This awesome shop is a treasure trove of everything! Not just tons of comics, theyve got action figures, trading cards, graphic novels, board games, t-shirts, mystery bag/box figures, and of course tons of Funko pop figurines. They get new stuff in all the time, so theres always new things to explore. SO MUCH COOL STUFF! The owner is very nice and its been awesome to support a small but long-standing business. Definitely check it out!!

Went here random after a restaurant reservation. Found it was free comic book day! The employees were super friendly when I asked questions about comics and other stuff. The vibe was very welcoming and definitely will come here for unique comic book items.

Man, I’ve been going here since I could walk. It’s what you want it to be. Comics everywhere, cards organized in their own special way, but everything is findable and always great help. Outside of the super-rare stuff, it seems like they have it all.

I’ve been going here since I was 12, this is by far the best shop of its kind within 60 miles, every time I get the chance I come here, I mainly come for the Pokémon cards they have a wide variety I’ll spend hours searching through their boxes till I find the perfect stack of cards, I recommend coming here when you have the time

Decent comic store. We always find what we like. The owner can be a bit awkward if you talk to him, the store is very cramped and cluttered with boxes. There is also no system for pulling comics. I use a different comic store for that, but fantasy gets all the neat variants.

Everything I come on my dude is ready to assist you in any way he can either with knowledge or whatever it is your looking for happy to say Ill be coming back here for a long time

There was a time when entertainment wasnt all about staring into the abyss of an electronic device until your retinas dried out and you become an oblivious zombie to your true surroundings. There was a time when young human beings would actually talk and interact with other human beings about sports and athletes and then compare and trade small cards with the portaits and stats of the modern day coliseum competitors. There was a time when action figures and comic books would inspire true creativity. This place will take you back to that time, and you will be thankful that you re-lived it and/or thankful that you introduced someone new to it.

Proprietor is super friendly and helpful. Asked several questions of my daughter and then recommended some different comics based on her interests.

Been going here since my childhood. Love this place. You can find Gundam Models to a variety of different graphic novel compilations and comics, to blind bag toys for kids. Will always be my go to place.

Not a bad comic shop, books everywhere. Only problem with this shop is that the owner looks up prices on books. Which means if they are selling for more on other sites then thats basically the price youll play. So you might aswell not going in to buy it if you can just order it off a site cause your going to pay more anyway.

I have been shopping at Fantasy Comics for 20 years now. Great selection of collectibles and has carried every new release that I have ever looked for. When I started playing D&D 3 years ago, all my supplies were bought from here as well. Everyone is friendly and will also look into ordering whatever they do not have. Killer selection of Funko Pops as well.

Fantasy Books and Games is a Livermore classic. Ive been going since I was a kid, over 40 years now. The shop is a little like the Winchester Mystery House of comic book stores with treasures hidden in crowded aisles. The owner is an amazing human being who loves what he does and it shows. Whatever you are looking for is either here they can get it for you. If you havent been...you are missing out.

Fantasy Books and Games is a well-loved institution in Livermore. It has everything for every fandom. My family has been coming here for many years and we will continue to be patrons for many more.

This is my go to spot for comics and graphic novels. I love it here. The workers are super nice and helpful and the selection is fantastic. If they dont have something in stock just ask them and they can even have it ordered! The shop is cluttered and hectic but in a good way. So much to look at and browse!

My husband and I love coming here. The owner, Bob, is always so helpful and knowledgeable. We cant wait for our little girl to pick her first comic book soon.And its not just comics. He has figurines, a small amount of clothing, magic cards, and so much more. There is something for everyone here.

I really enjoy coming to this shop. There so many options to pick from not just comics but cards and many other things to choose from. I normally make the drive and pick a few comics and some Yugi cards. I would definitely recommend plus its in the center of Livermore with plenty of sitting and to eat.

The amount of stuff they have here is quite overwhelming. Im not sure what was happening when I went, if they were cleaning house or what, but the place was just full of stuff. Comics and figures all over the counters and floor. The people who run the place are nice and were helpful but I cant imagine how organizing everything works.

One of the last small-town businesses in Livermore where the owner takes care of it themselves from behind the counter. This place always has whatever you’re looking for, and much more to see if you’re just browsing. The interior aesthetic is dated but that’s all part of the charm!

Amazing shop with so much selection! You have so many books and comics to choose from! They have many of the Magic: The Gathering sets in stock and a wall full of figures! There is also boxes upon boxes of Yu-gi-oh, Pokemon, and MTG singles to choose from. Awesome shop and favorite spot in Livermore, definitely recommend to stop by and check it out. (:

Its a lot smaller than I thought. I guess its good to browse around if you happen to be in the area. Its not worth the time if youre looking for a certain book. They dont have that much selection.

The comic book store I go to 95% of the time. It helps that is directly on my way to work from Antioch to Fremont. Bob yhe owner is a good guy they have what I need as far as comic books. The store has comic books, manga, and an extensive collection of graphic novels for all different age ranges appealing to both male and female readers. Additionally they carry Pokemon cards and products, Magic the gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh, Dragonball and more for collectible trading card games or other gaming products like dungeons and dragons. All kinds of statues, toys, Funko pops, action figures, shirts, posters, and other types of collectibles from all different series. Great place to visit and look around, only be careful, sometimes gets a little cluttered when new shipments arrive or he purchased someones collection.

Theyll have what youre looking for! A true gem and great place to nerd out on comic books, Pokemon cards, Funko Pops!, mystery minis, true collectibles and much more. One of my favorite places to go and if they happen to not have your item theyll be happy to order it for you.

Used to enjoy coming to this shop, but have been disappointed with recent visits. The shop is falling apart. Empty bins, misfiled back issues, stacks of product open and unopened in the aisles, and general disorder. The shopkeeper has always been friendly enough, but I just can’t get over the mess.

This place has been in the same spot on the corner since forever. It has probably anything you could ever want related to comic books, graphic novels, mangas, trading cards and collectable figures. Admittedly, it has gotten less store and more hoard but the guy who runs it is always pleasant and willing to help. Plus, free comic book day is always awesome.

I have come in here since I was a kid. I was always more into the toys and the role playing games than the comics but I have gone back as an adult to browse for artwork and bought a couple of Robotech toys for nostalgic reasons. I am glad the store is still around so many years later.

This place is like a warm fuzzy blanket of nerdiness. It feels like a second home to me, and I only visited it for less than an hour.First off, this shop is organized chaos at its best. There is plenty too look at, be distracted by, and get lost in. It can be hard to navigate around but there are clear paths.They have a wide selection of a lot of old and new comics, Pop! figures, shirts, chachkies, and other bobbles one can take with them.They owner is warm and friendly. He is one of those people you feel like you have known for years even though you just met him. It is no wonder why people have recommended this place to me.Overall, I will come here every time I am in the area.
