I have to give a shout out to Crystal! She was super helpful finding my son and I a pair of boots. GREAT customer experience. She went above and beyond for us. She even took the time to show us how to properly care for our new boots. Im definitely coming back here for my next purchase of boots. Crystal you deserve a lot of recognition for helping the customers out like you did for us.

They are finally open! I wish they opened this place few weeks back so I didnt have to drive to their other location. Anyway this store is just perfect.Upon entrance I was greeted by smiling faces. There were few young ladies ready to help customers find what theyre looking for.I mostly like boot barn for their works boots and clothing but they have many different types for boots available. From work to western they got it all. They also carry many different types of high quality pants and jackets. Also fyi their jackets are priced lower than other stores in town.Anyway I highly recommend this store. Its fun to go in there even if youre not purchasing anything. The music playing there will make your day better.

I went here to buy some red cowgirl boots and the pair I purchased are absolutely gorgeous.

Brittany was amazing! After wandering for about 15 minutes she greeted us with a smile.I came in to buy a pair of boots for myself. We told Brittany we were coming back because our grandchildren were getting restless.We visited Western Outfitters and had ice cream then headed back to Boot Barn. Brittany left for the day.😟Because Brittany was very professional and caring, I ended up buying 3 pairs of boots, 2 hats, 2 belts and one shirt.Every business should always have a Brittany!Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Eh.So I was looking for a specific boot and Boot Barns website said Livermore had it in stock. I called and they confirmed they had it in stock and that they would place the boots on hold. Next day (today) I pickup and the boots that are $205 online are $246 in the store. I asked the cashier and she said sometimes they have deals online only.Well I checked and they are not on sale, I could have purchased and got the boots for $185 if I selected the free ship to store. On top of that, no box.....no box?Its weird.I will never shop at Boot Barn again, especially for the 20% in store surcharge.The lady on the phone was nice and did hold the boots for me.

Upon my arrival I was met by a sales associate who later with the one that rang me up. I had just retired from the military, and really did not have any Wi-Fi civilian clothing and was eager to return the way I used to dress growing up which essentially was rancher. This woman was amazing. My wife whos with me enjoyed talking to her and asking questions about products and clothing that only women think to ask,.This girl did her job in the time I arrived every time I left. She made very appropriate suggestions at the point of purchase for waterproofing spray for the new hat I got, as well as shoe and boot polish with the new boots she showed me a mens fragrance, which took my wife and I really like. The sales associate was excellent she knew her product knowledge, how much the item was going to shrink, etc really good overall experienceThe evening manager at closing time however was not overly friendly and was not really friendly at all.She was being more stoic and reservedBut maybe she was having an all night.With my very best regards and my thanks for successful shopping mission and Colonel Harper

I visited this store with my family to check out some hats and boots. Ashley went above and beyond to try and find the right hat for me. Unfortunately, I didnt find exactly what I wanted, but I plan to return in the future based on the amazing customer service we received.

I grew up with a boot barn in melbourne, florida. Almost all my boots have been purchased here. The new boot barn here in livermore, california reminds me of the one in florida. The staff are very nice and attentative. Great selection of boots. And check out their online store some realy great specials.
