones. Went here last night and got a brownie sundae. The brownie was super dry and crumbly. Id recommend avoiding it

The online ordering system doesn’t work… didn’t have my order in the system when my Uber Eats went to pick it up. So I called and placed it (ensured not to get charged twice). I ordered one regular ice cream sandwich and one with gluten free cookies…. The employee repeated gluten free cookies to me but I am not sure what happened. I got food poisoning or the cookies were not gluten free and was sick for hours!!! I won’t be going back…

The cookie was warmed and it was stale. Ice cream sandwich was hard to eat with a crunchy cookie. First time I had it cookie was fresh and soft and ice cream was cold enough. Not as good as I remember. Now that Ive tried Crumbl Cookies, this place isnt worth it.

Customer service was really good. We went towards closing but the staff was generous enough to wait for us and help us find and choose the desired flavor of ice cream.Desserts were good but the cookie and brownie were not warmed up. Overall a decent experience but have had better Cream experiences in the past

I have been going here off and on since they opened. Their tip jar survey question has never changed and neither has any other decoration, so that is a little tired if you ask me. I got the churro ice cream in a sandwich and it was already melt-y right as it was handed to me. It just squished out of the sides, so maybe turn your temperature down in the ice cream pit.

Staff was very nice and they have a wide variety of options for everything like cones, bowls, ice cream sandwiches, milkshakes, sundaes, cookies and brownies, cakes and pints of all flavors they offer to take home with you.I would definitely say 5 stars for the service and menu, but 4 stars for the portion. The price is right but my shake was a little too small for something around $6-7

First star for the location and the menu. It was easy to find and the menu had many great options.Second star for the customer service and price. It wasn’t too expensive, about what I’d expect to pay for ice cream. The server was very kind and helpful.Third star for quality of the food. The ice cream was pretty good but the fact that they warm up the cookies and then place more than enough ice cream in it made it so much better. I had double chocolate chip cookies that were soft but helped things stay together and mint chocolate chip ice cream. You get the selection of a free topping as well.Fourth star is for my satisfaction and experience. I have a snobs expectation when it comes to ice cream and I was really looking for something great and I found it there. The flavor was good, the quality was good, and the location was close to where I ate lunch.I didn’t give this place five start because it didn’t open until much later in the afternoon, and the overall experience wasn’t as breathtaking as it maybe could be. The ice cream sandwich is high quality and great tasting, but the rest of the shop didn’t have much to it that sparked my interest.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone but maybe get something to share unless you love sweets.

I have so many incompetent friends that would benefit from this store. like making an ice cream sandwich with two cookies and a scoop of ice cream is so easy—but they wouldn’t be able to perform the task. therefore, this place is perfect for them! so i could insult them by bringing them here but also enjoy some delicious ice cream and warm cookies.

Ive been in a number of times. First time was great, I ordered a cookie & brownie ice cream sandwhich and it was awesome. I came in the second time to order the same thing and was told no, that I couldnt have both for my ice cream sandwhich. I said okay and offered to pay extra for a brownie and again was told no. At this point I ordered a regular chocolate chip cookie sandwhich and left. I came in a third time and knowing Id probably never get what I got the first time, I ordered a chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwhich. The employee then made a mini ice cream sandwhich with two bite size cookies and tried to charge me full price. When I asked why, they said it was because they ran out of regular cookies. I told them nevermind and left. After giving this place 3 tries, Im done giving chances. I just wanted a good ice cream sandwhich.

Went in today with my nieces, the customer service was horrible. The skinny guy working there had no interest in helping us. I asked for a brownie they didn’t have any. I asked for chocolate chip cookie sandwich and they only had one cookie. And when I asked him what did they had he just pointed and said whatever is there (pointing at the display) seemed like he was annoyed we where there. This experience made me not want to go back :(

My kids loved the ice cream! Said it was the best. We where bummed that the taco cones where not being sold! But overall a good experience. What i dont understand is why are they selling waffle cones but not the waffel taco cones?

Came here over the weekend and got a hot fudge Sunday and it was the best I’ve had in so long!! Shop was very clean and I would say customer service was amazing as well! Highly recommended for your sweet tooth!

We came in yesterday and got the ice cream pints to go. They are the best! Perfect during this COVID pandemic. Eating them from the comfort of your home just hits different!

The shop is nice and clean, has plentiful seating, and the boys who were working behind the counter for my visit were very nice.I was quite impressed with the array of options, including numerous vegan ones- a rare find in an ice cream shop!I got an ice cream sandwich with fudge cookies and mint chocolate chip ice cream and was pretty pleased. The cookies were decent, but the ice cream was soooo good- silky and smooth, not icy like some subpar vegan ice cream can be. If I were to return, I think Id skip the cookies and just go straight for the ice cream, but you really cant go wrong with those two choices!

This place was awesome. The customer service and vibe was great. The location was also very convenient. There is a parking right across the street and its free. The ice cream and cookies were awesome. We will be back for more.

I was super excited to find a place with gluten free desserts. It was also nice that there were two dairy free ice cream options. Would be nice to have another flavor soy ice cream, perhaps vanilla, that would better complement all of the vegan and gluten free cookie options and also a cookie that is both gluten free/dairy free as many people have both allergies including myself. I went ahead with the gluten free white chocolate fudge cookie and it was delicious and thankfully no problems from the dairy that was likely in the cookie. Happy to be able to not just watch my family enjoy dessert.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. The many varieties of ice creams are all well made and delicious. Ive never been disappointed by the cookies, brownies, waffles, pies, etc... available as options to have with your ice cream.

This place is super cute and their ice cream is awesome! The only reason Im not giving a 5 star is because their ice cream sandwiches dont work very well... the cookie is entirely too hard so the ice cream just falls out with every bite. But it was still good regardless, Id go back 😊

I stumbled upon this place on the way to the cinema. Great spot to start or end a date night. I was lucky enough to indulge in their Sundae of Champions. So so good. I also loved their doants. Never had a hybrid baked good consisting of a cross between a croissant and a donut. Great idea and very tasty.

Visiting Livermore for work and happened upon Cream while walking downtown. I originally went in expecting to not be able to purchase anything because I am highly allergic to corn syrup and dextrose which is unfortunately found in most ice cream these days. Also, many ice cream shops don’t have the full ingredients listed. When I asked the server if she knew the ingredients of the ice cream she happily produced a book that had every flavor offered and every ingredient listed. I was SO happy to find that with the exception of two flavors, NONE of the ice cream had corn syrup or dextrose! The service, available flavors, and NO corn syrup or dextrose made this a WIN for me so I went twice during my 3 day trip! How cool was that!?

Cookies are alright, sometimes very hard. The ice cream selection was good. The brownies were very good.Decently priced for some items but others didnt seem worth it, especially with the wait time.

Popular Ice Cream Parlor which specializes in Ice Cream Sandwiches where the bread is cookies. Great selection of ice cream and cookies. Your best experience is when the cookies are fresh. Me not being a fan of the Snicker-doodle, the fresh snicker-doodles flippin rock! And surprisingly, for the amount of people that line up outside the shop for their turn, the prices are astoundingly cheap for what they could likely charge. There is no excuse to not give this place a try if you happen across one and you have a bit of time to mull in line.

This is the second time Ive came by and they havent been open when it says it should. Your website says you open at 12 on Wednesday, yet here I am again on a Wednesday, 12:45 and your not open. No holiday, no event downtown and no note on the door explaining why your closed.

Great place if you want an Ice cream cookie sandwich. You can also go in and just get a cookie or ice cream by itself. They also have brownies as an option. I would not recommend the taco, I feel that the waffle cone taco shell needs to be a different flavor.

This place brings a smile to my face. Tonight was my third visit and the best yet. The company cant help the long lines (apparently Wednesday nights are the time to go because there was almost no line) but they can help their attitude, and thats been great.The first time here was also the busiest Ive seen it, not to long after it opened. The staff was frazzled but keeping on top of things and in good spirits. Tonight the two ladies working were the nicest Ive met yet, friendly, helpful, clear communicators.The cookies are good, many of them better than good, and the ice cream is of good quality. My wife doesnt like Ive cream sandwiches but if l is happy with just getting a scoop out two. My son likes toppings and is happy with their selection.Most everyone I know likes ice cream or cookies, so its a safe stop for most groups looking for something good and sweet.

I personally dont enjoy ice cream very much but my wife loves this place. Its a great place to stop at during the weekend and is convenient located downtown, across from the parking structure.

Took my family that was in town on Friday night... The line was insane but they were able to keep the line moving. The attitudes of the employees was awesome... Very energetic. Many choices of cookies and ice cream... Even a nice choice of vegan ice cream & cookies. Very good and reasonable prices!

The kid recommended an ice cream sandwich with snickerdoodles and salted caramel ice cream. He made a great recommendation. It was fantastic. Everyone seemed pleasant and the place is nice and clean. I imagine it gets pretty crowded in the summer but we happened to wander in on a stormy spring evening so we didnt have to wait long.

Always a good treat! But they need to have more variety on hand. Bring back the red velvet cookies!!

I really liked every flavour of ice cream I have tried at CREAM so far. I like the flexibility of ordering, for example you can have the traditional ice cream sandwich, or just order a small tub of ice cream and ask for a cookie in a separate bag if you dont want the cookie to get wet.

Ice cream sandwiches using fresh baked cookies! What more can you ask for? They have a couple of vegan and dairy free options in case anyone was wondering.

Their ice cream tastes good but its too soft for ice cream sandwiches. It makes a big mess when you eat it. Fortunately, there is a sink in the dining area to wash up when youre finished... Just keep it if your clothes and youll be alright.

The little Donut was tasting really old and the ice cream was not that good either, you could taste the ice crystals from refreezing. I tossed it in the bin after just a few bites. We wont be back.

This is my favorite ice cream shop, I LOVE IT! I am sad that they discontinued the ice cream flavor called Cinnamon Chill because that was amazing, especially between two fresh Snickerdoodles. I have been to other locations of Cream, the Livermore location is the cleanest spot, has the freshest cookies and the staff is always very friendly. Definitely stop by if you get a chance!!!

Great prices, great ice cream sandwiches. Lines can get long sometimes but they are well staffed most of the time to get people in and out. Glad they opened up a seating area as of late.

Definitely above average in terms of ice cream, I didnt try the sandwiches which appear to be their specialty, but in terms of ice cream cups, they seem to be above average but not amazing - Ive definitely had better nearby, though the prices are certainly better than those places.Worth a visit if youre in the area and feel like ice cream.

Sometimes the line is long but it always moves fast and is worth the wait. They have a good selection of vegan ice cream too if thats your thing.

Yo be honest, I am not entirely sure I understand the full appeal of this place. The cookies are pretty good. But the ice cream is nothing special. Sure it is fun to make a sandwich of them, hut to me it is more kitzche than anything. Loards has far better ice cream and is not that far from this place. The location is a bit odd, but close enough to everything else that it sort of makes sense

Got in and there was one lady behind the counter taking orders, manning the cash register, and answering the phone. Ten minutes later, I gave my order. I ordered a vegan cookie, there was a whole row on display, but she informed me there were none and those were just display. A bit miffed, I chose from the two dairy-free flavors (Im very thankful they exist, hence the two stars). There was a literal sphere in between two cookies that were falling apart themselves, and the oreo topping shed applied (to one side) were now all at the bottom of the bag. The ordeal was messy, the cookie (vegan banana chip) was sickeningly sweet (I think I detected high fructose corn syrup) and the ice cream, which was supposed to be soy mint chip, tasted like vainilla and chunks of...dough?Very unappetizing, they tried I guess.

Ice cream was delicipus! Many cone and topping options. Soy ice cream as well. The store needs a refresh though (maintenance).

Bought some ice cream, sat to relax with my grandson but there were a bunch of kids being obnoxious in the back. Obviously a hang outbplace for them. They didnt buy any food just being loud. The kids working there didnt care at all. Not a good first impression

They have a great allergen program but dont know how to read. Said they read the label on the new bucket of ice cream and had no eggs or peanuts. But... Nope... the caused a severe life-threatening allergic reaction for my son... Other employees confirmed box was clearly labeled. Manager on duty watched all of this and ignored... These guys could kill someone... However, son said it was the best Ice cream he every tasted. So, 2/5 stars??? :-/
