Not too bad the food that my wife and I had was very greasy,portion size was adequate.Be aware they only take cash dont ask me why!!!!

So I got there almost 6:40pm and then this security guy just let this two girls get inside and didn’t let me. So I ask him gentleman and was denied. So why put on GoogleMaps the close 7:00pm ??? WHYYYYY ? PUT 6:30 and then nobody need travel 45 minutes from San Francisco for nothing.

Been at the outlet numerous times..first time to Prada...would not wait in line again..what I purchased their I can buy at Nordstrom, the $$ difference is not worth the time in the heat ...the staff personnel can be friendly if youre the right type of person buying..just an observation...the friendly associates were the door greeter and the cashier...

Has the feel of a retail Prada store. Discounts vary with women and mens clothing, shoes, and accessories. Good selection of merchandise, but sizes can be limited.They also sell Miu Miu too.They do limit the number of people shopping at the store at any given time. This is nice once youre inside because its not crowded and you can easily get help and there is no line to pay unlike some other outlet stores (Coach).

30 minutes wait just to enter the store...

I was in the store last week to make a purchase. I asked the attendant the price of a specific bag. She gave me the price, and immediately following said there are cheaper bags on either end of the store. I had to look back at her to see if I had heard her incorrectly...but she was clearly pointing with her hands to each end of the store. I came in the store with every intention of making a purchase. I was well aware of the average cost of a Prada bag--unfortunately this woman saw an African American woman and assumed I couldnt afford it. I decided I would take my business elsewhere and wont return until this store teaches its staff how to interact with people of color.

Fabulous store! Great selection of merchandise, although beware of “return” policies. The sales associates are super helpful and very friendly. The store doesn’t feel like an “outlet” at all. It looks like the retail store I was in in Paris. I’ll keep coming back.

Very poor customer service I purchase shoes in Prada store, they put in the box the wrong shoes and now they will not refund me and give me only a store credit unheard of.It was almost impossible to reach a supervisor or manager to explain my issues and it also took them a while to call me back and of course they also ignoring my request and agree only to a store credit.STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

Bad customer service here. Walked in, around, and out without so much as a hello or look in my direction. Store was also in disarray. Not a very good representation of the brand imo. Especially compared to the store in Westfield Valley Faire.

The sales man was very rude even after we bought a wallet. He didnt want to answer questions.

Even though its Outlet store, the Price difference is not so great. None of the items were listed as a bargain discount.Other brand stores in Premier Outlet have much better deals.

PRADA at San Francisco Premium Outlets had more down jackets than regular priced shops and hung on the wall!Is the price about half the regular price? I think its a great deal.I was willing to try on a lot, and the customer service was kind, polite and wonderful ☺︎
