Great boba, but also love the snacks especially popcorn chicken and fried tofu

Has the best Teriyaki chicken bowl Ive ever tasted hands down.

Food is good, but unfortunately the service is lackluster. Service is slow, which is understandable when busy but when an incorrect order came out, my wife was told that she needed be charged additionally to get the correct order out.

Cool thing about T4 is they make their Taiwanese-style milk teas & iced teas by how much ice and sugar YOU want. First time ever experiencing this kind of option in an Asian bubble tea place! Makes total sense when you think about it and much MORE healthier too!T4s extensive Chinese snack menu is awesome. Freshly made - not sitting under a heat lamp. They will ask you how spicy you want for certain items. Plus they also have additional condiments if you want to add more after you get your snack order.Two of T4s most popular snack choices are the Egg Puff and Basil Fried Popcorn Chicken (order it - spicy). Both are serve made-to-order, piping hot and are very addicting to eat.The Egg Puff is like eating a buttery eggy-tasting, hollowed out, Belgian Waffle that you tear a part with your hands. The deep fried Basil Popcorn Chicken is lightly battered with Panko, which gives it a crunchy, airy texture. Ive visited every bubble tea place in Livermore, and this is the best. Toothsome but tender boba, fresh tea, friendly, accurate service, low prices, and a bright, comfortable setting. Who could ask for more? The tonkatsu ramen is decent, but my favorite is the fried tofu bowl. Would prefer actual plates to plastic, but it is very easy to take to go. Get your card stamped for a free tea if you buy 9.

Decent Taro Milk Tea and fast service! They also offer soy or almond milk as substitutions.

This place is ok, service is slow. Food is allright. Can take some time to get order. Kitchen closes early. Not sure if I want to return again.

Love their teas here! Very delicious food and drinks. My go to is the Honey Peach Royal tea and the White Peach Lemonade Tea.

Lots of Asian style snacks, lots of tea and milk shakes available. Also you can order your sweet levels, which is a good thing. Cool vibe. Casual place. Very nice curly fries.

My first time here and it was the worst. Customer service sucks and it took 45 minutes to get my food and I only order rice. Never will go again.

Stupidly good!! Highly recommend the taro milk tea, also worth a try with sea salt cream, though I think for next time I prefer the straight taro flavor. Looking forward to coming again! So many flavors to choose from... The avocado smoothie is also interesting and very tasty.Very friendly and cheerful service too, can give you a great recommendation!

Its a great place is you want to grab a quick snack. They are pretty quick and mostly empty when I go so it would be nice to see them have some traffic once in a while. For me its nice and close to the school I go to so I can always head that way if um getting hungry. The curly fries are to be recommend, they are my friends favorite. The parking is nice and accessible. 8/10 would go again

Its a great place and great food

Really great little spot!! I actually visited Taiwan and the tea that they serve here is very comparable to that in Taiwan. They have an amazing seasoning that they use for the chicken bites which are amazing and I believe its the same seasoning for the fish tenders, and the onion rings. The service is always nice, but try to get there either before or WELL after school lets out because all the kids go there for a after snack before they walk home. They used to ask if you want regular, or spicy, but now they dont. They allow you to put on your own spice, and be warned the cayenne powder they have is HOT!!! GREAT PLACE!!

MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM all of us at the middle school love it. Everything is delicious, and their fries and smoothies, perfection! I would suggest that people go later in the day or in the morning before 1:30 though so they get there before all the teens do.

Love the food and teas. Staff are super helpful and friendly. The eating area is kept clean and tidy.

So this was my 1st time going into T4 for different reasons. Anyways, I wanted to mention that I dont live close by. Im close, but not super close. With most places out here, Im about a 5 minute or less drive. This was about a 10+ min. drive. And tbh, I did want to try their Mango and French Fries.In all honesty, Im not huge fan of pepper, but their Fries are Delicious! even with the pepper on them. Also, I tried the smoothie as soon as I got home (idk why, but Ive been obsessed w/mango stuff lately) and for me, it was one of those moments that was mind-blowing. I got the Mango smoothie w/no additions which is still Delicious! btw.Idk when, but I will be back in the future. Ill prob. be back either when the road construction has finished or at least lessened, but in all honesty, Id prob. be back sooner than that. Also, totally worth the drive.

I like the convenient location, ambiance, and cleanliness. They have good customer service, but for the orders to come out is a bit on the slow side, even when its off peak hours. Theres music and tv. Fun place for adults and teenagers.

Milk Tea with bubbles are pretty good. For those who like their tea a little on the sweet side, I would recommend their famous Thai milk tea. Roasted Oolong milk tea is very flavourful.

Let me just say that the experience id always great. However Im here to talk about something else, let me keep it short. Basically I went home one day but realized that I never got my order of the popcorn chicken, which by the way is really good. I came back to get it a couple of hours later and the manager happily understood the problem. I got my chicken back and now here I am writing a five-star review. Thanks T4!

We go here usually weekly. We love the service, the teas, and they have games that we can play with our kids. Its like a mini family night when we visit this T4U

I tried the passion fruit tea with a teriyaki bowl. The drink although without any added sweetness is plenty sweet and delicious. The teriyaki bowl was a very nice helping of chicken, rice, and steamed/cooked veggies. The chicken was good and I felt the portion size was great for the price. Atmosphere in the store is nice and staff is very friendly!

Like this place but hate how they dont ask for sweetness level. Drink was SUPER sweet. They should make it part of their service to ask for sweetness level..

Fantastic place to drink milk tea and hangout with friends. Even though someone clogged the toilet, the manager stepped up and fixed it! Fantastic customer service! A plus service my dude!

This place is so much fun to hang out at! Tons of drinks too chose from...plus I love the popcorn chicken and egg puffs.

Terrible customer service. My daughters went in there to get Tea and some fries. They said they didnt want any spice on their fries, but the cashier misunderstood and gave them regular spice. They couldnt eat them because they were too spicy, but when they spoke to the employees they told them to just wipe the spices off of each individual fry instead of offering to make them new ones. Seriously? A basket of $3.00 fries and you cant make the mistake right? I dont know if its because they are kids and they thought it didnt matter, but customer service is customer service, no matter the age of the customer or the cost of the product.
