Two items that bring me here. Their selection of craft beers and decaf coffees. I love dark rich coffees just like the next person. But I just cant have the caffeine. This place has the best selection of decafs in Livermore to my knowledge. Oh, and they have some pretty good sales too.

Very nice store. I like the wide aisles. The Asian section has Angelo Pietro Salad dressings and Yamasa soy sauce. These are 2 of my favorite products. The produce department has a nice selection and is fresh. Plenty of parking and easy to find.

So Impressed! I live closer to another grocery but their curbside pickup is terrible. I decided to try Nob Hill for pickup. It was awesome! The site is easy to use for ordering, the order was ready on time, and the employee that brought my order to the car was very kind and professional. And there were only a few substitutions but what they swapped in was perfect. The produce was perfect. And they bagged everything so well (nothing damaged, cold things together, etc). Ill be back next week!

My lovely neighborhood grocery store. Its nice to see familiar faces for the few years ive been shopping there. Amongst the pandemic they stayed in good spirits. Ive been part of their rewards program that keeps me going back as well.

Ive been shopping here for many years, and have always had positive experiences. The staff are friendly and helpful, and I like their selection of deli meats and produce. They have just about everything you could possibly need from a grocery store chain.

Ive worked in livermore for over 15 years and I went into the store for the first time with 2 other co-workers to grab an energy drink after enjoying a great sandwich at Americanos. I felt like I was being watched the whole time and I thought it was just me, but the white guy we were with pointed out that we were being followed around the store by one of the store employees. I can play the race card, but I will give them the benefit of the doubt and just say they were all unhappy to be at work, except for the greeter, at least he was polite.

I rarely shop here because I live on the other side of town. But I enjoyed their store..especially the bakery. I have a sweet tooth and l like a variety of tasty party foods because I never get invited to parties. They had all kinds of fun finger foods. And the staff was really nice.

I was grabbing a few things today, in a hurry. As I was loading my car, I missed one of the bags, and left it in the cart. When I got home, and realized my error, I called the store. Ethan picked up. Not only did he and his team find the bag I forgot, but they had it ready for me when I returned, and brought it out to my car. Thanks for the great customer service!

This is a great neighborhood store! The actual building needs an update but other than that I really enjoy shopping here, the only grocery store Ill shop at in Livermore.They have lots of Organic and All Natural products and the prices are very reasonable. The staff is great too!

As a grocery store its ok has pretty much everything u need only thing I dont like is when u check out u you use your cart and that little space they give u..thats probably why I dont shop there..

Gave me 3 dollars in quarters for change for a 1.98 purchase and when I asked for dollar bills the checker told me they didnt have any lol!! I live in Livermore and only go there because its very close to my house, when nob hill actually owned the store it was too notch, now its so low notch!!!!

I started shopping here because its a block away from my house. I was reluctant at first because of the rumored high prices, but the quality & convenience won me over. The meats are a much better quality than i find else where, and they have a great spirits dept. I also frequent the deli. The store is always clean, the restrooms well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful.

All the fridge by bakery and cheese section were broken. Yet they still had cakes and desserts on display

The slowest grocery store clerks EVER... Even if you go in for one item itll take you an hour to get checked out.

Nob Hill Foods is associated with Raleys and the stores are very much alike. Clean and very organized. Nice to shop in, they are a little more pricier than say Lucky stores.

Was safe for me early in the morning. Few shoppers makes social distancing easy.

Always nice and clean store. Parking is easy because the lot is huge. Deli meats are delicious here so I always get them fresh from the deli. Mist things go on sale on mondays if your looking for a deal.

Clean and quiet store easy to shop.

A lot of interesting items not found in many grocery stores. They usually have interesting bulk item deals. Aisles have plenty of room and the store layout makes it easy to shop around. It feel a little more roomy than he average grocery store. Prices are reasonable compared to other big chain grocery stores.

Staff is rude. Seems they have better things to do rather than help customers. $$ Prices are high!!

Wonderful store. Great selection of groceries. The one negative, they dont have a self check and there is not someone at the quick check all the time. You can get stuck in lines behind people with full baskets when you have one or two items.

Well there is definitely toilet paper, clorox wipes, and hand sanitizer now... hahaha all jokes aside, good place to get your weekly groceries. My fiancé and I almost go here weekly or every other week.

Not enough staffing...order that was placed earlier due to bakery not finished with production...was told to return in an hour... did so....was told they sold my order to another customer...management juggling too many balls at the same time...store didnt wasnt seem busy at all...perhaps Safeway is looking alot better...

This is my favorite grocery store. It is rarely busy and the employees make the shopping experience enjoyable. I’ve been asked several times if I needed help as I wandered around with a confused look on my face. The cashiers are always very friendly and helpful. They always have what I need and their bakery is quite good. Their prices are equivalent to every other major supermarket, but the experience is so much better here. My only complaint is that the produce isn’t the best quality, but this isn’t a problem for me, as the Pleasanton Farmer’s Market fills my produce needs.

We went to Nob Hill for their produce. I could not find grapefruit at my regular store. They also have healthy foods that can be bought in bulk at reasonable prices. My husband was placed on a low sodium diet and wholesome foods are a must for us now. I always love shopping at Nob Hill. The store is spotless, the customer service is excellent and you dont even have to take your own groceries out of the cart to place on the conveyer belt--friendly employees do it all for you!

Fresh high quality produce (in bigger sizes/bunches than ahem Safeway or Whole Foods) and great organic offerings in veg, fruit, dairy, bulk, canned goods, dry goods, and specialty items like gluten free and gourmet/artisan foods. Incredible discounts and coupons with their Something Extra program too! Super nice staff.

Good amount of a selection and the store is rarely busy. Staff is super friendly but I feel most of the selection is slightly more expensive than other stores nearby. Great in a pinch!

My favorite grocery story in town, where I do pretty much all my shopping. Prices are fair and the quality of all the food is very good. A good balance between organic offerings and regular staples. They have a nice beer selection, including some larger 22oz bottles.What really sets them apart to me is the staff. Theyre so helpful and friendly and they genuinely seem to care about what they do. From the deli people who know your usual order by heart, to the butcher who will help you find exactly what you want or cut it for you, to the cashiers who make sure you found everything and make friendly chit-chat, its always a great experience.

Good grocery store. On the high end of prices. In some case the product is twice the price as another grocery store just a couple of miles away. So now I shop more than one grocery store to stretch my food budget as much as I can.

Nob Hill has been my grocery store for years. I know where everything is (mostly) and the staff are all quite friendly, from stockers to cashiers. Its well organized and convenient to me.

This store is wonderful. Friendly people who work here. Produce folks take pride in the products they display. Meat department clean, aisles clean.Every department takes pride in the company they work for. Even at checkout.Please fix the air-conditioning..brrrr.

Nob Hill provides great quality and great choices, in addition to wonderful customer service. They keep focused on whats trending at the warehouse store and keep smaller sized versions of those products in stock, which works great for me when I cant or dont want to buy in bulk. Expanded organic produce section, too!

Older store and very dated. Hardly ever more than 1 or 2 checkers working at one time. The women at the Deli are basically useless. I usually have to give my sandwich order a minimum of 3 times, in order for them to get it correct. (Best to go to the Subway restaurant 2 doors away). The Produce Dept. is small and basically EVERYTHING is overpriced. Better off going to Safeway or Luckys. We only go to Nob Hill now, for small, need it right now items, because they are very close.

They need to remodel the building. The food I purchased was fresh. Worthy store.

Nob Hill is my regular grocery store. Its not the closest to me, but they have a broad selection of foodstuffs that I enjoy, and I like the people who work there. And they have a frequent shopper program with good rewards.

I used to shop at Nob Hill in San Ramon and thought I would try out this place. Definitely has an older feel to it. The staff are friendly, but always seemed to be too busy to help. Great parking

This Nob Hill is in a big parking lot and is easy to navigate. Very friendly and courteous staff. I like the quality of the meats and produce.

This store really needs a remodel. Thats why I gave a lesser star. I have been coming in here since 2009 and the staff is friendly. I still prefer stores with cashiers and they usually call for help when the line gets crowded. Once in awhile I meet people from across town shopping here because they hate the lines and service at other stores. My wifes favorite checker is Betsy. They go back to the Milpitas days.
