Loved their Hot Chocolate and their chocolate shake with whip cream. Omg its a must try and you wont regret it.

I got the swirl on a waffle cone and it was amazing! The dark chocolate was rich and sweet and the vanilla a perfect compliment.I would say after the first few bites the cone gets really sweet and wayyy too much for one person. So, be sure to share between two people! At $7 it’s a bit on the high end but worth it if you’ve never tried their ice cream before!

Absolutely love this shop. Their dark chocolate drink is too die for and if you like chocolate, please try this drink. The lady behind the counter was super helpful. I will come back to this shop

I’m HIGHLY allergic to nuts. I ordered a hot chocolate and Danielle (manager) was quick to think about the brush that washes the pots may have touched something with nuts. She saved me a trip to the ER. GREAT customer service! Will definitely come back.

This store specializes in some of the very best fine chocolate candy assortments that offers limited discounts on a few choice seasonal items. Though prices are higher than regular chocolate sold in other retail stores, every item is fresh and made to perfection. Definitely a place worth visiting for that untamed sweet-tooth.

Great tasting chocolates at Godiva. This Godiva serves ice cream and hot chocolates. Both tasted really good! If your shopping in San Francisco Premium Outlets here and crave for some sweet stuff, this might be the place!

Heavens gates must has a Godiva soft serve ice cream upon entry.. this one is heaven on earth

We got some icy cold drinks during 4th July holiday. I had cold brew coffee and son got chocolate favorite. Everything tasted great. If you are into some sweat try it out.

One of the best (dark chocolate) soft ice creams in the bay area. And a free chocolate every month. What more can you ask for!!

Looks and smells delicious. Sometimes you will see some discounted items on sale, those are reasonably priced in my opinion.

This is one of our favorite places for chocolates and their chocolate smoothies are fantastic.

The worst Godiva Ive ever been. The quality is far more worse than any other Godiva. The ice cream barely go above the cone. Ive never seen such a small portion. And it tastes like liquid, very light chocolate favor. Stay away from this shop.

Pretty expensive chocolates and boxes. I got a dark chocolate drink which tasted good and 2 pieces of chocolates which were $2 each.Still not sure why these chocolates are soo expensive!!!
