Really great boat service company. I have been going there for years for help and support with my last two boats. They always were very helpful and always had everything I needed in stock. I highly recommend this if you have any boat needs or repairs.

I have used Boat Masters for many many years. No one else works on my boat. As a fishing guide I always need to have my Mercury in top shape. They are the best!! Mike, Drew and Sean are experts in their field and there good guys too. This place is as good as it gets!

I stopped by Boatmasters to pick up some fishing tackle for my trip to the delta. They had a huge selection of boating gear and I ended up bringing by Sanger in for a tuneup. They did a great job and were shockingly clean with my baby. I love these guys! My new favorite boat shop!

I have done business with Boatmasters for years, dating back to when they were in Dublin. Needed work done on my bass boat trailer recently and decided to let a shop in Stockton do the repair because they were more geographically desirable. After shoddy workmanship I took trailer to Boatmasters to correct their work. Mike, Drew, Sean and the rest of the team will be the only shop repairing my boat, motor or trailer in the future. Highly competent, honest and personable.

Outstanding service and extremely helpful

Boatmasters recently did a complete tune up in my Bass Cat a few days ago, these guys really know their stuff. It was easy to make an appointment and drop off my boat. I had my boat back within a day and Im out back fishing in the Delta. I highly recommend these guys!!

The best shop!!! Initially I did not like the fact they are always a couple of weeks if not months out for appointments; however, after working with a few other shops more readily available and dealing with shoty work I made the appointment and went to Boat Masters.. So glad I did. Drew and the shop are awesome. They fixed a poping back fire that other shops could not and were saying I needed heads rebuild. Boat Masters fixed it and did not even change parts I wanted and authorized to be replaced. Drew told me he did not like charging his customers for parts they do not need; Wow!! Dont see that type of honesty anymore from shops. They are diffenitly worth the wait..the only place I will take my boat for repairs or maintenance.

Have been using boat master for many years. Recently bought parts for my out drive. Put it all together and it started leaking oil. Called them about it. Said bring it down. They said only thing it could be was the shift seal. Had them replace it. Guess what put it back together and it still leaked. Called them again. Said to bring it back and would pressure test out drive. Called me a few days later and said water pump was leaking. Told me I put wrong part on water pump. Then I said you sold me that part. They said they made a mistake. They made good on the whole situation. Very happy with them not many would admit mistake. Highly recommend boat master. They came threw for me!!!

Top to bottom, the crew at Boatmasters is unbeatable. Always making the extra effort to keep you, or get you back on the water.

Love this place. It is slightly more expensive than the internet, but worth every penny. They actually know what part you need rather than your beat guess.

Great service, reasonable prices

Mike and Drew are what I call an asset. They have been in my Rolodex and then in my cell phone for 20 years. I have referred them over and over again. Considering that they are pretty much the only game in town, they still work real hard to please the customer. After 20 years with them, they are always their for me and have done numerous jobs for me and never an issue. I am glad to have them as an asset in times of need. They are never too busy to help advise on a DIY. I hope they will only retire when I retire from fishing.

Boat masters is hands down the best shop in Northern California. My boat was having fuel issues and I did everything I could to try and fix it. I had my boat in 2 separate shops before this and they couldn’t find the issue. Drew and his guys were able to find the problem and I haven’t any issues since! My lower unit also had metal in the gear lube and was pretty much done for, instead of paying full price for a brand new one, the guys at boatmasters had a spare that they built top to bottom 👍🏻 everything on my boat is working correctly now thanks to this shop. They really make you feel like you are their only customer and I couldn’t have asked for more. Definitely recommend this shop for any service you need done. THANKS BOATMASTERS!!

Always have the right bolts in stock

Terrible call with paint brand and #, was told by parts (Shannon?) That they had it on shelf. Ask if he could hold it tell Monday. (I called on Saturday) I live 45 min away. Parts reply its a slow seller he would not hold it.. Went there on Monday. Guess what they didnt have it.. parts section terrible. I dont believe they ever had it

I sent my boat for checking, its only battery problem, i bought a new battery from Boatmasters, only use one time, the battery had problem, they exchange another one for me, but it not work now after 3 months, really bad quality of the batteries.Furthermore, the first time when i bought the battery from them, they said theyll dispose of my original battery and got it from my boat, now i know my original battery only need to be charged but not damaged, they cheat me to get the battery from me. How terrible they are!
