Caution: Do not use their services. Think twice. The builder in our new construction home used the flooring services from Knights flooring including engineered wood and carpeting. We moved into a brand new home and after 2 months of living here, we noticed how bad their quality of work and service is. The floor is cupping and has developed humps at various places. The carpet is not tight at lots of places. When we called them for fixing it (you get 1 year warranty in a new home) they came and the final work was even worse than before. After calling them again, there has been no response at all.

I am very very satisfied with the work they did. Looks beautiful. Price was right. On time, courteous.. awesome job.
