Ive had hearing troubles my whole life. wow what can I say about my appointment someone who cares and understands what Ive been going through. Over the years Ive learned to read lips seeing peoples faces helps but while wearing masks im lost when I cant see what people are saying my ears are so bad I have to get medically cleared before I get my hearing aids Im so looking forward to the day !!!

Just went in for a cleaning of my Hearing Aids & had a new hearing test. My hearing did change, so adjustments were made. The staff is very nice, and very helpful. I got my Hearing Aids over 3 years ago, and have been very pleased with their service.

Amazing service from Holly at this location. I took my hearing aides and she cleaned check and replaced parts for me all very quickly and with no charge at all.

I call Connect Hearing in Livermore and they actually answer the phone, set up a “ same day “appointment and have created a safe environment to clean/service hearing aids to get you back to hearing again!!!! I made a choice to use Connect Hearing rather than Costco or Kaiser and never regretted my decision. The service is outstanding!!!

I had a mysterious issue with one ear piece so I dropped it off for service. Within minutes the repair was done and Im off and running -- no charge. Thanks.

Doug clearly has an extensive background in resolving hearing problems. I very much appreciated his efforts to fully characterize my hearing issues and then custom fit a set of new hearing aids that incorporate the latest technology. It was also comforting to know that if I have any problems in the future, he is there to help. His colleague Heather was both friendly and very helpful in dealing with the administrative aspects including working with the insurance company.
