Unfortunately I did not experience the customer service others talked about. Went there in a major bind and needed help. Offered to help any way I could to make it very easy for them but they were already not open to helping as soon as I got there. They must have been having a bad day perhaps. It just cost me hours down and had to travel 3 more hours round trip to get a hose made. I was literally planning to buy several hundred dollars of other products they sell but not after the cold shoulder I received. I wish them well

I found Tri-Valley hose on Google. I help supervisor a plumbing service company located in the East bay and we regularly need hoses repaired for our equipment. They have friendly service, they were very knowledgeable, they did the repair quickly and the price was very reasonable. I will continue to use them in the future.

Guy had a angry face as walk in, didn’t seem to care much and told me it would take at least an hr to get to my hose, told me he had other stuff to do and got more angry when I said I was gonna try some place else...

I found these guys through a friend. I need a quick turn on the fuel line for my classic Ford. These guys did the job within a few hours of me dropping off the spec. I also was impressed with how little I had to pay for the completely custom part. The most difficult part of working with these guys is that they arent ope on the weekend. But that is a small price to pay for great service.

Needed some fittings installed on hoses and everyone I called didnt wanted to help me. Called Tri-Valley and was told sure come on in. I was coming from Oakland and got caught in traffic. Called back to shop and was told no problem I will still be here. Ended up arriving close to 5:15pm on a Friday afternoon and sure enough he was waiting for me. Only took a few minutes to crimp hose ends on and I was able to finish my project early the next day. Thanks for being so helpful and waiting for me. Good customer service is hard to find these days but these guys know what it is.
