Zales online customer service is utterly pathetic! We ordered our engagement ring online, there was no update on our order for over a month, poor response on their chat service and the telephone service is just pathetic! We waited for over 30 mins to talk to some agent, then this lady named Latetia answers and hangs up in 3 seconds as she couldnt hear me. Like literally, we waited so long to talk and now you cant wait for at least a minute! Unbelievable!!

This Zales has everything a girl or guy could want at dirt cheap prices. If you dont have the budget to walk out of the door with your purchase, put it on lay away for free! They also offer teen/tween jewelry like the Disney line, Levian diamonds and my personal favorite, certified Canadian diamonds! This is my 4th purchase from this Zales and I will be returning for their pre Christmas special deals and next Levian diamond show. If you dont find what youre looking for, you can have it custom made! Excellent prices and customer service...What more can you ask for?
