I just got my daughters glitter sweatshirt from Jacketback in San Ramon - the quality is amazing the fit is nice. I could see why they are so popular with the Letterman jackets at California High School San Ramon. Would now hesitate to purchase a Letterman jacket for my other child from them. Highly recommend.

Started out fine, pricing could be more upfront and transparent, representative from the Livermore location came to the school to “fit” my son but the line was so long they just tried some coats on him that were model coats. I won’t be purchasing a letterman jacket from them again. Standard fitting, S, M, L etc. Took 2 months to complete the jacket, and didn’t even recieve a call that it was finished. The jacket came back and doesn’t fit my son, wrong lable sewn on the inside of the coat. Gary was friendly and helpful and suggested my son have it altered to an XXL (he originally fitted my son for an XL) but whoever’s in charge wouldn’t do it unless we paid more money. Left a sour taste in my mouth and seems like all they care about is their own profit rather then creating something my son will cherish for a long time. I guess when your contracted with all the High Schools in the area you don’t have to worry about customer service.
