Furniture quality is ok, price is good but some of the furnitures theyre selling, living spaces have it for less price just check the outlet area.So this is where the issue started, they delivered my order 2 weeks delayed to the delivery date we agreed, but still ok, 1st delivery 1 furniture got damaged when they asembling one of the foot got broken and they keep existing its ok just call the store and my wife refuse it and they got mad and they were SUPER RUDE. And my wife got scared and called me from work.2nd delivery and I was the one who received the orders because my wife doesnt want to see them or talk to them. And I really can tell my wife is right. They are rude.I ask them to take out their shoes, and the guy started to get mad and plus they dont wear mask, plus they have guts to ask for tip for that kind of service.American living, please teach your delivery guys the right manner and teach them how to respect especialy a woman. Because when we went to your store we respect you and your rules.
I went looking for a very specific style of bed, so the odds of finding it in a store were slim. The salesman was very helpful and pointed us to the right direction for beds. Unfortunately I did not find the exact features I was looking for in the beds they had, but the selection was very good, and the prices reasonable. The quality of their products is nice too, Ive bought living room and dining room furniture from here before and it lasted a long time. I have both kids and dogs, so nothing lasts forever 😅 The salesman let us look through a catalog to see if he could order it for us, but there wasnt one in there either. Oh well. I ended up buying one on Wayfair with my phone while sitting in the parking lot 😬 So, the reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is not the lack of bed. Their products are quite vast, I had a VERY specific bed in mind, odds were against me. The last star was actually withheld because of 2 reasons: they do not allow photography inside, which makes it hard to get second opinions from people not with you. I think it might be because they have really cool and realistic mock food on the dining room furniture, and I myself had to fight the urge to not take a funny pic with it, and Im an adult lol 😬😅 The second reason is because its freezing in there 🤣🥶⛸😂 I absolutely understand that heating a massive warehouse with 30 ceilings is unrealistic unless youre selling a hell of a lot of furniture every day. They do have small heaters around that you can huddle by, but it makes it hard to wander around and buy what you need when youre literally shivering 🤣🥶 Thanks for your help, and I will definitely buy there again, just when Im not looking for something so specific... 😘✌
I am giving 5 Stars even though I could go lower but what they did for us was amazing. We came in and needed a couch before new years as we have family coming over and right now we are sitting on an air mattress. We were told they could get us the couch we wanted with a chaise lounge on the other side in time and so we went ahead and purchased as it was the perfect couch. We called them a week later to check on the status and apparently they were wrong and couldnt get it in until 6 more weeks which was a huge problem. I went in to cancel our order and go elsewhere. They gave us an alternative offer. They delivered a couch and love seat to use until ours came in. I explained that would be a month and although tentative about it they agreed and really worked to make us happy. They even gave us the delivery on our couch free when it comes in and delivered the temp ones for free. Incredible service that really surprised me. We offered to find a different temp couch but they insisted on letting us use theirs which was a set from the warehouse. I would gladly do business with them again and will. They really shouldnt have promised what they could do originally but the way they made up for it was great and well worth the 5 stars. The only thing I did learn was going in and talking to them was easiest, over the phone there was lots of communication errors and I was having a hard time working it out but if the only thing I have to do is take a short drive to visit to talk for the solution they gave us I would gladly do it again knowing they will do what it takes to earn my business.
Weird experience. First time there and we were followed by a sales associate shadowing us the entire time. Didnt engage, just shadowing. Definitely felt discriminated.
Sofa leather quality was different than the one shown in showroom. Despite multiple email followups and calls, they did not change the sofa.Also, they sold furniture care insurance plan which is of no use. While purchasing leather sofa, they told that we can contact sofa care provider for regular clean-up as many times as we want. But, upon calling care provider, came to know they only repair damages, that too if claimed within 30 days. Advise to everyone, dont go by their words.
Surprisingly good variety of sofas and dining room tables. Employee was super helpful and knew the store well. Purchase and pickup were quick too. Glad we came to look for a new dining room table.
We were treated like family here and got a great deal on a floor model of a couch. Chi was wonderful to work with and the couch was delivered the next day by super friendly delivery guys. I cant speak for others experience here, but I would highly recommend.
Just like the review before me, I was surprised at how low the prices were while at the same time all of the stuff was so nice! Bill helped us find the perfect living room sofa, chair and end tables. I would recommend this place to any body, very happy with the entire experience!
Douglas was very helpful in getting us a GREAT deal on an entertainment center and movie seating for our movie room! He took the time to explain the warranty and get delivery to our new home. Thank Tim for making this a positive experience!

The salesman (Mike) was very nice and willing to help. We purchased a kitchen table w/4 chairs and a bench, an ottoman and a sectional couch. We love everything we bought... the couch seems a little cheaply built though. Had an issue with the couch and Mike set up a date tha a new one would be delivered. I will definitely go back!

Very friendly! We walked in looking for a bunk bed set, and with the help of Michael being so nice and helpful we walked out with a bunk bed set, matresses, some dining chairs and a sofa set!! Definitely recommend and we will definitely be back!
I order my bed in July 10 and it has been 2 months and I keep calling them and they said it would come in two weeks and I have been trying to call them and not a answer and I highly not recommend not buy from them they keep switching days
Should have gone with my gut feeling! Of course this is a personal opinion based on my shopping experience with American Living Furniture and Ashley Furniture Company. I would advise doing proper research before giving your business to them.
Our experience here was very good. Even though a sales person at our first visit wasnt that helpful. Derek the manager was the most helpful and explained everything in detail.

This store is the most unconventional, dirty, and weird looking out of all the furniture stores Ive ever been. Its located in the middle of a industrial zone, and boasts a huge empty parking lot and waste space that seems like its been years since cleaned. Inside, everything seems to be normal until you actually see the store. Hot, humid, with fans everywhere for the air circulation. The furniture does seem to be good looking and with wide variety of options but if the first impression is really bad, Im afraid there isnt going to be much of a business. Might shop only once. Would probably never go back again.

Cant say I liked anything since I showed up at 655p on a Friday and they were closed. The hours online, on Google and even on their front door say m-f 10a-8p. Apparently they close whenever they feel like it. Wont be coming back to try again.
Make sure you are 100% sure before you buy anything form here because they might say your can return something if it does not work for you in 2 months, but once they come for delivery their return policy changes to 2 days. Had to call them multiple times for returning something that I bought a week ago and every time they will say they will call back and you do not hear back from them.

Late delivery and very poor post sales service. Delivery was late by 2-3 weeks, leather sofa arrived with few cracks. After 4 months of calls to the store, store manager (Douglas) and person they asked me to call... still no response.
