Im a huge fan of Theory -- they have great quality clothing with elegant, minimalistic design. Im always excited to see what new styles they have for the next season.Over the years, Ive gone to dozens of Theory stores and outlets, but none of them can hold a candle to this one. I met Austin Coakley about three years ago and whenever I see him in the store, he has always taken his time to personally come say hi to me and welcome me back. It is definitely no surprise that he is the store manager. He goes above and beyond for his customers and has grown such an amazing culture within this store.Beyond the entire team here always being so personable, I appreciate that they are so knowledgeable about all of the clothing. Each member of the team knows how each cut or style fits and always makes great recommendations when I have questions. Brandon Canela is my go-to person in the store for style! He is such a genuine person and I appreciate that he gives me specific style tips and suggestions which help me put together pieces I want to buy. He has an exceptional eye and I attribute all my outfit compliments to him!Thank you Austin, Brandon, and the entire Theory Livermore team!

Excellent service!I was helped by Terrence and the customer assistance skills he demonstrated were way beyond my expectations.He did everything right, from recommending a matching set for my WFH slacks in my favorite color, to arranging a fitting room for me, helping me figure out and enabling me to try on the correct size, and helping me check out in the end.He even lint rolled the tee-shirt I just purchased in front of me!

My wife is very particular with style, and she went into this place and she was blown away. Incredible merch and the folks helping her was amazing (I believe his name is Terrence - sorry if i butchered it). We left with over $2K of clothing and literally the next day several items went on sale - her rep helped us out so that we wouldnt have to drive all the way back. HE DIDNT HAVE TO HELP US.You have a customer for life, thank you.

Nice stores, with nice workers...

I found an amazingly priced pair of jeans, tried them on (they fit great), and got all the way home before realizing that the jeans that made it into my bag were the wrong size! There was apparently a mix-up at the register. Because I lived quite far from the store, the wonderful managers there allowed me to mail in my jeans and exchange them for the right size. Amazing customer service!

Good selection

I have 3 or 4 business suits here after reading an article from a professional woman who bought all of her suits from Theory. My colleagues who likely spend $$$$ on business suits compliment the look and style of suits I purchase from Theory. Im 52 and I dont have to pay a tailor to fit the jackets to my 120lb. frame. The fit looks well-made. Love this store for the bargain...customer service is not the best but I know what Im looking for. Not polyester. I look at fabric and design always, no matter what the sales rep says. My rating is on the value for customers who look for affordable clothing of good quality.

Part of me does not want to write this review for fear of more people finding out about this place. I am theory-obsessed and buy most of (basically all of) my work clothes from here and even some of my more casual clothes. I always receive compliments on my dresses and outfits at work!! The quality, fit, and designs are amazing and the prices here are much better than theory sales at the department store.My sister, boyfriend, and I went here over July 4th weekend so there was an extra 25% off of everything! Awesome! We were sad that we couldnt use the 10% (or 15%) from the VIP coupon book in combination with the extra 25 but it was still a good deal. Most of the clothes are for women but there was a decent selection of male attire.Customer Service: We were on our way back from Yosemite and dressed in athletic wear so one sales lady didnt offer to help us, probably because she didnt think we would buy anything. Omar immediately greeted us and let us know that he could help us with designs, put clothes in a fitting room etc... He was really great and came to check on us and brought us all the sizes we needed. That other sales lady only tried to help us once she saw all the clothes we were picking out ... and then looked pretty sad at the commission she lost when we checked out. Dont judge a book by its cover ;) !
