Nice clothes and boots as expected from Timberland. The store itself was tidy and organised too... But the service.. Wow... Havent seen such unprofessional service for a long time. Especially now, during pandemic, when you think people would go the extra mile for your business. 3 out of 4 were chatting at the counter, where this lady was actually sitting on top of the counter as she was on her own place, and no-one was kind enough to come and offer to help. We had to scream at them so that we could get their attention. I understand that its not your own business, so you probably dont care... But if thats the case then just go and work somewhere else.. Preferably somewhere where you dont have to deal with customers..

Very clean and nice store. The end of season sale was amazing! My husband bought 2 pairs of shoes and 2 pairs of shorts and he is very happy.

I came in late with about 18 minutes left. The woman with glasses was extremely friendly considering I was a last minute shopper. They were very helpful and knowledgeable.

I happened to visit the store today, on Black Friday. The store was busy, and a young lady took time to answer my many questions about the boots (I had never owned a pair of Tims before). Her customer service was great.I had been helped in the past by the rep. who was monitoring the door, and she was friendly as she had been during my previous visit.The first rep. who helped me with my questions also went to the back to look for the boots I found. Because I had noticed scuffs on the boots, she went to the back again and brought out two pairs for me in my size.I ended up buying my first pair of Timberlands and really enjoyed the customer service I received. I purchased a gray pair of waterproof boots, and they look really good and are comfortable, too. I would definitely recommend this store and will return in the future. Oh, as I was checking out, the rep. at the register let me know about how to care for my boots and remove scuffs with a suede brush.

Horrible service but Clothes and shoes are great. Needed a complicated procedure just to be able to get into the fitting room. And then the line at the cashier was awful one cashier would not open another one even after we asked them to.
